基于无抽样离散小波变换的复杂纹理织物疵点检测

为了进一步提高复杂纹理织物的疵点识别率,本文采用新型算法检测复杂纹理织物的疵点。首先分析了无抽样离散小波的变换原理,选取二维无抽样小波对织物疵点进行检测;接着分析了小波基和分解尺度的选择依据,并在此基础上提出织物疵点的判... 为了进一步提高复杂纹理织物的疵点识别率,本文采用新型算法检测复杂纹理织物的疵点。首先分析了无抽样离散小波的变换原理,选取二维无抽样小波对织物疵点进行检测;接着分析了小波基和分解尺度的选择依据,并在此基础上提出织物疵点的判别流程;最后为了验证无抽样离散小波变换算法的有效性,与其他主流算法进行对比分析。由于抽样离散小波具有平移不变特性,在疵点区域小波变换对应的能量会增大,而在无疵点区域能量会减小,选用Daubechies D2小波作为小波基,小波分解尺度的选择需要考虑织物图像的纹理特征,选择的尺度以适中为宜;从织物图像区域中提取水平、垂直和对角线方向能量作为特征值,分别选取6种类型的织物疵点进行对比实验。实验结果表明,采用无抽样离散小波变换算法进行织物疵点检测平均正确率和实时检测速度均高于其他主流算法,可以较好地用于复杂纹理的织物疵点检测。 展开更多

AIM To focus on procedure-related complications,evaluate their incidence,analyze the reasons and discuss the solutions.METHODS Overall,628 endoscopic gastric variceal obturation(EGVO) procedures(case-times) with NBC were performed in 519 patients in the Department of Endoscopy of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2011 to December 2016. The clinical data of patients and procedure-related complications of EGVO were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS In the 628 EGVO procedures,sticking of the needle to the varix occurred in 9 cases(1.43%),including 1 case that used lipiodol-diluted NBC and 8 cases that used undiluted NBC(P = 0.000). The needle was successfully withdrawn in 8 cases. Large spurt bleeding occurred in one case,and hemostasis was achieved by two other injections of undiluted glue. The injection catheter became blocked in 17 cases(2.71%) just during the injection,and 4 cases were complicated with the needle sticking to the varix. Large glue adhesion to the endoscope resulted in difficulty withdrawing the endoscope in 1 case. Bleeding from multiple sites was observed in the esophagus and gastric cardia after the endoscope was withdrawn. Hemostasis was achieved by 1% aethoxysklerol injection and intravenous somatostatin. The ligation device stuck to the varices in two cases during the subsequent endoscopic variceal ligation. In one case,the ligation device was successfully separated from the esophageal varix after all bands were released. In another case,a laceration of the vein and massive bleeding were observed. The bleeding ceased after 1% aethoxysklerol injection.CONCLUSION Although EGVO with tissue glue is usually safe and effective,a series of complications can occur during the procedure that may puzzle endoscopists. There is no standard operating procedure for addressing these complications. The cases described in the current study can provide some reference for others. 展开更多

The characteristics of inclusions in two types of low-carbon steels by different deoxidization methods have been investigated by using the welding thermal simulation, the optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. In addition, the effects of inclusions on microstructure and properties of heat-affected-zone were studied. The nucleation and growth of intragranular acicular ferrite was observed in situ by the laser scanning confocal microscopy. The distribution of Mn element near the inclu- sion was also analyzed by the auger electron spectroscopy. The results showed that the inclusions in A1 killed steel are mainly aluminum oxides, manganese sulfide and titanium nitrides, and that the inclusions in Ti killed steel are mainly titanium oxide, manganese sulfide complex inclusion and single manganese sulfide. The auger electron spectroscopy showed that there is an Mn-depleted zone near the interface of TiOffMnS complex inclusion in the size of 1-3 gm. It could be the effective nucleus of intragranular acicular ferrite which could divide the prior austenite grains, inhibit the growth of low-temperature microstruc- ture, and refine the final microstructure, so as to improve the toughness of heat-affected-zone significantly. 展开更多
