The Riemann-Hilbert problem is easily formulated by the ways of self-similar functions. The analytical solution obtained is rather simple and concise. Based on the engineering background of double-unit face mining under complicated geological conditions and the lagging fully-mechanized face surpassing the fore mechanized face of double-unit face in Zhou Yuanshan coa...Based on the engineering background of double-unit face mining under complicated geological conditions and the lagging fully-mechanized face surpassing the fore mechanized face of double-unit face in Zhou Yuanshan coal mine, strata-pressure behavior in the process was analyzed based on FLAC3D and on-site measurement. The results show that the stress concentration factor of superposition abutment pressure and the alternate distance of double-unit face are meeting gauss function, the relationship between the depth of stress concentration point and alternate distance also meets gaussian function. When the alternate distance is larger than 24 m, the superimposition of pilot support pressure in the double-unit face is weak. When the alternate distance is more than 12-15 m, the changes of the roof subsidence coefficient and the depth of stress con- centration point are stabilized; when the alternate distance is 3-6 m, the fore working face end is in the greatest impact area of superposition abutment pressure, this area should be avoided in determining the reasonable alternate distance.展开更多

The kuruma prawn, Marsupenaeus japonicus, is one of the most cultivated and consumed species of shrimp. However, very few molecular genetic/genomic resources are publically available for it. Thus, the characterization...The kuruma prawn, Marsupenaeus japonicus, is one of the most cultivated and consumed species of shrimp. However, very few molecular genetic/genomic resources are publically available for it. Thus, the characterization and distribution of simple sequence repeats(SSRs) remains ambiguous and the use of SSR markers in genomic studies and marker-assisted selection is limited. The goal of this study is to characterize and develop genome-wide SSR markers in M. japonicus by genome survey sequencing for application in comparative genomics and breeding. A total of 326 945 perfect SSRs were identified, among which dinucleotide repeats were the most frequent class(44.08%), followed by mononucleotides(29.67%), trinucleotides(18.96%), tetranucleotides(5.66%), hexanucleotides(1.07%), and pentanucleotides(0.56%). In total, 151 541 SSR loci primers were successfully designed. A subset of 30 SSR primer pairs were synthesized and tested in 42 individuals from a wild population, of which 27 loci(90.0%) were successfully amplified with specific products and 24(80.0%) were polymorphic. For the amplified polymorphic loci, the alleles ranged from 5 to 17(with an average of 9.63), and the average PIC value was 0.796. A total of 58 256 SSR-containing sequences had significant Gene Ontology annotation; these are good functional molecular marker candidates for association studies and comparative genomic analysis. The newly identified SSRs significantly contribute to the M. japonicus genomic resources and will facilitate a number of genetic and genomic studies, including high density linkage mapping, genome-wide association analysis, marker-aided selection, comparative genomics analysis, population genetics, and evolution.展开更多

A cost-effective, compact and stable short time wi...Optical Time Division Multiplexing （OTDM） is known to be capable of transmitting single channel high bit rate data stream with low speed electro-optical components. A cost-effective, compact and stable short time window with low insert loss, low phase noise, low timing-jitter and high speed performance is essential for ultra-high speed OTDM systems using phase and amplitude modulation formats. In this paper, we review three promising methods to obtain 40 GHz short time window including Electro-Absorption Modulator （EAM）, Dual-Parallel Mach-Zehnder Modulator （DPMZM） and Fiber Loop-Polarization Modulator （FL-PolM）. Sub-picosecond short pulse source generation, optical time division denlaltiplexing and clock recovery are realized respectively by using the short time window based on the three methods. By using DPMZM based pulse source and EAM based Clock Recovery （CR） and dermltiplexer, error free transmission of 640 Goit/s （160 Gbaud/s Pol-Mux DQPSK） single channel signal over 400 km single mode fiber is proven to be experimentally successful.展开更多
