In order to overcome the problem of inadequate bandwidth caused by the large parasitical capacitor of CMOS photo-detectors,a regulated-cascode structure and noise optimization are used in the design of the transimpedance amplifier. The experimental results indicate that, with a parasitical capacitance of 2pF,a single channel is able to work at bite rates of up to 2.5Gb/s,and a clear eye diagram is obtained with a 0. 8mVpp input. Furthermore, an isolation structure combined with a p^+ guard.ring (PGR), an n^+ guard-ring (NGR),and a deep-n-well (DNW) for parallel amplifier is also presented. Taking this combined structure, the crosstalk and the substrate noise coupling have been effectively reduced. Compared with the isolation of PGR or PGR + NGR,the measured results show that the isolation degree of this structure is improved by 29.2 and 8. ldB at 1GHz,and by 8. 1 and 2. 5dB at 2GHz,respectively. With a 1.8V supply, each channel of the front-end amplifier consumes a DC power of 85mW,and the total power consumption of 12 channels is about 1W.展开更多

Unified combined acoustic and aerodynamic loading on the structure is synthesized using two approaches. Firstly, by linear superposition of the acoustic pressure disturbance to the aeroelastic problem, the effect of acoustic pressure disturbance to the aeroelastic structure is considered to consist of structural motion independent incident acoustic pressure and structural motion dependent acoustic pressure, which is known as the scattering pressure, referred here as the acoustic aerodynamic analogy. Secondly, by synthesizing the acoustic and aerodynamic effects on elastic structure using an elegant, effective and unified approach, both acoustic and aerodynamic effect on solid structural boundaries can be formulated as a boundary value problem governed by second order differential equations which lead to solutions expressible as surface integral equations. The unified formulation of the acousto-aeroelastic problem is amenable for simultaneous solution, although certain prevailing situations allow the solution of the equations independently. For this purpose, the unsteady aerodynamic problem which was earlier utilizes well-established lifting surface method is reformulated using Boundary Element (BE) approach. These schemes are outlined and worked out with examples.展开更多

This paper analyzes the problem on two aspects: model experiment and numerical calculation. The model experiment is carried out including three cases firstly, in which the structural vibration response and radiating acoustic field are measured respectively, and the results gained in these three cases are analyzed to discuss the effect of reducing structural vibration and radiating noise of the deadening and decoupling materials. The coupling FEM/BEM and the SEA methods are both used in numerical calculation, i.e. the arithmetic of the coupling FEM/BEM method is adopted to calculate the low frequency characteristics and the SEA method is adopted to calculate the medium-high frequencies characteristics of the model. By comparing experimental results with numerical calculation results, it is proved that the algorithm adopted in this paper is reasonable.展开更多

The results show that for both [VOP]- and [VOP]+ the ground states are triplet, in which one of the two unpaired electron occupies the dxy orbital of the V atom while the other occupies the n-orbital of porphyrin ring. Thus both [VOP]- and [VOP]+ can be considered as n-radicals. The ground state of neutral VOP molecule is doublet with the unpaired electron occupying dxy orbital of V atom. In contract to the C4v symmetry of neutral VOP molecule, [VOP]- anion has a "rectangular" distorted C2v structure due to Jahn-Teller effect. The linear vibronic coupling constants for the Jahn-Teller active modes of [TOP]- were evaluated and the node patterns of frontier KS orbitals are used to explain the reason why the distortion occurs along specific modes. The ground state [VOP]+ has a porphyrin ring with pronounced bond length alternation due to pseudo-Jahn-Teller effect, causing its symmetry declined from C4v to Ca. The bond length alternation is well explained with the node patterns of re-constructed frontier KS orbitals.展开更多

The structural-acoustic governing equations are employed to study this nonlinear problem. An elliptical integral method, which was recently developed for the nonlinear panel cavity problem, is introduced here to solve for the structural-acoustics responses. The present results agree reasonably well with those obtained from the classical harmonic balance method. Modal convergences of the nonlinear solutions are performed to verify the proposed method. The effects of vibration amplitude and leakage size are studied and discussed. It is found that (1) the edge leakages in a panel cavity system significantly affect the natural frequency properties, and (2) the edge leakages induce a low frequency acoustic resonance.展开更多
