In China many manufactories still carry on the traditional way of manual detection, which requires highly skilled personnel and efficiency is low. Some large manufactories have imported auto-detecting equipments, which require CAD data on the parts, or just divide the surface into several approximate planes for automatic detection. Phased-array system is seldom used, and the cost is high. Besides, most of the systems have not considered the automatic sensitivity compensation of parts with varying thickness. To improve the detection quality and efficiency of nondestructive test (NDT) of parts of complex surface, this paper puts forward an integrated ultrasonic NDT system characterized by: (1) Use of ultrasonic measurement and reverse of curved surface to solve the CAD data problem; (2) Use of an automatic sensitivity compensation algorithm (based on the part’s modelling information obtained in surface reverse) to fit the variety of the thickness; (3) Use of template matching and pseudo-color imaging to improve the quality of detection results. The system features integration of low cost mature technologies, and is suitable for detection of various parts of different complex surfaces in medium-and-small enterprises. The test results showed that the system can automatically detect parts of complex surface successfully, and that the inspection result is good and reliable.展开更多

In this scheme, the good thermal conductivity and insulation ceramic materials were selected as the outer jacket material sensing probe, and the program had a good solution to the problem of high and low voltage isolation; The combination of the optical fiber composite insulators for wireless sensing, not only solves the problem of high voltage insulation, but also avoids the "creeping" phenomenon due to dust. The package of the structure and reasonable installation solves the cross sensitivity of strain. The application showed that the precision of temperature measurement of the system could reach ± 0.5 ℃ and could work in a variety of harsh environments. It could improve the reliability of the operation of the electrical equipment significantly and has considerable practical value for the whole power system.展开更多
CDC48 is a highly conserved protein in eukaryotes and belongs to the AAA (ATPase associated with a variety of cellular activities) superfamily. It can interact with many different cofactors and form protein complexe...CDC48 is a highly conserved protein in eukaryotes and belongs to the AAA (ATPase associated with a variety of cellular activities) superfamily. It can interact with many different cofactors and form protein complexes that play important roles in various cellular processes. According to the Physcomitrella patens database, one member of the ATPases, the cell cycle gene PpCDC4811, was cloned. PpCDC48II contains two typical ATPase modules and is highly homologous to AtCDC48A. PpCDC4811 was up-regulated in mRNA levels after incubation at 0~C for 36 and 72 h. To further elucidate protein function, we disrupted the PpCDC4811 gene by transforming P. patens with the corresponding linear genomic sequences. When treated to the same freezing stress, it was found that PpCDC4811 knockout plants were less resistant to freezing treatment than wild type after acclimation. This suggested that PpCDC481I was an essential gene for low-temperature-induced freezing tolerance in P. patens cells.展开更多
