长远航舰艇复用无菌医疗物品保障的调查分析与思考

目的 调查分析长远航舰艇复用无菌医疗物品的保障和管理现状。方法 调研44名某战区海军多艘舰艇医务人员,通过自行设计的《长远航舰艇复用无菌物品清洗消毒灭菌情况调查表》对舰艇上复用无菌医疗物品的清洗消毒、干燥和灭菌设备的配置... 目的 调查分析长远航舰艇复用无菌医疗物品的保障和管理现状。方法 调研44名某战区海军多艘舰艇医务人员,通过自行设计的《长远航舰艇复用无菌物品清洗消毒灭菌情况调查表》对舰艇上复用无菌医疗物品的清洗消毒、干燥和灭菌设备的配置、使用情况和管理、人员培训等方面进行调研,同时征求舰艇医务人员对消毒灭菌工作的意见及建议。结果93.2%人员所在单位未配备清洗消毒、干燥设备;调研单位均配置了1~2台灭菌器,但灭菌器正常使用率为59.1%;灭菌后物品均未按消毒管理规范进行灭菌质量监测,对灭菌是否合格存在疑虑。受到舰艇空间和环境的限制,复用无菌医疗物品的存储及管理尚存在一些不足;人员培训方面,除医院船外,均未开展消毒供应专业化培训。结论 长远航舰艇复用无菌医疗物品在保障和管理中存在诸多缺陷,需结合舰艇实际,注重实用与实战要求相结合,研发配备相应的清洗消毒、灭菌器具,并督导落实舰艇复用无菌医疗物品清洗消毒、灭菌、监测及储存规范,对舰艇医务人员进行规范化培训,科学、安全、高效地保障无菌医疗物品,提高卫勤保障能力。 展开更多

目的:观察复用无菌物品包的侧面贴外包标识牌在手术室无菌物品间管理的效果。方法:将2011年1月至2011年10月手术室复用无菌物品间的管理按时间段分为对照组和实验组,统计两组过期包数,并记录护士每天查包所需平均时间,两组均实施5S管理... 目的:观察复用无菌物品包的侧面贴外包标识牌在手术室无菌物品间管理的效果。方法:将2011年1月至2011年10月手术室复用无菌物品间的管理按时间段分为对照组和实验组,统计两组过期包数,并记录护士每天查包所需平均时间,两组均实施5S管理,对照组标识牌贴在包正上方,包平放,于包前用文字注明取包的方向;实验组标识牌贴在包的右侧面,把标识牌一面向外斜放无菌包,同时在包前挂取用物品方向的可移动牌。结果:实验组过期包比对照组明显减少,护士查包所需的时间比对照组明显缩短且省力。结论:在包的侧面贴标识牌是可行的,方便护理人员检查,省时省力,减少触摸无菌包的次数,有效减少无菌包的污染机率。 展开更多

In order to implement industrial production of selected functional bacteria for bioremediation of shrimp culture environment, the fermentation conditions of the three functional bacteria, which have high ability in degrading organic pollutants at the bottom of shrimp ponds, were studied. The results showed that the favorable fermentation medium (per L) was 25 g of peptone, 5 g of yeast extract, and 0.2 g of ferric phosphate, and the initial pH value of the medium was 8.0. The optimum fermentation time was 20 h. The optimum stirring way was stirring one hour after one hour. Iso-electric point sedimentation collecting method was the most efficient and economic method to collect the bacteria cells after fermentation, with the optimum sediment pH of 3.67, 4.02, and 3.40 for the strains Lt7222, Gy7018 and Lt7511,respectively. It was also indicated that the survival and reproducing ability of the bacterial cells were not affected by the sedimentation process. 展开更多

Objective: To study the effect of surface configuration on the corrosion resistance and bacterium accumulation of pure Titanium(Ti) when used in oral environment. Methods: Six edentulous volunteers with healthy oral mucosa participated in an in vivo study. Two kinds of pure Ti testing pieces with plane and wrinkly surface were fixed in the polished surface of upper complete dentures. After 6-month wearing, dynamic polarization curves were traced with electrochemical method and the amount and species of bacterium adhered on pure Ti were examined. Results: ① Ep and Ip of specimen in oral cavity was higher than that left in air, which meant corrosion resistance falling. Compared to plane one, Ecorr of wrinkly specimen was more positive and Ep and Ip were more higher, so its corrosion resistance reduced. ② Individual difference put a significant influence on amount of bacterium adhered on pure Titanium, but had no relation to species of bacterium. To the same patient, wrinkly samples collected more bacterium than plane ones, and exhibited G - coccus beside G + coccus. Conclusion: From the perspective of corrosion behavior and benefit to periodontal tissue, wrinkly surface should not be adopted when pure Ti prosthesis is made,especially on connector part of denture. 展开更多

Metal contamination in the environment is a global concern due to its high toxicity to living organisms and its worldwide distribution. The principal goal of this review is to examine the current strategies and technologies for the remediation of metal- contaminated soils by metal-accumulating plants and assess the roles of arbnscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in remediation of soils under hyperaccumulator or non-accumulator plants. The use of plants to remove metals from the environment or reduce the toxicity, known as phytoremediation, is an environmentally sustainable and low cost remediation technology. The mechanisms of the use of hyperaccumulator plants for phytoremediation included solubilization of the metal in the soil matrix, the plant uptake of the metal, detoxification/chelation and sequestration, and volatilization. Recently, some ecologists have found that phytoremediation with the aids of mycorrhizae can enhance efficiency in the removal of toxic metals. AM fungi can facilitate the survival of their host plants growing on metal-contaminated land by enhancing their nutrient acquisition, protecting them from the metal toxicity, absorbing metals, and also enhancing phytostabilization and phytoextraction. Such information may be useful for developing phytoremediation program at metal-contaminated sites. 展开更多
