目的设计一套稳定性好、贴阀精度高、效率高且具有连续性的纸纱复合袋糊底机贴阀控制系统,解决目前国内贴阀系统贴阀不连续且贴阀精度不高的问题。方法贴阀控制系统采用连续性贴阀控制方案,与自动化糊底设备相配合,利用PLC高速脉冲输出... 目的设计一套稳定性好、贴阀精度高、效率高且具有连续性的纸纱复合袋糊底机贴阀控制系统,解决目前国内贴阀系统贴阀不连续且贴阀精度不高的问题。方法贴阀控制系统采用连续性贴阀控制方案,与自动化糊底设备相配合,利用PLC高速脉冲输出控制伺服电机的速度,同时用高速计数器对增量编码器反馈的信号进行脉冲计数,最终完成对贴阀的精准控制。结果通过对贴阀系统进行测试,在阀口位置误差允许范围内,贴阀的合格率可达97.9%。结论通过对伺服电机的速度和贴阀位置的精准控制,贴阀控制系统的连续性、稳定性、贴阀精度和效率都得到了有效提高。 展开更多

Investigation on Non-covalent Complexes of Cyclodextrins with Li+ in Gas Phase by Mass Spectrometry

To investigate the non-covalent interaction between cyclodextrins (CD) and lithium ion, a stoichiometry of α-CD, β-CD, heptakis(2,6-di-O-methyl)-β-CD (DM-β-CD), or heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-β-CD (TM-β-CD) was mixed with lithium salt, respectively, and then incubated at room temperature for 10 min to reach the equilibrium. In posi- tive mode, the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) results demonstrated that lithium ion can conjugate to α-, β-, DM-β- or TM-β-CD and form 1:1 stoichiometric non-covalent complexes. The binding of the complexes was further confirmed by collision- induced dissociation. The dissociation constants Kdl of four complexes (Li+α-CD, Li+β- CD, Li+DM-β-CD, and Li+TM-β-CD) were determined by mass spectrometric titration. The results showed Kdl were 18.7, 26.7, 33.6, 30.5 μmol/L for the complexes of Li+ with α-CD, β-CD, DM-β-CD, and TM-β-CD, respectively. Kdl for the Li+ complexes of/3-CD is smaller than that of DM-β-CD due to its steric effect of the partial substituted -CH3. The Kdl for the Li+ complexes of DM-β-CD is nearly in agreement with that of TM-β-CD, indicating Li+ is more likely to locate in the small rim of DM-β-CD's hydrophobic cavity. The DFT results showed through electrostatic interaction, one Li+ can strongly conjugate to four neighboring oxygen atoms. For the (α-CD+Li)+ complex, one Li+ may also situate the small rim of α-CD's hydrophobic cavity to form a non-specific host-guest complex. 展开更多

Combining refined composite multiscale fuzzy entropy(RCMFE)and support vector machine(SVM)with particle swarm optimization(PSO)for diagnosing roller bearing faults is proposed in this paper.Compared with refined composite multiscale sample entropy(RCMSE)and multiscale fuzzy entropy(MFE),the smoothness of RCMFE is superior to that of those models.The corresponding comparison of smoothness and analysis of validity through decomposition accuracy are considered in the numerical experiments by considering the white and 1/f noise signals.Then RCMFE,RCMSE and MFE are developed to affect extraction by using different roller bearing vibration signals.Then the extracted RCMFE,RCMSE and MFE eigenvectors are regarded as the input of the PSO-SVM to diagnose the roller bearing fault.Finally,the results show that the smoothness of RCMFE is superior to that of RCMSE and MFE.Meanwhile,the fault classification accuracy is higher than that of RCMSE and MFE. 展开更多

Two series monot ailed porphyrins, Cobalt-5- {4- [ω- (1-adamant aneamino) alkyloxy] phenyl }- 10,15,20-triphenyl porphyrinate (CoPCnA, n=4,5,6) and Nickel-5-{4-[ω-(1-adamantaneamino)alkyloxy]phenyl}-10,15.20- triphenyl porphyrinate (NiPCnA, n=4,5,6), were synthesized, in which the porphyrin moiety was connected to l-adamantanamine via a flexible hydrocarbon chain. The fluorescence quenching between these donor substrates and mono-6-p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin (NBCD) was studied in detail. Distinct fluorescence quenching occured in these supramolecular systems. This quenching was attributed to the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) inside the supramolecular assembly between the porphyrin donors and cyclodextrin acceptors. Detailed Stern-Volmer constants were measured and they were partitioned into dynamic Stern- Volmer quenching constants and static binding constants. It was demonstrated that the PET interaction between the porphyrin subunits and NBCD is indeed effective. 展开更多

Metal matrix composites reinforced with graphite particles provide better machinability and tribological properties. The present study attempts to find the optimal level of machining parameters for multi-performance characteristics in turning of Al-SiC-Gr hybrid composites using grey-fuzzy algorithm. The hybrid composites with 5%, 7.5% and 10% combined equal mass fraction of SiC-Gr particles were used for the study and their corresponding tensile strength values are 170, 210, 204 MPa respectively. Al-10%(SiC-Gr) hybrid composite provides better machinability when compared with composites with 5% and 7.5% of SiC-Gr. Grey-fuzzy logic approach offers improved grey-fuzzy reasoning grade and has less uncertainties in the output when compared with grey relational technique. The confirmatory test reveals an increase in grey-fuzzy reasoning grade from 0.619 to 0.891, which substantiates the improvement in multi-performance characteristics at the optimal level of process parameters setting. 展开更多

In the present paper, Charpy impact resistance of aluminum-epoxy laminated composites in both crack divider and crack ar-rester configurations has been investigated. In both configurations, an analytical investigation has been carried out to evaluate the effects of layers thickness on impact resistance of the specimens. A model based on fuzzy logic for predicting impact re-sistance of the specimens has been presented. For purpose of building the model, training and testing using experimental re-sults from 126 specimens produced from two basic composites were conducted. The data used for the input data in fuzzy logic models are arranged in a format of 7 input parameters that cover the thickness of layers, the number of layers, the adhesive type, the crack tip configuration, the content of SiC particles, the content of methacrylated butadiene-styrene particles and the number of test trial. According to these input parameters, in the fuzzy logic model, the impact resistance of each specimen was predicted. The training and testing results in the fuzzy logic model have shown a strong potential for predicting impact resis-tance of aluminum-epoxy laminated composites. 展开更多
