实施基本药物制度对贵州省基层医疗机构用药行为的影响 被引量:4

目的:探讨基本药物制度的实施对贵州省基层医疗机构用药行为的影响。方法:从贵州省实施国家基本药物制度试点县(区、市)中随机抽取1 5个样本试点县(区、市)全部220家政府办基层医疗机构,对实施基本药物制度前(2009年)后(2010年)的门诊... 目的:探讨基本药物制度的实施对贵州省基层医疗机构用药行为的影响。方法:从贵州省实施国家基本药物制度试点县(区、市)中随机抽取1 5个样本试点县(区、市)全部220家政府办基层医疗机构,对实施基本药物制度前(2009年)后(2010年)的门诊处方进行抽样调查,比较单张处方用药数量、抗生素比例、激素比例、注射剂比例、国家基本药物种数和处方金额的变化。结果:2010年单张处方药品品种数、单张处方联合用药5种以上处方比例低于2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单张处方国家基本药物数高于2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗菌药物处方比例、抗菌药物三联及以上处方比例及平均每张处方抗菌药物数低于2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单种抗菌药物处方比例高于2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗菌药物二联用处方比例、使用激素和注射剂的处方比例、单张处方金额无明显变化。结论:基本药物制度实施使贵州省基层医疗机构用药行为发生了一定的改变,基本药物使用有所增加,滥用抗生素的行为有所减少,但单张处方金额下降不明显。 展开更多

Barriers to medication adherence among patients have been shown to have significant impact on service quality and cost in the healthcare system. To minimize this impact, many in the healthcare industry are highly interested in supporting prescription adherence among patients. They believe that information technology in general, and mobile technology in particular, can help in developing medical practices that can be highly conducive to high rates of prescription adherence by enhancing communication between patients and healthcare providers. To this end, a number of pharmacy management benefit companies plan to adopt SMS (Short Message Service) communication to reach their customers given the wider acceptance of SMS messaging among mobile phone users. However, most of these pharmacies are reluctant to purchase service agreements from SMS aggregators without a complete understanding of user, service and business requirements related to SMS messaging. Hence, many are in dire needs for prototypes of SMS servers that can help them define and refine these requirements before committing to costly agreements with SMS aggregators. This paper describes such a prototype for a pharmacy benefit management company located in the southeast of the United States. 展开更多

Based on the high flux synchrotron X-ray of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), high precision 3D digital models of diesel nozzle tips have been established by X-ray micro-tomography technology, which reveal the internal surfaces and structures of orifices. To analyze the machining precision and characteristics of orifice processing methods, an ap- proach is presented based on the parameters of the internal structures of nozzle orifices, including the nozzle diameter, the orifice inner surface waviness, the eccentricity distance and the angle between orifices. Using this approach, two kinds of nozzle orifice processing methods, computerized numerical control drilling and electric discharge machining, have been studied and compared. The results show that this approach enables a simple, direct, and comprehensive contrastive analysis of nozzle orifice processing methods. When processing a single orifice, the electric discharge machining method has obvious advantages. However, when there are multiple orifices, the error levels of the two methods are similar in relation to the symmetry of distribution of the orifices. 展开更多

Transition metal phosphides(TMPs)have emerged as promising electrocatalysts to enhance the slow kinetic process of oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Framelike hollow nanostructures(nanoframes,NFs)provide the open structure with more accessible active sites and sufficient channels into the interior volume.Here,we report the fabrication of bimetallic Co-Fe phosphide NFs(Co-Fe-P NFs)via an intriguing temperature-controlled strategy for the preparation of precursors followed by phosphidation.The precursors,Co-Fe Prussian blue analogues(Co-Fe PBAs)are prepared by a precipitation method with Co^(2+)and[Fe(CN)_(6)]^(3−),which experience a structural conversion from nanocubes to NFs by increasing the aging temperature from 5 to 35℃.The experimental results indicate that this conversion is attributable to the preferentially epitaxial growth on the edges and corners of nanocubes,triggered by intramolecular electron transfer at an elevated aging temperature.The as-prepared Co-Fe-P NFs catalyst shows remarkable catalytic activity toward OER with a low overpotential of 276 mV to obtain a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2),which is superior to the reference samples(Co-Fe-P nanocubes)and most of the recently reported TMPs-based electrocatalysts.The synthetic strategy can be extended to fabricate Co-Fe dichalcogenide NFs,thereby holding a great promise for the broad applications in energy storage and conversion systems. 展开更多

Intercalation transition metal oxides (ITMO)have attracted great attention as lithium-ion battery negative electrodes due to high operation safety,high capacity and rapid ion intercalation.However,the intrinsic low electron conductivity plagues the lifetime and cell performance of the ITMO negative electrode.Here we design a new carbon-emcoating architecture through single CO_(2)activation treatment as demonstrated by the Nb_(2)O_(5)/C nanohybrid.Triple structure engineering of the carbon-emcoating Nb_(2)O_(5)/C nanohybrid is achieved in terms of porosity,composition,and crystallographic phase.The carbon-embedding Nb_(2)O_(5)/C nanohybrids show superior cycling and rate performance compared with the conventional carbon coating,with reversible capacity of 387 m A h g(-1)at 0.2 C and 92%of capacity retained after 500cycles at 1 C.Differential electrochemical mass spectrometry(DEMS) indicates that the carbon emcoated Nb_(2)O_(5)nanohybrids present less gas evolution than commercial lithium titanate oxide during cycling.The unique carbon-emcoating technique can be universally applied to other ITMO negative electrodes to achieve high electrochemical performance. 展开更多
