First, we proposed the composite interactive feature representation which encodes both the spatial distribution of local motion of interest points and their contexts. Furthermore, local self-similarity descriptor represented by temporal-pyramid bag of words(BOW) was applied to decreasing the influence of observation angle change on recognition and retaining the temporal information. For the purpose of exploring latent correlation between different interactive behaviors from different views and retaining specific information of each behaviors, graph shared multi-task learning was used to learn the corresponding interactive behavior recognition model. Experiment results showed the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with other state-of-the-art methods on the public databases CASIA, i3Dpose dataset and self-built database for interactive behavior recognition.展开更多

It is comprised of a cargo-selection subcomplex of Vps26, Vps29 and Vps35 and a membrane-binding coat subcomplex of sorting nexins (SNXs). Previous studies identified SNX1/2 as one of the components of the SNX subcomplex, and SNX5/6 as candidates for the second SNX. How the retromer-associated cargoes are recognized and transported by molecular motors are largely unknown. In this study, we found that one of SNX1/2's dimerization partners, SNX6, interacts with the p150Gued subunit of the dynein/dynactin motor complex. We present evidence that SNX6 is a component of the retromer, and that recruitment of the motor complex to the membrane-associated retromer requires the SNX6-pl50Gued interaction. Disruption of the SNX6-pl50Glued interaction causes failure in formation and detachment of the tubulovesicular sorting structures from endosomes and results in block of CI-MPR retrieval from endosomes to the TGN. These observations indicate that in addition to SNX1/2, SNX6 in association with the dynein/dynactin complex drives the formation and movement of tubular retrograde intermediates.展开更多

The carbonation front of Eco-HDCC was determined by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric methods. Results indicate that the carbonation front of Eco-HDCC after interaction tests is deeper than that of Eco-HDCC after single carbonation tests. In addition, the ultimate tensile strength for Eco-HDCC shows an increasing trend after the interaction of 1 to 5 cycles compared with that of virgin specimens, while the ultimate tensile strength decreases after the interaction of 10 to 15 cycles. For single carbonation tests, the ultimate tensile strength of Eco-HDCC increases as cycles increase. After being subjected to interaction and single carbonation environments, both the ultimate tensile strain and tensile strain energy of Eco-HDCC decrease as cycles increase, and the decrease degrees of Eco-HDCC after interaction cycles are larger than those of Eco-HDCC after single carbonation. For general consideration, the tensile stress-strain relationship of Eco-HDCC after the interaction of 15 cycles can be adopted in the design of bridge deck link slabs for the purpose of safety.展开更多
