目的汉化并改良护士认知工作复杂性测评工具(Complexity Assessment and Monitoring to Ensure Optimal Outcomes,CAMEOⅡ),验证其应用于我国成人ICU护理工作量评估中的有效性。方法研究团队在征得原作者同意后对CAMEOⅡ进行汉化与文化...目的汉化并改良护士认知工作复杂性测评工具(Complexity Assessment and Monitoring to Ensure Optimal Outcomes,CAMEOⅡ),验证其应用于我国成人ICU护理工作量评估中的有效性。方法研究团队在征得原作者同意后对CAMEOⅡ进行汉化与文化调试,通过专家咨询及预试验,最终形成16个维度、149个条目的中文版CAMEOⅡ。于2020年11—12月,在上海交通大学附属第一人民医院ICU内,由经过培训的10名护士分别运用中文版CAMEOⅡ与治疗干预评分系统(Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System-28,Tiss-28)对日班和夜班的护理工作量进行评估,比较这2种评估工具对护理人力资源需求评估的相关性。结果中文版CAMEOⅡ形成过程中,2轮德尔菲法的专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.885,量表各条目的变异系数范围在0~0.097,肯德尔和谐系数为0.860,Cronbach’sα系数为0.798,量表各条目的内容效度指数为0.890~1.000,平均内容效度指数为0.960。在日班评估中,中文版CAMEOⅡ及Tiss-28的评估结果呈正相关(r=0.437,P<0.01);夜班评估中,中文版CAMEOⅡ及Tiss-28的评估结果呈正相关(r=0.296,P<0.01)。结论中文版CAMEOⅡ具有一定的实用性,能为我国ICU护理人力资源评估及配置提供参考。展开更多
Clinical disorders often are characterized by a breakdown in dynamical processes that contribute to the control of upright standing.Disruption to a large number of physiological processes operating at different time s...Clinical disorders often are characterized by a breakdown in dynamical processes that contribute to the control of upright standing.Disruption to a large number of physiological processes operating at different time scales can lead to alterations in postural center of pressure(Co P)fluctuations.Multiscale entropy(MSE) has been used to identify differences in fluctuations of postural Co P time series between groups with and without known physiological impairments at multiple time scales.The purpose of this paper is to:1) review basic elements and current developments in entropy techniques used to assess physiological complexity;and 2) identify how MSE can provide insights into the complexity of physiological systems operating at multiple time scales that underlie the control of posture.We review and synthesize evidence from the literature providing support for MSE as a valuable tool to evaluate the breakdown in the physiological processes that accompany changes due to aging and disease in postural control.This evidence emerges from observed lower MSE values in individuals with multiple sclerosis,idiopathic scoliosis,and in older individuals with sensory impairments.Finally,we suggest some future applications of MSE that will allow for further insight into how physiological deficits impact the complexity of postural fluctuations;this information may improve the development and evaluation of new therapeutic interventions.展开更多

There is a need to make standards to control steps of economic growth as result to accounting gaps, economic gaps, and financial analysis gaps. Standards must face negative affection of speculation, government involving in economic, developing tool. Evaluating must be built up to real market price and also standards must build trust to support developing. Searcher recommended linking economic growth with real growth of producing and ways to get real market price to evaluate company assets, liabilities, and net profit after tax for all users as factors show growth in company to growth economic units which are successful by applying creative projects.展开更多

Given topology dynamics and bandwidth co...This paper presents a passive monitoring mechanism, loss), nodes inference (LoNI), to identify loss), nodes in wireless sensor network using end-to-end application traffic. Given topology dynamics and bandwidth constraints, a space-efficient packet marking scheme is first introduced. The scheme uses a Bloom filter as a compression tool so that path information can bc piggybacked by data packets. Based on the path information, LoNI then adopts a fast algorithm to detect lossy nodes. The algorithm formulates the inference problem as a weighted set-cover problem and solves it using a greedy approach with low complexity. Simulations show that LoNI can locate about 80% of lossy nodes when lossy nodes are rare in the network. Furthermore, LoNI performs better for the lossy nodes near the sink or with higher loss rates.展开更多
