The purposes of the seminar are to enhance the quality of human resources,to improve the core competence of appraisal firms, and to implement the development strategy of appraisal profession. Vice Finance Minister, Mr. Zhu Zhigang presented the seminar and delivered the keynote speech. Mr. Jia Chen, the Director-General of the State Equity and Corporate Finance Department of Ministry of Finance, Mrs. Liu Ping, Secretary-General of China Appraisal Society attended the seminar. In his speech, Vice Finance Minister Zhu Zhigang attached great importance to the education and training of high level valuation professionals who lead the development direction of China’s ap- praisal profession. Vice Finance Minister Zhu Zhigang put forward four expectations to the high level valuation talents: 1) Be integrate, self-regulatory, and the examples of the profession; 2) Be ready for studying and thinking, keeping high level professional quality; 3) Educate and train practitioners, appraisers in firms and improve the overall practicing quality; 4) Be open-minded and ambitious. Vice Finance Minister Zhu also stressed the important role played by local institutes of China Appraisal Society, and encourage them to further improve the training and education of appraisers.展开更多
