县级医院应加强医学装备科的软硬件建设

医院的医学装备科是以医院医疗活动为中心，围绕医疗设备而开展的一系列组织、计划工作，它的任务就是为医疗、科研、教学工作提供最恰当的医疗设备。具体包括从设备的选择、评估、使用、磨损、检查、保养、维修、补偿，直至报废的全过程的管理工作，所以医疗设备的管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，是现代医院管理中实现医院最优化管理的基础保证。近20年，笔者给本地区几十家县级以上医院安装、保养、维修医疗设备工作中，发现了以下几种集中表现的弊病和现象，并总结实施了应对方案，现报告如下。

论胡瑗的科条备具与他的以严治校

以严治校是胡瑗教育管理的重要特色之一。一方面胡瑗以礼治教,以礼治学,用严格的礼制来规范学生的行为;另一方面胡瑗科条备具,严立规矩,制定了严格的学校管理制度对学生的行为加以约束,并写有著名的《学政条约》,为宋代及日后最高学府的管理提供了准则。当然,胡瑗的"严"并不否认对学生的关心,他把"严"与"爱"结合起来,收到了良好的教育效果。

邓小平理论在高校达“三进”必须把“三关”

通过分析“邓论”课的特点 ,有针对性的提出了抓好备课关 ,攻破讲授关 ,度过育人关和加强思想性、知识性相结合的方法与见解 ,同时做到理论与实际相结合。初步研究和探讨了使邓论达到“三进”的措施。

Sutureless Intestinal Anastomosis with a Novel Device of Magnetic Compression Anastomosis

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficiency of a novel magnetic compression anastomats(MCAs) in intestinal anastomosis.Methods A total of 36 male mongrel canines underwent intestinal anastomosis using traditional hand-sewn(n=18) or a novel MCAs(n=18).We compared the anastomosis time,postoperative complications,bursting strength of anastomoses,gross appearance,and pathology between two groups at each time-point of follow-up.Results The mean anastomosis time with MCAs was significantly less than that with hand-sewn(8.50±1.95 vs.31.1±4.32 minutes,P<0.001).The blood stools and intussusceptions occurred in both groups during follow-up period.Only 1 mongrel canine receiving intestinal anastomosis by MCAs experienced anastomotic leakage.The average bursting pressure of anastomoses obtained from mongrel canines undergoing intestinal anastomosis by MCAs was significantly higher than that by traditional hand-sewn at 1 week's follow-up time(P<0.05).Gross appearance of the anastomoses constructed by MCAs was relatively smoother and flatter.Pathological evalution of anastomoses revealed that general inflammation was greater in hand-sewn anastomoses than magnetic anastomosis.Conclusion The magnetic compression anastomat is a safe and effective device of sutureless intestinal anastomosis in canine models.

Electromechanical instrument collaborative sharing system based on A/S mode

In this paper, we put forward a collaborative mode based on A/S mode to solve existing problems in the process of developing electromechanical instrument collaborative sharing system (EICSS). The mode architecture, working pattern and development flow of this system were described. The prototype system developed was applied to Lambda 900 Spectrometer in Chongqing University to realize electromechanical instrument networked sharing, and demonstrated desirable expansibility and felxibility to satisfy diverse demands of customers.

SWELLING AND WETTABILITY OF LIGHT-CURED METHACRYLATE-BASED DENTAL RESINS PREPARED FROM CHOLIC ACID

2＇-methacryloxy-3α, 7α, I2α- trimethacryloyl cholic acid ethyl ester （CAGE4MA） has been prepared from cholic acid. Photo-polymeric resins were prepared from CAGE4MA. 2,2-bis[4-（2-hydroxy-3-methacrylyloxypropoxy）phenyllpropane （bis-GMA） was used for comparison, triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate （TEGDMA） was used as diluent. The polymerization was initiated by camphoroquinone （CQ）/N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate （DMAEMA） system. The conversion of CAGE4MA was 39% when the reaction time is 60s, which is lower than bis-GMA and TEGDMA. The swelling value of CAGE4MA resin was 0.41% in distilled water, which is much lower than those of bis-GMA resin （2.04%） and TEGDMA resin （4.77%） under the same conditions. Copolymers from CAGE4MA and TEGDMA have been prepared. With the increase of TEGDMA in mixture, the degree of conversion of CA GE4MA and swelling value increased. The swelling values of photocured resins in 0.1mol/L HCl were also measured.

Educational Situation： Some Preliminary Remarks on a Basic Concept of Education Studies

When educationalists are asked to define their own academic discipline of Education Studies, they often struggle to reach a common understanding. From an epistemological point of view, this indeterminacy leads back to the complex considerations involved in establishing a basic concept of education. In this article, the author explores in a preliminary fashion the possibility of identifying the essence of education in its performativity as an occurrence in context that always precedes and supersedes our theoretical considerations of it. Education is not to be understood primarily as something conceptual （theory） but rather in terms of its significance as a situational event （reality）. Educational reality thus informs educational theory and this relationship implies a knowledge-ethical surplus of the former as an inexhaustible source for the latter.

Some Remarks on Exp-Function Method and Its Applications

Recently, many important nonlinear partial differential equations arising in the applied physical and mathematical sciences have been tackled by a popular approach, the so-called Exp-function method. In this paper, we present some shortcomings of this method by analyzing the results of recently published papers. We also discuss the possible improvement of the effectiveness of the method.

Equipment as a teaching resource, should give full play to its role in the efficiency at the same time, from quality improve equipment management, reduce material consumption, two aspects of efforts to reduce maintenance costs, reduce maintenance expenses. This article by the necessity of self- maintenance, feasibility analysis and establish a competitive mechanism, and that this is a feasible way out equipment maintenance work of vocational colleges need to adapt to the situation.

Safe Distance for Inspection of 1 000 kV UHVAC Lines with Helicopter

Helicopter inspection of ultra high voltage （UHV） transmission lines has unmatched advantages compared to manual work due to the inspection angle and high-tech equipment on board, especially in detailed inspections of tower heads and defect-detections in virtue of infrared/ultraviolet techniques. This paper deals with some key technical problems in the inspections of i 000 kV UHVAC lines with a helicopter, such as the safe distance of live-line working, electromagnetic field intensity and flight control. Based on the study results, a set of UHV line inspection methods was worked out and applied to the inspection of live UHV lines.

Research on technology innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai

Equipment manufacturing industry is an important symbol to measure the industrial strength, scientific and technological innovation ability and international competitiveness of a country or region. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development status of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai, and then uses DEA to analyze the efficiency of technology innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai. The results show that the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai has stronger overall drawing ability, and besides, the technology innovation ability of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry is weak, other equipment manufacturing sub industries have relatively strong ability of technological innovation. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry and gives guidance and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.

Mobility after Heart Surgery： What Are Influential Factors？

Objective： To analyze postoperative mobility after cardiac surgery. Methods： Observational study in patients, aged 〉 18 years, undergoing myocardial revascularization and/or valvular heart surgery, hospitalized in a Brazil hospital. The data collection took place between April 2016 and March 2017. On admission to the ward, patients received a calibrated pedometer. They were asked to use the device during five consecutive days, yet only three days of full use were analyzed. Results： Analyzed were data of 87 individuals with mean age of 58.70 ~ 12.59 years, 52 （59.8%） of them were males. Regarding surgery, 53 （60.9%） underwent myocardial revascularization. The median number of steps was 738 （185-1,557）, which showed a weak and inverse correlation with the length of stay in the intensive care unit （r = -0.3/p = 0.02）, however, it was not statistically significant when related to clinical and surgical data. Male patients had a better mobility when compared to patients of the female sex （p = 0.04）. Conclusions： Individuals who had a longer stay in the intensive care unit, as well as females, had a lower mobility in the ward. The mobility did not show a relation with intra- and postoperative factors.

Analysis on Students＇ Performance in SAMBET Course

In order to probe into the problems that English learners meet in the second language acquisition （SLA）, this thesis intends to evaluate students＇ performance in the process of studying SAMBET course in Beijing Information Science and Technology University （BISTU）, through identifying and analyzing the errors and improper uses of English, and exploring the reasons that account for them by means of SLA analysis devices. The author has talked about the errors and improper uses that are made by test attendants of SAMBET course. The analysis and exploration on these errors and improper uses illustrate that they occur owing to various implied reasons, e.g., the influence of Ll, ignorance of grammatical rules, carelessness, outside pressure, and attitude, aptitude, and confidence of individual learner, etc

Intramedullary devices in the management of Judet III and IV paediatric radial neck fractures

Purpose： The aim of this study is to discuss the results of different intramedullary devices used in the management of paediatric radial neck fractures and to suggest methods to avoid the pitfalls of the technique. Methods： Thirty patients with isolated Judet III and IV fractures were included in this prospective study. Judet I and II fractures and radial neck fractures associated with other injuries were excluded. The final results were graded using the Metaizeau functional scoring system and Oxford Elbow Score. Results： The functional result was good to excellent in 24 of 30 cases （80%）. The mean Oxford Elbow Score was 44.32. The mean follow-up was 40.11 months. The complications seen were radiocapitellar joint penetration - 6 cases at mean 4.87 weeks, redisplacement - 6, radial epiphyseal sclerosis - 5, and heterotopic ossification 1 case. Conclusion： lntramedullary K wires may result in radiocapitellar joint penetration. Titanium Elastic Nail System should not be used as purely fixation devices as they may not prevent redisplacement. Regular follow-up until at least 6 weeks is essential. Patients who have a Judet IV fracture and need open reduction should be given a guarded prognosis. The paper highlights the pitfalls of the technique and makes recommendations regarding the type of implant, follow-up and patient counselling in Judet IV fractures.
