钒酸铁泥炼钢微合金化试验研究

钒酸铁泥是钒渣钠化焙烧提钒工艺净化除杂过程中产生的含钒固废,含有大量的钒、铬等有价金属,既是危害巨大的环境污染物,又是宝贵的战略资源。本文将钒酸铁泥直接用于炼钢工艺,进行钒酸铁泥炼钢微合金化试验研究。结果表明:湿基钒酸铁... 钒酸铁泥是钒渣钠化焙烧提钒工艺净化除杂过程中产生的含钒固废,含有大量的钒、铬等有价金属,既是危害巨大的环境污染物,又是宝贵的战略资源。本文将钒酸铁泥直接用于炼钢工艺,进行钒酸铁泥炼钢微合金化试验研究。结果表明:湿基钒酸铁泥烘干后平均失重率为52.83%,钒酸铁泥中的钒质量占比25.29%,主要以FeVO_(4)形式存在;热力学平衡计算证明了试验设计与钒酸铁泥增钒的可行性;微合金化过程,铁、钒、铬的氧化物与还原剂的反应先后顺序为Fe_(2)O_(3)>V_(2)O_(5)>Cr_(2)O_(3),钒酸铁泥的加入能有效提高钢中钒、铬含量;当钒酸铁泥加入量一定时,额外添加还原剂硅有利于提高增钒率,试验增钒率最高达79%,但还原剂过量则会抑制碳还原反应的进行,增钒率转而降低;试验中反应时间对炼钢微合金化无影响,认为试验10 min已反应完全;而通过调控钒酸铁泥加入量并以铝作还原剂可显著提高试验的增钒率,最高达91.35%。此外,研究认为钒酸铁泥微合金化过程可分为5步,阐明了钒酸铁泥炼钢微合金化机理,以有效提高泥中钒回收率。 展开更多

The micromass culture was used to determine the effects of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5 ) on the proliferation and differentiation of limb bud cells of rat. In the in vitro test, the results showed that V2O5 had obvious inhibiting effects on both proliferation and differentiation of limb bud cells with a dosedependent response, its proliferating and differentiating IC50 being 13.64 and 4.77μmol/L, respectively. In the in vivo/in vitro test, the results showed that V2O5 had no obvious effect on cell proliferation but had obvious inhibiting effect on cell differentiation. These results indicated that V2O5 might have a specific inhibiting effect on the differentiation of limb bud cells. 展开更多

V-5Cr-5Ti alloys have been fabricated using a laser melting deposition(LMD)additive manufacturing process,showing precipitates aggregated near the grain/dendrite boundaries.Since the mechanical properties of vanadium alloys considerably depend on the precipitates,solution and aging treatments have been applied to eliminating the aggregations of the precipitates.The results show that as the solution temperature increases from 800 to 1560℃,the densities and the lengths of the precipitates are reduced,while the widths of the precipitates are increased.When the solution temperature reaches 1560℃,most impurity elements diffuse into the matrix and form into a nearly uniform supersaturated solid solution.Aging treatments have been applied to the 1560℃solution treated samples.It shows that as the aging temperature increases from 800 to 1200℃,the precipitate length increases,and the shapes of precipitates change from near-spherical to lath-like.Compared to 800 and 1200℃,aging at 1000℃results in the highest precipitate density.Compared to the LMD and solution-treated samples,the aged samples have the highest micro-hardness,due to the precipitation strengthening. 展开更多
