在多任务、多线程环境下,设计有时间间隔的任务序列需要利用定时器进行编程。提出了使用单一定时器控件实现异步处理任务序列以及复杂的嵌套定时任务的算法,并且给出了通用的程序原理图。该算法占用设备资源少,具有较高的可靠性,易于维护。

An ionic liquid system of [Bmim]X/[Bmim]OH(X Cl,BF4,and PF6,) was developed for the hydroly-sis of ethylene carbonate to ethylene glycol. The important parameters,such as the variety of ionic liquids,molar ratio of [Bmim]X to [Bmim]OH,amount of ionic liquid,molar ratio of water to ethylene carbonate,reaction tem-perature,pressure and reaction time,were investigated systematically. Excellent yield(>93%) and high selectivity(99.5%) of ethylene glycol were achieved. Under the optimum reaction conditions,the ionic liquid system could be reused at least five times and the selectivity of ethylene glycol remained higher than 99.5%. 展开更多

N-valeronitrile-N'-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C 4 CNmim]+ PF 6),as a novel ionic liquid with polar nitrile functional group,was prepared.The structure of the ionic liquid was characterized by using IR and 1 H NMR.As a medium,the ionic liquid plays an important role in copolymerization of carbon monoxide (CO) with styrene (St).Some synthetic conditions were determined,including the usage of ionic liquid,palladium composite catalyst and methanol,CO pressure,reaction time and reaction temperature.The influence of these factors on catalytic activity was analyzed.The results show that the catalytic activity has reached 1 724.1 gStCO/(gPd·h) and the catalyst could be reused 5 times under the optimal condition:composite catalyst 0.015 mmol,ionic liquid 3 mL,methanol 0.75 mL,CO pressure 2MPa,reaction time 2 h and reaction temperature 70℃.This CO/St copolymerization within [C 4 CNmim]+ PF 6 system could facilitate ionic liquids with efficient and economical applications to polymeric materials. 展开更多

In this paper, the bit synchronization algorithms in GNSS receiver are introduced, including the traditional histogram method, K-P algorithm and Viterbi algorithm. The FPGA implementation is also included. A novel time division multiplexing technology (TDM) based on multi-channel shared synchronizer is proposed in this paper to solve the constrained hardware resource problem of multi-system satellite navigation receiver. Through the using of control state machine and data register structure, we realize the multiplexing of bit synchronizer of navigation receiver, which saves the hardware resource. After the experiment, it can be verified that the receiver based on the bit synchronization and multiplexing technology can correctly restore the navigation information. 展开更多

The retromer is a protein complex that mediates retrograde transport of transmembrane cargoes from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN). It is comprised of a cargo-selection subcomplex of Vps26, Vps29 and Vps35 and a membrane-binding coat subcomplex of sorting nexins (SNXs). Previous studies identified SNX1/2 as one of the components of the SNX subcomplex, and SNX5/6 as candidates for the second SNX. How the retromer-associated cargoes are recognized and transported by molecular motors are largely unknown. In this study, we found that one of SNX1/2's dimerization partners, SNX6, interacts with the p150Gued subunit of the dynein/dynactin motor complex. We present evidence that SNX6 is a component of the retromer, and that recruitment of the motor complex to the membrane-associated retromer requires the SNX6-pl50Gued interaction. Disruption of the SNX6-pl50Glued interaction causes failure in formation and detachment of the tubulovesicular sorting structures from endosomes and results in block of CI-MPR retrieval from endosomes to the TGN. These observations indicate that in addition to SNX1/2, SNX6 in association with the dynein/dynactin complex drives the formation and movement of tubular retrograde intermediates. 展开更多

As an innovative software application mode,Software as a service(SaaS) shows many attractive advantages.Migrating legacy system to SaaS can make outdated systems revived.In the process of migration,the existing valuable components need to be discovered and reused in order that the target system could be developed/integrated more efficiently.An innovative approach is proposed in this paper to extract the reusable components from legacy systems.Firstly,implementation models of legacy system are recovered through reverse engineering.Secondly,function models are derived by vertical clustering,and then logical components are discovered by horizontal clustering based on the function models.Finally,the reusable components with specific feature descriptions are extracted.Through experimental verification,the approach is considered to be efficient in reusable component discovery and to be helpful to migrating legacy system to SaaS. 展开更多
