根据零件结构和热变形规律,将渗碳热处理备料方式分为串放、平放、竖放等。结合实际生产,分别建立相应的数学模型,并运用Visual Basic 6.0软件对数学模型进行编译,以快速且有效地实现零件报价时装量的模拟及实际生产中备料装量优化。
