The semisolid slurry analyses show that the solid fraction of ADC12 aluminum alloy increases from 0.38 to 0.43 while the roundness decreases from 0.45 to 0.38 with increasing the rotational speed from 30 to 120 r/min. When the pouring temperature decreases from 620 to 580 °C, the primary α(Al) morphology changes from spheroidal to rosette-like. Besides, the average particle size of primary phase and solid fraction increase with the decrease of pouring temperature. By rheo-diecasting process, the components with fine, spherical and uniformly distributed primary α(Al) particles were obtained, and the best microstructure was contained at the pouring temperature ranging from 595 to 605 °C. The rheo-processing feasibility of ADC12 aluminum alloy can be explained by the grains controlled growth theory, and the semisolid slurry obeys the Mullins-Sekerka criterion when solidifying in the high pressure die casting machine.展开更多

The optimum dosage for composite flocculant and conditions for flocculation were determined. The experimental results indicated that composite flocculant had high efficiency for removing over 95% of turbidity, over 58% of CODCr (chemical oxygen demand determined with potassium dichromate), over 91% of TP (total phosphate), and over 15% of NH3-N. The results indicate that the lath-like and globular primary α phase, secondary α phase and β phase are obtained after forging and heat treatment processing. Resin samples with different initial water contents were also investigated. The study indicated that TGA, as a complementary evaluating method for the plug flow reactor system approach, could be used as a fast analyzing means for study on the thermal stability of ion-exchange resin catalysts. The stoichiometric calculation of the isothermally treated resin catalysts based on the FTIR analysis and acid capacity confirmed that the weight loss of the resins at 150℃ and 200℃ was caused by the desulfonation process and that desulfonation occurred mainly at the para-position of the benzene ring in the resins. H+ ions and moisture played an important role in the desulfonation process.展开更多

Based on an Arrhenius-type equation,an empirical model was developed to corre-late the removal of total suspended solid(TSS) with the initial TSS concentration,influent reaction temperature,aeration rate and stirring rate. The reaction temperatures of the ATAD system could be raised from the ambient temperatures of 25 °C to a maximum temperature of 65 °C. The exponentials for the initial TSS concentration,aeration rate and stirring rate were 1.579,-0.8175 and-0.6549,respectively,and the apparent activation energy was 6.8774 kJ·mol-1. The correlation coefficient for the pre-exponential factor was 0.9223. The TSS removal effi-ciency predicted by the model was validated with an actual test,showing a maximum relative deviation of 10.79%. The new model has a good practicability.展开更多

In this research, removal of Orange II, Remazol Blue, Methyl red, Malachite green and Safranin dyes by Pseudomonas fluorescens was studied in batch system as function of temperature, pH and initial dye concentration. The rate of removal dyes was studied by using pectrophotometer. The optimum value was determined as pH 7 for all dyes tested about 87.8-72.7%, and optimum temperature for removal of all tested dyes was 30℃ about 86.6-60.8%. Higher removal of dyes observed at 25 mL for all tested dyes about 91.9-72,7%. In general, the increase in dye concentration inhibited the growth of bacteria. Pseudomonasfluorescens showed higher removal of Orange II among the dyes tested.展开更多

In the present study,we aimed to prepare sustained-release microspheres for injection of neurokinin-1(NK-1)receptor antagonist APT011,and to evaluate their physicochemical properties,in vitro sustained-release effect ...In the present study,we aimed to prepare sustained-release microspheres for injection of neurokinin-1(NK-1)receptor antagonist APT011,and to evaluate their physicochemical properties,in vitro sustained-release effect and preliminary stability.APT011-loaded sustained-release microspheres were prepared using W/O/W double emulsion-solvent evaporation technique.The L9(34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the APT011 sustained-release microsphere formulation.Microscope photographs showed that APT011-loaded microspheres were spherical,and the particle size was^90μm with uniform size distribution.XRD results indicated that APT011 existed in the microspheres in an amorphous form.DSC results showed that there was no significant interaction between APT011 and blank microspheres.APT011-loaded microspheres had a significant sustained-release effect,which maintained release for at least 2 months.Preliminary study results indicated that the loading content and release percentage at 0.5 h were not markedly altered below 40°C and under high lighting condition.APT011-loaded microspheres prepared in our study exhibited excellent physicochemical properties and sustained-release characteristics and preliminary stability,demonstrating real potential for the clinical practice.展开更多
