导电水凝胶作为一种高性能聚合物材料,被广泛应用于柔性传感器与储能设备等领域。然而,大多数导电水凝胶均为单层结构,且力学性能较弱。而复合层水凝胶可以通过各层之间的结合,进行力学性能上的互补。因此,需要从水凝胶的结构上进行设计... 导电水凝胶作为一种高性能聚合物材料,被广泛应用于柔性传感器与储能设备等领域。然而,大多数导电水凝胶均为单层结构,且力学性能较弱。而复合层水凝胶可以通过各层之间的结合,进行力学性能上的互补。因此,需要从水凝胶的结构上进行设计,使其具有优异的力学性能,并具有更多功能。在此,通过原位聚合的方式,将石墨烯层、Ecoflex弹性体和AAc/OTF水凝胶进行聚合,制备了一款兼具黏附性能、力学拉伸性能和导电性能的复合层水凝胶G-Eco-AAc/OTF。由于水凝胶表面羧基、羟基和磺酸基团的存在,该水凝胶材料展示了良好的黏附性。将G-Eco-AAc/OTF复合层导电水凝胶应用于运动传感领域,可对手指、手腕、肘部和膝盖处进行信号的监测,并且测试结果稳定。这为下一代可穿戴柔性传感设备奠定了基础。 展开更多

研究了组坯方式对竹帘板胶合强度的影响。结果表明:当厚、薄竹片单板相间组坯时,薄单板和脲醛树脂在板材内可形成“复合胶层”,竹帘板胶合强度得以提高,并削弱了其变异牲。

The nanostructured copper/microcapsule containing liquid core materials composite(copper/liquid microcapsules composite) was prepared using direct current(DC) electrodeposition method.The surface morphology and microstructure of composite were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the microstructure of electrodeposited layer transformed from bulk crystal to nano structure because of the participation of microcapsules.The diameters of microcapsules and the copper grain sizes in the composite were 2?20 μm and 10?20 nm,respectively.In addition,the electrodeposition mechanism of composite in the deposition process followed electrochemistry theory,which was proved by the theoretical analysis result and the experiment results.Meanwhile,the co-deposition process model was presented. 展开更多

A gelatin/MMT nanocomposite was prepared in an aqueous solution and investigated by XRD,FTIR and 13 C NMR,and then the intercalation mechanism was discussed.The result of XRD indicated that the gelatin molecule had already inserted into the interlayer of MMT,and the intercalation or exfoliation structure had been achieved.The result of 13 C NMR demonstrated that the ions interaction between gelatin and MMT was attributed to the driving force for intercalation.In order to confirm the role of -COO - of gelatin in the combination with MMT,lauric sodium was brought in as a model to react with MMT,and was characterized by XRD and FTIR,the result proved that there existed a kind of strong interaction between -COO - and ions of MMT. 展开更多

Titania coating of multi wall carbon nano tube(MWCNT) was carried out by sol-gel method in order to improve its photo catalytic properties.The effect of MWCNT/TiO_2 mass to volume ratio on adsorption ability,reaction rate and photo-catalytic removal efficiency of dibenzothiophene(DBT) from n-hexane solution was investigated using a 9 W UV lamp.The results show that the addition of nanotubes improves the photo-catalytic properties of TiO_2 by two factors;however,the DBT removal rate versus MWCNT content is found to follow a bimodal pattern.Two factors are observed to affect the removal rate of DBT and produce two optimum values for MWCNT content.First,large quantities of MWCNTs prevent light absorption by the solution and decrease removal efficiency.By contrast,a low dosage of MWCNT causes recombination of the electron holes,which also decreases the DBT removal rate.The optimum MWCNT contents in the composite are found to be 0.25 g and 0.75 g MWCNT per 80 m L of sol. 展开更多

Determination of copper complexation in surface microlayer of Daya Bay and Jiaozhou Bay

Copper complexing ligands concentration (C C) and conditional stability constant of the sea surface microlayer (SML) and subsurface layer (SSL) samples, collected from Daya Bay of Guangdong Province and Jiaozhou Bay of Shandong Province, were determined by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) technique. C C of Daya Bay in the SML ranged from 6.19×10-7 to 3.52×10-7 mol/L. C C of Jiaozhou Bay in the SML ranged from 5.30×10-7 to 3.03×10-7 mol/L in August 1998 and from 3.46×10-7 to 1.36×10-7 mol/L in May 2000. The C C concentrations were higher in all surface microlayer samples, compared with corresponding subsurface samples. The average enrichment factors of copper complexation in the SML observed above were 1.58, 1.41 and 1.56, respectively. The enrichment of C C concentration in the microlayer demonstrated that organic ligands had certain buffer action on the toxicity of the enriched trace metals in the same layer. Conditional stability constants of the SML in Jiaozhou Bay were lower than those of the SSL; however, it showed just opposite for Daya Bay. BOD (biological oxygen demand) and COD (chemical oxygen demand) indicated the organic matter content, also showed enriched in the SML. C C had an obvious relationship with BOD or COD. 展开更多

Comparison in characterization of composite and sol-gel coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy

An Al2O3 protective coating on magnesium alloy AZ31 was prepared by a repeated direct sol-gel process annealing at 300℃and a composite coating was also deposited using Al2O3 particles dispersed sol followed by phosphating treatment and annealing at 300℃.The morphologies,structures and critical adhesive loads as well as corrosion properties of the coatings were comparatively investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),nanoscratch test and electrochemical measurement.The results show that the composite coating has a more uniform,crack-free layer and improved adhesion to the substrate as compared with that of the repeated direct sol-gel coating owing to its lower heat strain.The main phases in both coatings consist ofγ-Al2O3 andδ-Al2O3 derived from annealed alumina sol,and the composite coating has an anticorrosion performance which is superior to that of the repeated direct sol-gel coating. 展开更多

Conversion of waste biomass to valuable carbonaceous material is a sustainable and environmental benign method for energy and reduction of greenhouse gas emission. Herein, a two-step hydrothermal method was developed to fabricate high performance electrode material from pomelo peels. In the first step, the pomelo peels were transformed to carbonaceous aerogel (CA), which constructed of three- dimensional, sponge-like brown monolith with hierarchical pores, low-density (0.032 g]cm3) and excel- lent mechanical flexibility. Then, the cobalt nickel aluminum layered double hydroxide (CoNiAI-LDH) was in situ loaded on the surface of CA to form exquisite core-shell structure (CoNiAI-LDH@CA) through the second hydrothermal step. When used as an electrode material for supercapacitor, CoNiA1-LDHOCA exhibited high specific capacitances of 1,134F/g at 1A/g and 902Fig at 10A/g, respectively. Furthermore, they displayed an excellent cycling stability without an obvious capacitance decrease after 4,000 cycles. 展开更多
