目的:探讨血清EB病毒壳抗原(VCA)、早期抗原(EA)相关抗体(IgA、IgG)的复合阳性标准在鼻咽癌血清学筛查中的应用。方法:应用检测EB病毒相关壳抗原和早期抗原IgA抗体的免疫酶染色法(IgA/VCA IEA、IgA/EA IEA)和检测早期抗原IgG... 目的:探讨血清EB病毒壳抗原(VCA)、早期抗原(EA)相关抗体(IgA、IgG)的复合阳性标准在鼻咽癌血清学筛查中的应用。方法:应用检测EB病毒相关壳抗原和早期抗原IgA抗体的免疫酶染色法(IgA/VCA IEA、IgA/EA IEA)和检测早期抗原IgG抗体的酶联免疫吸附法(IgA/EA ELISA),对741例健康人血清,121例鼻咽癌血清进行检测。以IgA/VCA(+)滴度≥1:10、IgA/EA(ELISA)A490≥0.18或IgA/EA(+)滴度≥1:5分别作上述方法的阳性阈值。比较单项IgA/VCA(+)的含2项或3项阳性的血清(复合阳性血清)作为指标判断鼻咽癌血清时的诊断指数(J),及其差异性。同时应用上述方法对来自15个鼻咽癌高发家系(三代人中至少出现过3例鼻咽癌的家系)的121例成员进行血清学筛查和一年以上的随访。结果:用IgA/VCA单项阳性和复合阳性对已知血清进行鼻咽癌判断的诊断指数分别为79%和91%(P<0.01)。121例高发家系成员在随访期内共检出6例鼻咽癌,均为具有复合阳性血清者,其中4例在3个月之后过陆续出现症状而被确诊。结论:用复合阳性作为鼻咽癌血清的判断标准,可以提高检测的诊断指数。应用复合阳性血清作为设定随访的标准,可以提高血清学方法筛查鼻咽癌的效果。 展开更多

目的评价MicroScan革兰阳性复合板(简称PC33复合板)和D试验(红霉素、克林霉素双纸片法)检测葡萄球菌诱导型克林霉素耐药的性能及耐药基因分析。方法检测115株PC33复合板检测结果为红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感的葡萄球菌对红霉素/克林霉素... 目的评价MicroScan革兰阳性复合板(简称PC33复合板)和D试验(红霉素、克林霉素双纸片法)检测葡萄球菌诱导型克林霉素耐药的性能及耐药基因分析。方法检测115株PC33复合板检测结果为红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感的葡萄球菌对红霉素/克林霉素复合孔的耐药性,同时用D试验检测红霉素对克林霉素的诱导耐药表型,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测大环内酯类-林可酰胺类-链阳霉素B类复合药物(MLS)的耐药基因。结果 PC33复合板耐药检出率分别为金黄色葡萄球菌61.3%、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌47.6%,D试验耐药检出率分别为金黄色葡萄球菌61.3%、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌51.2%,2种方法的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.5)。以D试验为判断标准计算PC33复合板检测克林霉素诱导耐药的敏感性为95.1%,特异性为100.0%;检出erm基因常见的结构型MLS(cMLS)耐药基因ermA和诱导型MLS(iMLS)耐药基因ermC。结论 PC33复合板与D试验检测葡萄球菌诱导型克林霉素耐药的结果有很好的一致性;PC33复合板有较好的临床应用价值。实验室应加强克林霉素诱导耐药的检测,以指导临床合理选用抗菌药物。 展开更多

In order to search for a suitable anode material used in zinc electrowinning in place of Pb-Ag alloy,Al/Pb-PANI(polyaniline)-WC(tungsten carbide) composite inert anodes were prepared on aluminum alloy substrate by double pulse electrodeposition(DPE) of PANI and WC particles with Pb2+ from an original plating bath.Thereafter,anodic polarization curves,cyclic voltammetry curves and Tafel polarization curves for the composite inert anodes obtained under different PANI concentrations in the original plating bath were measured,and the microstructural features were also investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that Al/Pb-PANI-WC composite inert anode obtained under PANI concentration of 20 g/L in the original plating bath possesses uniform microstructures and composition distributions,higher electrocatalytic activity,better reversibility of electrode reaction and corrosion resistance in a synthetic zinc electrowinning electrolyte of 50 g/L Zn2+,150 g/L H2SO4 at 35 °C.Compared with Pb-1%Ag alloy,the overpotential of oxygen evolutions for the composite inert anode are decreased by 185 mV and 166 mV,respectively,under 500 A/m2 and 1000 A/m2. 展开更多

目的评价MicroScan革兰阳性复合板检测葡萄球菌属诱导型克林霉素耐药的临床应用价值。方法用MicroScan微生物鉴定药敏分析仪检测203株葡萄球菌属细菌对克林霉素和红霉素的耐药性;在做药敏鉴定的同时,用已灭菌的微量加样器吸取1μg/ml克... 目的评价MicroScan革兰阳性复合板检测葡萄球菌属诱导型克林霉素耐药的临床应用价值。方法用MicroScan微生物鉴定药敏分析仪检测203株葡萄球菌属细菌对克林霉素和红霉素的耐药性;在做药敏鉴定的同时,用已灭菌的微量加样器吸取1μg/ml克林霉素孔55μl菌液弃去,再吸取红霉素4μg/ml孔菌液55μl于1μg/ml克林霉素孔检测诱导克林霉素耐药;每株细菌均以双纸片法D-试验作对照。结果 203株葡萄球菌属中有86株对红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感,占42.4%;其中D-试验阳性54株,诱导型克林霉素耐药菌株的检出率为62.8%;D试验阳性菌株MicroScan革兰阳性复合板检测53株阳性,两者符合率为98.8%。结论 MicroScan革兰阳性复合板可直接检测诱导克林霉素耐药。 展开更多

We synthesized a mesoporous film based on TiO2-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hybrids using a one-step vapor-thermal method without the need for an additional annealing process.The vapor-thermally prepared TiO2-graphene hybrid(VTH)features unique structures with an ultra-large specific surface area of^260 m^2 g^-1 and low aggregation,giving rise to enhanced light harvesting and increased charge generation and separation efficiency.It was observed that a mesoporous film with uniform pore distribution is simultaneously obtained during the VTH growth process.When a 5.0 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the active layer in photocatalysis,the highest photocatalytic activity for degradation of methyl orange was achieved.For another,when a 0.75 wt%RGO VTH film was used as the photoanode in a dye-sensitized solar cell,the power conversion efficiency reached 7.58%,which represents an increase of 73.1%compared to a solar cell using an a photoanode of pure TiO2 synthesized by a traditional solvothermal method.It is expected that this facile method for the synthesis of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous films will be useful in practical applications for preparing other metal oxide/graphene hybrids with ultra-high photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance. 展开更多

Al specimens were covered with TiO2 film by sol-gel dip-coating and then anodized in ammonium adipate solution.The structure,composition and capacitance properties of the anodic oxide film were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Auger electron spectroscopy (AES),X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).It was found that an anodic oxide film with a dual-layer structure formed between TiO2 coating and Al substrate.The film consisted of an inner Al2O3 layer and an outer Ti-Al composite oxide layer.The thickness of layers varied with the number of times of sol-gel dip-coating.The capacitance of anodic oxide films formed on coated specimens was at most 80% higher than that without TiO2.In film formation mechanism,it was claimed that the formation of composite oxide film was mainly affected by the structure of micro-pores network in TiO2 coating which had an influence on Al3+ and O2? ions transport during the anodizing. 展开更多

The process of preparing anodic oxide film containing active sites and electroless nickel plating on highly active rare earth magnesium alloy was developed.The formation mechanism of electroless nickel plating on active anodic oxide film and the structure and properties of the composite coating were studied by several surface and electrochemical techniques.The results showed that Ag nanograins with an average size of 10 nm were embedded into the anodic oxide film with pores of 0.1−2μm.Ag nanoparticles provided a catalytic site for the deposition of Ni-B alloy,and the Ni crystal nucleus was first grown in horizontal mode and then in cylindrical mode.The corrosion potential of the composite coating increased by 1.37 V and the corrosion current reduced two orders of magnitude due to the subsequent deposition of Ni-P alloy.The high corrosion resistance was attributed to the misaligning of these micro defects in the three different layers and the amorphous structure of the Ni-P alloy in the outer layer.These findings provide a new idea for electroless nickel plating on anodic oxide film. 展开更多

A unique sulfonated polyaniline/vanadate composite was synthesized and utilized as a composite anode in microbial fuel cells on ocean floor (BMFCs). X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to characterize its chemical composition and morphology. Wettability of the composite anodes decreases due to the addition of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The electrochemical behavior of the composite anodes was investigated by means of linear sweep voltammetry and Tafel plot measurements. Compared with the plain graphite anode,the composite anode significantly improves the power density,5.5-fold higher,reaching 187.1 mW/m2 and gives a 27-fold higher exchange current density and a higher kinetic activity. A novel synergistic mechanism between sulfonated polyaniline and vanadate is proposed to explain the excellent electrochemical performance. This composite thus has great potential to be used as an anode material for a high-power BMFC. 展开更多
