针对齿轮振动信号非线性、非平稳的特点,提出一种基于集合经验模态分解(EEMD)与奇异熵增量谱的齿轮故障特征提取方法。首先,利用EEMD方法将齿轮振动信号分解为若干个平稳的本征模态函数(IMF)分量。EEMD方法利用正态分布白噪声的二进尺... 针对齿轮振动信号非线性、非平稳的特点,提出一种基于集合经验模态分解(EEMD)与奇异熵增量谱的齿轮故障特征提取方法。首先,利用EEMD方法将齿轮振动信号分解为若干个平稳的本征模态函数(IMF)分量。EEMD方法利用正态分布白噪声的二进尺度分解特性,能够有效抑制经验模态分解(EMD)中的模态混叠现象。但由于背景噪声和残余辅助白噪声的影响,EEMD分解得到的IMF分量难以准确提取齿轮故障特征。利用奇异值分解(SVD)对IMF分量进行消噪和重构,根据奇异熵增量谱确定重构阶次,准确地提取齿轮的故障特征频率。仿真信号分析和齿轮箱齿轮故障实验验证了该方法的准确性和有效性。 展开更多

通过现场地震记录分析和理论计算,研究了液化土层对地表位移谱的影响规律,提出了液化位移增量谱和液化修正位移谱。对比了美国Superstition Hills地震和日本阪神地震中液化场地加速度时程和位移时程,分析了液化和非液化场地位移谱区... 通过现场地震记录分析和理论计算,研究了液化土层对地表位移谱的影响规律,提出了液化位移增量谱和液化修正位移谱。对比了美国Superstition Hills地震和日本阪神地震中液化场地加速度时程和位移时程,分析了液化和非液化场地位移谱区别。采用改进的一维有效应力分析方法,计算了在不同强度和波型地震波输入下厚度和埋深不同的液化砂层对地表位移谱的影响。结果表明:液化对地表位移和位移谱有显著放大作用,位移谱在1s左右开始增大,加震最显著频段为1—5s,谱位移增加0.1~0.7m,烈度8度时平均加震增幅0.1~0.25m,9度时平均增幅0.4~0.7m。 展开更多

为定量评估余震对主震损伤结构所造成的二次损伤,该文对主余震序列型地震动的增量损伤谱进行了研究。挑选533条真实主余震序列作为输入,采用Park-Ang(1985)损伤指数定义地震损伤,通过计算结构在主震和主余震序列作用下的损伤差值,定量... 为定量评估余震对主震损伤结构所造成的二次损伤,该文对主余震序列型地震动的增量损伤谱进行了研究。挑选533条真实主余震序列作为输入,采用Park-Ang(1985)损伤指数定义地震损伤,通过计算结构在主震和主余震序列作用下的损伤差值,定量评价余震对结构所造成的增量损伤。研究结果表明:余震对主震损伤结构所造成的增量损伤的变异性较强。某些主余震序列会对结构造成非常显著的增量损伤,而某些主余震序列却不会对结构造成明显的增量损伤。相比于短周期结构,中长周期结构在主余震序列作用下的增量损伤更大。若主震卓越周期高于余震卓越周期,则该主余震序列可视为不利主余震序列,对结构可能造成较大增量损伤。 展开更多

The variations of threshold current density in a wide temperature range are analyzed and the negative characteristic temperature and oscillatory characteristic temperature appearing in that temperature range are discussed. Also,the improvement of quantum dot lasers' performance is investigated through vertical stacking and p-type doping and the optimal dot density, which corresponds to minimal threshold current density,is calculated. 展开更多

Gain Characteristics of Fiber Optical Parametric Amplifier

The theory model of fiber optical parametric amplifier (FOPA) was introduced, which is based on optical nonlinear effect. And then numerical simulation was done to analyze and discuss the gain spectral characteristics of one-pump and two-pump FOPA. The results show that for one-pump FOPA, when pump wavelength is near to fiber zero-dispersion wavelength(ZDW), the gain flatness is better, and with the increase of the pump power, fiber length and its nonlinear coefficient, the gain value will increase while the gain bandwidth will become narrow. For two-pump FOPA, when the pump central wavelength is near to fiber ZDW, the gain flatness is better. Moreover, by decreasing the space of two pumps wavelength, the gain flatness can be improved. Finally, some problems existing in FOPA were addressed. 展开更多

What makes the Tc of monolayer FeSe on SrTiO3 so high: a sign-problem-free quantum Monte Carlo study 被引量:4

Monolayer FeSe films grown on SrTiO_3(STO)substrate show superconducting gap-opening temperatures(T_c) which are almost an order of magnitude higher than those of the bulk FeSe and are highest among all known Fe-based... Monolayer FeSe films grown on SrTiO_3(STO)substrate show superconducting gap-opening temperatures(T_c) which are almost an order of magnitude higher than those of the bulk FeSe and are highest among all known Fe-based superconductors. Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy observed ‘‘replica bands' ' suggesting the importance of the interaction between FeSe electrons and STO phonons. These facts rejuvenated the quest for T_c enhancement mechanisms in iron-based, especially ironchalcogenide, superconductors. Here, we perform the first numerically-exact sign-problem-free quantum Monte Carlo simulations to iron-based superconductors. We(1) study the electronic pairing mechanism intrinsic to heavily electron doped FeSe films, and(2) examine the effects of electron–phonon interaction between FeSe and STO as well as nematic fluctuations on T_c. Armed with these results, we return to the question ‘‘what makes the Tcof monolayer FeSe on SrTiO_3 so high?'' in the conclusion and discussions. 展开更多

A deep understanding of the spectral gain characteristics of optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) and optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs) is important for a highly efficient optical parametric conversion. We numerically calculated the spectral gain characteristics of a quasi-phase-matching (QPM) parametric conversion process using the periodically poled 6% (mol/mol) MgO doped LiNbO3 (PPMgLN) as the nonlinear crystal. In the simulation we utilized the approach of a transformative matrix of the periodically poled nonlinear medium, which results from the small-signal approximation of three-wave mixed nonlinear equations. Numerical simulation results show that: (1) The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the spectral gain of the parametric process becomes wider with the increase of parametric wavelength and reaches the maximum at degeneration; (2) The gain coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of parametric wavelength; (3) The spectral gain bandwidth decreases correspondingly with the increase of the nonlinear material length; (4) There exists an optimal parametric wavelength band, which is most suitable for the high gain parametric conversion when pumped by a laser source with a wide wavelength band, such as the high power fiber laser. 展开更多
