It is comprised of a cargo-selection subcomplex of Vps26, Vps29 and Vps35 and a membrane-binding coat subcomplex of sorting nexins (SNXs). Previous studies identified SNX1/2 as one of the components of the SNX subcomplex, and SNX5/6 as candidates for the second SNX. How the retromer-associated cargoes are recognized and transported by molecular motors are largely unknown. In this study, we found that one of SNX1/2's dimerization partners, SNX6, interacts with the p150Gued subunit of the dynein/dynactin motor complex. We present evidence that SNX6 is a component of the retromer, and that recruitment of the motor complex to the membrane-associated retromer requires the SNX6-pl50Gued interaction. Disruption of the SNX6-pl50Glued interaction causes failure in formation and detachment of the tubulovesicular sorting structures from endosomes and results in block of CI-MPR retrieval from endosomes to the TGN. These observations indicate that in addition to SNX1/2, SNX6 in association with the dynein/dynactin complex drives the formation and movement of tubular retrograde intermediates.展开更多

In addition by comparison with the previous experiments about extrusion swelling, the results show that the value of the swell ratio decreases rapidly at low values of length/ diameter and then levels off as length/diameter is increased further, whereas increases with the die exit angle increasing. The veincity distribution of the composite melt and the micro hole's structure have a significant influence on the extrusion swelling, which has very good guidance function for studying the forming mechanism of the composite melt and preparation of the high performance fiber.展开更多

Some complex inorganic oxides are known that they may be promising color materials (absorbing visible light of certain wavelengths region) having potential application for environmentally benign catalysts, for example, photocatalysts. Chiral copper(Ⅱ) complexes having bidentate amine ligands ([CuL2]2+) can be acted as cationic building blocks of bimetallic metal complexes. We have prepared some chiral bimetallic complexes with various anionic metal complexes such as [PtCl4]2-, [M02O7]2 and Mn12 clusters (typical single-molecule magnets) which characterized by means of solid-state electronic and CD (circular dichroism) spectra, IR (infrared) spectra, synchrotron XRD (X-ray diffraction) and XAS (soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy). By sintering these precursor chiral bimetallic complexes, we have prepared complex inorganic oxides from them. The IR spectra indicated substituting metal-ligand bonds and losing organic moieties. The XRD pattern indicated complete changes of crystal structures. The XAS revealed replacing coordination atoms as well as oxidation of valences of metal ions. Furthermore, we will also investigate possibility of patterning by homogeneous precipitation method as bimetallic complexes to prepare desirable complex inorganic oxides.展开更多
