基于实数编码的自适应遗传算法与复合形法相结合,构成了自动优化设计所应用的混合遗传算法。与自适应遗传算法相比,混合遗传算法的局部搜索能力得到增强,运行效率有明显提高。压气机叶型定义采用的是Bezier函数参数化定义方法。该方法... 基于实数编码的自适应遗传算法与复合形法相结合,构成了自动优化设计所应用的混合遗传算法。与自适应遗传算法相比,混合遗传算法的局部搜索能力得到增强,运行效率有明显提高。压气机叶型定义采用的是Bezier函数参数化定义方法。该方法可以较好的拟合叶型曲线,并通过较少控制点的调节灵活有效地修正叶型。气动数值模拟采用的是基于求解二维N-S方程的CFD程序。对NACA叶型的正问题数值优化结果表明以混合遗传算法为基础的优化设计平台是十分有效的。 展开更多

An optimal design methodology for the configuration of two rail slider was proposed to get better dynamic performance. The taper length, taper height and the rail width of the reading/writing head are considered as design variables. The complex geometry method is utilized as the search scheme in the optimization process. Optimization results show that the new slider has better dynamic characteristics and is more stable than the original designed slider. The optimization process also demonstrates that the optimum model and optimum method is effective. 展开更多

In this study,the effect of influencing parameters on the stress distribution around a polygonal cutout within a laminated composite under uniform heat flux was analytically examined.The analytical method was developed based on the classical laminated plate theory and two-dimensional thermo-elastic method.A mapping function was employed to extend the solution of a perforated symmetric laminate with a circular cutout to the solution of polygonal cutouts.The effect of significant parameters such as the cutout angular position,bluntness and aspect ratio,the heat flux angle and the laminate stacking sequence in symmetric composite laminate containing triangular,square and pentagonal cutouts was studied.The Neumann boundary condition was used at the edges of the thermally insulated polygonal cutout.The laminate was made of graphite/epoxy(AS/3501) material with two different stacking sequences of [30/45]sand[30/0/-30]_(s).The analytical solutions were well validated against finite element results. 展开更多

The motion track of belt spindle is important for the radial error of belt spindle. An analytical modeling method for the motion track of belt spindle under the combined effects of bending moment-torque-thermal deformation is proposed in this paper. Three running phases of belt spindle have been analyzed and modeled: the start-up phase with leaping change due to the change in force and bending moment, the accelerating phase with axis deflection, and the constant speed phase with axis regression because of the combined effects of bending moment-torque-thermal deformation. The simulation and test were completed on the belt spindle of SKVM850 machine tool, which illustrates the variation law of the radial error of belt spindle during the whole running phases. 展开更多

The cutting surface is measured by Talyscan 150, using 3D non-contact measurement. By evaluating 2D and 3D roughness of C/C composite and Duralumin, the 2D evaluation method of the cutting surface topography of C/C composite loses a lot of information, and the characteristics of the surface topography of C/C composite can be comprehensively and authentically evaluated only by the 3D evaluation method. Furthermore, 3D amplitude and spatial parameters are adopted to evaluate the surface and the results show that: the topography of the C/C composite is anisotropy and there are no obvious feeding textures but abrupt peaks and valleys on surface of the C/C composite, which indicates that the machining mecha- nism is different from that of the metal. In conclusion, The C/C composite surface is evaluated using a 3D evaluation method, the roughness error is small, and the unique topography characteristics earl be au- thentically evaluated. 展开更多
