黄斑区节细胞复合体 视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层厚度和视野平均缺损在新生血管性青光眼临床分期 疗效及预后中的价值分析

目的分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)、视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度和视野平均缺损(MD)在新生血管性青光眼(NVG)临床分期、疗效及预后中的价值。方法选取80例NVG患者(80眼)作为研究对象,依据临床分期不同将其分为虹膜红变组(24... 目的分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)、视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度和视野平均缺损(MD)在新生血管性青光眼(NVG)临床分期、疗效及预后中的价值。方法选取80例NVG患者(80眼)作为研究对象,依据临床分期不同将其分为虹膜红变组(24例24眼)、开角型青光眼组(30例30眼)和闭角型青光眼组(26例26眼);同期选取40名健康体检者(80眼)作为对照组;所有对象均接受光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)检查,并收集mGCC、pRNFL厚度和MD,对比各组mGCC、pRNFL厚度和MD差异;NVG患者治疗方案相同,根据术后疗效将NVG患者分为有效组(56例)和无效组(24例),对比2组mGCC、pRNFL厚度和MD差异,绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析疗效预测价值;根据术后6个月虹膜及前房角新生血管复发情况将NVG患者分为复发组(8例)和健康组(48名),对比2组mGCC、pRNFL厚度和MD差异,绘制ROC曲线分析预后预测价值。结果NVG各组和对照组mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度和MD比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度在对照组、虹膜红变组、开角型青光眼组和闭角型青光眼组依次降低,而NVG各组MD均高于对照组,但在虹膜红变组、开角型青光眼组和闭角型青光眼组依次降低。NVG患者中有效组患者mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度高于无效组,但MD低于无效组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,复发组mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度降低,MD升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线分析发现,mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度和MD均可预测NVG患者疗效和预后,三者联合效果更佳。结论mGCC-a、pRNFL-a厚度和MD在NVG在一定程度上可预测患者疗效和预后,具有一定临床推广价值。 展开更多

目的:应用频域光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)观察健康中青年人群视网膜神经节细胞复合体(ganglion cell complex,GCC)双眼对称性。方法:横断面观察性研究。纳入患者53例106眼,测量并比较双眼眼轴长度(axial lengt... 目的:应用频域光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)观察健康中青年人群视网膜神经节细胞复合体(ganglion cell complex,GCC)双眼对称性。方法:横断面观察性研究。纳入患者53例106眼,测量并比较双眼眼轴长度(axial length,AL)、全层视网膜厚度(full retina thickness,FRT)、外层视网膜厚度(outer retina thickness,ORT)、黄斑区平均GCC厚度、局部丢失体积(focal loss volume,FLV)和整体丢失体积(global loss volume,GLV)的差异;并分析左右眼差值(△GCC、△FLV和△GLV)与年龄、性别、AL及FRT左右眼差值(△AL、△FRT)的相关性。结果:配对样本t检验结果显示,除AL外(t=2.241,P=0.029),左右眼FRT、ORT、GCC厚度、FLV和GLV的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。△GCC、△FLV和△GLV与年龄、性别和△AL无明显相关性;△FRT与△GCC、△GLV分别呈正、负相关(r=0.321、-0.356,P=0.019、0.009)。结论:健康中青年人群GCC结构具有双眼对称性,且该对称性不随年龄、性别及眼轴差异度变化而改变。 展开更多

目的:分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)和视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度及视野对新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究。收集2018-01/2021-10本院收治的NVG患者92例100眼,按病理分期分为新生血管性青光眼前期患者31... 目的:分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)和视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度及视野对新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究。收集2018-01/2021-10本院收治的NVG患者92例100眼,按病理分期分为新生血管性青光眼前期患者31例32眼、开角型青光眼期患者31例36眼及闭角型青光眼期患者30例32眼。选择同期于我院接受健康体检者50例100眼者作为对照组。采用Pearson相关性分析mGCC、pRNFL厚度与MD的相关性,以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线研究各指标诊断效能。结果:新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期和闭角型青光眼期mGCC-平均(a)、mGCC-上方(s)、mGCC-下方(i)厚度均低于对照组(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i均高于闭角型青光眼期(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i均高于开角型青光眼期(均P<0.001)。新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期和闭角型青光眼期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-颞侧(t)、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-鼻侧(n)、pRNFL-i厚度均高于对照组,MD高于对照组(均P<0.001);新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i均高于闭角型青光眼期,MD高于闭角型青光眼期(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i均高于开角型青光眼期,MD高于开角型青光眼期(均P<0.001)。mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i和pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i与MD呈负相关性(均P<0.001)。mGCC、pRNFL厚度及MD联合诊断NVG的效能最高(敏感度为79.00%,特异度为87.00,AUC=0.973,95%CI=0.956~0.990,P<0.05)。结论:NVG患者mGCC、pRNFL厚度与MD呈负相关关系,mGCC、pRNFL厚度及MD对NVG有一定的诊断价值,且以联合检测的诊断效能最高。 展开更多

A Preliminary Investigation on Anti-inflammatory and Antibacterial Effect of Compound Sarcandra Aerosol 被引量:5

[Objective] This study aimed to reveal the therapeutic mechanism of compound sarcandra aerosol, which was exclusively owned by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. [Method] An inflammation model was established by xylene-induced inflammation test and carrageenan- induced inflammation test to analyze the anti-inflammatory effect of compound sarcandra aerosol. By bacteriostasis test in vitro, the antibacterial effect of compound sarcandra aerosol against five common pathogens of pharyngitis was investigated. Blood samples were collected from Wistar rats in different compound sarcandra aerosol groups and control group to compare blood routine indicators and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels. [Result] Three different concentrations of compound sarcandra aerosol could reduce degrees of xylene-induced ear edema in mice and carrageenan- induced paw edema in rats, but the anti-inflammatory effect of compound sarcandra aerosol was reduced as the concentration declined. In bacteriostasis test in vitro, the minimum inhibitory concentration of compound sarcandra aerosol against Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus hemolytis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhimurium was 76, 105 38, 65 and 30 mg/ml, respectively. Compound sarcandra aerosol reduced white blood cell count, neutrophil count and lymphocyte percentage in pharyngitis model rats. Moreover, interleukin-1 level in watermelon frost lozenge group and different compound sarcandra aerosol groups was lower compared with control group. [Conclusion] Compound sarcandra aerosol can effectively treat pharyngitis by exerting anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect and reducing interleukin-1 level. This study laid a solid foundation for clinical application of compound sarcandra aerosol. 展开更多

Experimental results of new type joints between the column and the. steel beam of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular (CFRT) under reversed cyclic loads are presented. The earthquake resistant capacity of the joint is influenced by infilled concrete, stiffener length and relative dimensions of column and beam. It is found that the hysteresis curves obtained in the experiment are full and the joints have a good energy dissipation capacity. The nonlinear finite element models are also used to analyze the hysteresis behavior of the joints under reversed cyclic loads using ANSYS 8.0. The influences of the stiffener length and the infilled concrete are analyzed. Analytical results show that the stiffener length and the infilled concrete are critical for the joints. Furthermore, the skeleton curves of the finite element models are in good agreement with those of experiments. 展开更多

Evolution of COP9 Signalosome and Proteasome Lid Complex

The COP9 signalosome and the regulatory lid of the 26S proteasome are both eight-subunit protein complexes which are present in most eukaryotes. There is a one-to-one relationship between the corresponding subunits of the two protein complexes in terms of their size and amino acid sequences. Eight groups of subunits from the COP9 signalosome and the proteasome lid complex of different organisms are collected from all the databases at the NCBI website. The corresponding subunits of COP9 signalosome and proteasome lid complex share at least 12% amino acid identity and some conserved regions, and the conserved sites spread evenly over the entire length of the subunits, suggesting that the two complexes have a common evolutionary ancestor. Phylogenetic analyses based on the amino acid sequences of the corresponding subunits of two protein complexes indicate that every tree consists of two clades. The subunits from one of the two protein complexes of different organisms are grouped into one of the two clades respectively. The sequences of single-cell organisms are always the basal groups to that of multi-cell animal and plant species. These results imply that the duplication/divergence events of COP9 signalosome and regulatory lid of the proteasome genes have occurred before the divergence of single-cell and multi-cell eukaryotes, and the genes of the two complexes are independently evolved. The analyses of dN/dS correlation show significant Pearson's correlations between 21 and 15 pairs of subunit-encoding sequences within the COP9 signalosome and the proteasome lid complex respectively, suggesting that those subunits pairs might have related functions and interacted with one another, and resulted in co-evolution. 展开更多

Soil microorganisms are sensitive indicator of soil health and quality. Understanding the effects of vegetation biomass and seasonal change on soil microorganisms is vital to evaluate the soil quality and implement vegetation restoration. This study analyzed the soil phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs) in fresh and withered Kudzu(Pueraria montana var. lobata) vegetation conditions in different seasons. The results showed that vegetation biomass and seasonal change significantly affected microbial biomass and its community structure. Both fresh and withered Kudzu cover significantly increased soil microbial biomass, and the growth effect of microbes in the soil with fresh Kudzu cover was more obvious than that with withered Kudzu cover. Compared with the dry season, the rainy season significantly increased the microbial biomass and the B/F(the ratio of bacterial to fungal PLFAs) ratio but dramatically reduced the G+/G-(the ratio of gram-positive to gram-negative bacteria PLFAs). Kudzu cover and seasonal change had a significant effect on microbial structure in soil covered by higher vegetation biomass. Furthermore, soil temperature and moisture had different correlations with specific microbial biomass in the two seasons. Our findings highlight the effect of Kudzu vine cover on the soil microenvironment and soil microhabitat, enhancing the soil quality in the Dry-hot Valley of Jinsha River, Southwest China. 展开更多

目的探讨复方肿节风雾化剂治疗慢性咽炎的可能作用机制。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组10只和造模组50只。造模组大鼠采用A族乙型溶血性链球菌注射液咽部注射构建慢性咽炎大鼠模型,将造模成功的42只大鼠随机分为模型组10只,氨苄西林... 目的探讨复方肿节风雾化剂治疗慢性咽炎的可能作用机制。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组10只和造模组50只。造模组大鼠采用A族乙型溶血性链球菌注射液咽部注射构建慢性咽炎大鼠模型,将造模成功的42只大鼠随机分为模型组10只,氨苄西林钠组及复方肿节风低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。复方肿节风低、中、高剂量组分别给予20ml含有复方肿节风雾化剂2.33、4.66、9.32g/(kg·d)的氯化钠溶液进行超声雾化,正常组、模型组给予等体积生理盐水雾化,氨苄西林钠组腹腔注射氨苄西林钠0.93g/(kg·d)。在造模开始后第4、14天观察各组大鼠毛发、精神状态、口腔分泌物、咽部黏膜等情况,14天后HE染色观察咽部黏膜组织病理;ELISA法检测咽部黏膜组织肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量。采用RT-qPCR和免疫组化法检测咽部黏膜组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)、核因子κB p65(NF-κB p65)蛋白及mRNA表达。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠咽部黏膜结构不完整,破坏明显,上皮脱落、坏死,见大量炎性细胞浸润,咽部黏膜组织TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平,TRAF-6、NF-κB p65蛋白及mRNA表达量均升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,复方肿节风高、中剂量组及氨苄西林钠组咽部黏膜上皮未见明显角质化,复合鳞状上皮未见明显增生,可见少量炎症细胞浸润,肌层纤维排列整齐;复方肿节风低剂量组咽部黏膜组织复层鳞状上皮角质化、增生、脱落,黏膜下层水肿,大量炎症细胞浸润,肌层纤维排列欠规则。与模型组比较,复方肿节风高、中剂量组及氨苄西林钠组大鼠咽部黏膜组织中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量,TRAF-6、NF-κB p65蛋白及mRNA表达均降低(P<0.05)。结论复方肿节风雾化剂能有效改善慢性咽炎模型大鼠咽部黏膜炎性状态,其中高、中剂量效果更好,其作用机制可能与调控咽部黏膜组织TRAF6/NF-κB p65通路有关。 展开更多

目的:应用傅里叶域光学相干断层扫描(OCT)观察不同屈光状态非青光眼青年人群神经节细胞复合体(GCC)形态特征,探讨眼轴长度(AL)与GCC的变化规律。方法:病例对照研究。基于AL纳入非高度近视94眼和高度近视62眼,使用OCT测量其黄斑区GCC厚... 目的:应用傅里叶域光学相干断层扫描(OCT)观察不同屈光状态非青光眼青年人群神经节细胞复合体(GCC)形态特征,探讨眼轴长度(AL)与GCC的变化规律。方法:病例对照研究。基于AL纳入非高度近视94眼和高度近视62眼,使用OCT测量其黄斑区GCC厚度、上/下半区GCC(GCC-S/GCC-I)厚度、局部丢失体积(FLV)和整体丢失体积(GLV)并计算FLV与GLV比值(FGR)。使用线性回归分析各指标与AL的相关性;采用受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)评价2组间各指标差异及界值。结果:线性回归结果示受试者GCC厚度(β=-0.698,P<0.001)、GCC-S厚度(β=-0.693,P<0.001)、GCC-I厚度(β=-0.672,P<0.001)随AL延长而下降;FLV不随AL变化而变化(β=0.115,P=0.155);GLV随AL延长而增高(β=0.346,P<0.001),FGR随AL延长而降低(β=-0.473,P<0.001)。独立样本t检验结果示高度近视组和非高度近视组间GCC厚度(t=7.398,P<0.001)、GCC-S厚度(t=7.313,P<0.001)、GCC-I厚度(t=7.022,P<0.001)、GLV(t=-3.482,P=0.001)及FGR(t=5.361,P<0.001)差异有统计学意义,FLV差异无统计学意义(t=1.057,P=0.292)。AUCGCC为0.809(P<0.001),最佳界值99μm;AUCGLV为0.689(P<0.001),最佳界值3.42;AUCFGR为0.711(P<0.001),最佳界值0.44;AUCFLV为0.546(P=0.330)。结论:OCT可观察不同屈光状态非青光眼青年人群GCC,平均GCC厚度、GCC-S厚度、GCC-I厚度、GLV和FGR随AL变化而发生改变。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate whether DNA-dependent activator of interferon-regulatory factors (DAI) inhibits hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication and what the mechanism is. METHODS: After the human hepatoma cell line Huh7 was cotransfected with DAI and HBV expressing plas- mid, viral protein (HBV surface antigen and HBV e an- tigen) secretion was detected by enzyme-linked immu- nosorbent assay, and HBV RNA was analyzed by real- time polymerase chain reaction and Northern blotting, and viral DNA replicative intermediates were examined by Southern blotting. Interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) phosphorylation and nuclear translocation were analyzed via Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining respectively. Nuclear factor-KB (NF-KB) activity induced by DAI was detected by immunofluorescence staining of P65 and dual luciferase reporter assay. Tran- swell co-culture experiment was performed in order to investigate whether the antiviral effects of DAI were dependent on the secreted cytokines. RESULTS: Viral protein secretion was significantly re- duced by 57% (P 〈 0.05), and the level of total HBV RNA was reduced by 67% (P 〈 0.05). The viral core particle-associated DNA was also dramatically down- regulated in DAI-expressing Huh7 cells. Analysis of involved signaling pathways revealed that activation of NF-KB signaling was essential for DAI to elicit antivi- ral response in Huh7 cells. When the NF-KB signaling pathway was blocked by a NF-KB signaling suppressor (I~:B^-SR), the anti-HBV activity of DAI was remarkably abrogated. The inhibitory effect of DAI was indepen- dent of IRF3 signaling and secreted cytokines. CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates that DAI can inhibit HBV replication and the inhibitory effect is asso- ciated with activation of NF-KB but independent of IRF3 and secreted cytokines. 展开更多

Objective To assess the effects of suction drainage versus nondrainage on the post-operative rehabilitation of patients receiving primary bilateral total knee arthroplasties(TKA).Methods A prospective study including 40 patients was conducted.These patients were diagnosed with osteoarthritis and underwent primary bilateral TKA between October 2007 and September 2009 with the same operation team.A suction drainage was placed by randomization in only one knee for each patient,while the other knee as self-control.Pain visual analogue scale score,extremity swelling,wound healing,range of motion and incidence of early post-operative complications between the drained and nondrained group were compared statistically.Results Each patient was followed up for 12 months.Placing drainage did not relieve the pain,extremity swelling,ecchymosis,or reduce the incidence of early complications(all P>0.05).Conclusions Suction drainage in TKA does not exhibit substantial advantages in promoting post-operative rehabilitation after unsophisticated TKA,compared with nondrainage.On the other hand,it might complicate the surgical operation,and increase the incidence of post-operative hemorrhage and retrograde infection.Thus we do not recommend suction drainage in unsophisticated TKA. 展开更多

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important post-transcriptional regulators of their target genes in plants and animals, miRNAs are usually 20-24 nucleotides long. Despite their unusually small sizes, the evolutionary history of miRNA gene families seems to be similar to their protein-codingcounterparts. In contrast to the small but abundant miRNA families in the animal genomes, plants have fewer but larger miRNA gene families. Members of plant miRNA gene families are often highly similar, suggesting recent expansion via tandem gene duplication and segmental duplication events. Although many miRNA genes are conserved across plant species, the same gene family varies significantly in size and genomic organization in different species, which may cause dosage effects and spatial and temporal differences in target gene regulations. In this review, we summarize the current progress in understanding the evolution of plant miRNA gene families. 展开更多

Seaweed Complex Preparation (SCP) is a clinical traditional Chinese medicine preparation which is composed of seven traditional Chinese herbs, and it has been used for treatment of lung cancer, liver cancer and digestive cancer. However, little infor- mation is available about the pharmacodynamic basis. The antitumor, immunomodulatory and free radical scavenging effects of SCP were evaluated in this study. Transplanted tumor in vivo method was used to determine the antitumor effect. The effects on spleno- cyte proliferation and phagocytosis of macrophages in tumor-bearing mice were measured by the MTT method and the phagocytizing cock red blood cell (CRBC) method respectively. The scavenging activities of SCP on DPPH and hydroxyl radicals in vitro were investigated. It was found that the medium-dose and high-dose of SCP could significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted hepatic tumor of murine hepatocarcinoma cell line H22, and promote proliferation of splenocytes and phagocytosis of macrophages. SCP possessed noticeable scavenging activities on DPPH and hydroxyl radicals. The antiturnor effects of SCP might be achieved by im- proving immune system and scavenging free radicals, which is in accordance with the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors for cancer treatment. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the influence of gender on osteoarthritic knee rehabilitation outcome of osteoarthritis patient undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods We prospectively studied thirty male and thirty female knee primary osteoarthritis patients receiving unilateral TKA with posterior stable-fixed plateau prosthesis at our hospital from March 2003 to March 2008.The age and body mass index of male and female patients were matched.The surgical and rehabilitation clinical factors were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative hospitalization time,surgical tourniquet time,and wound drainage volume between two groups(P>0.05).The extension/flexion degrees of knee joint before operation,1-week,2-week and 1-year after operation for male patients were 6.0 ± 3.3 degrees/ 114.0 ± 10.0 degrees,2.0 ± 1.6 degrees/93.0 ± 7.4 degrees,0.6 ± 0.6 degrees/104.0 ± 9.9 degrees and 0.3 ± 0.5 degrees/125.0 ± 8.8 degrees,for female patients were 7.0 ± 3.4 degrees/112.0 ± 14.0 degrees,2.0 ± 1.3 degrees/89.0 ± 10.9 degrees,0.9 ± 0.8 degrees/101.0 ± 11.8 degrees,0.4 ± 0.5 degrees/124.0 ± 7.1 degrees.The range of motion before operation,1-week,2-week,and 1-year after operation for male patients was 108.0 ± 9.5 degrees,91.0 ± 7.1 degrees,103.0 ± 9.9 degrees,and 125.0 ± 8.9 degrees,for female patients was 105.0 ± 14.1 degrees,87.0 ± 11.4 degrees,100.0±11.9 degrees,and 124.0 ± 7.0 degrees.The preoperative and 1-year postoperative HSS scores were 55.8 ± 13.3 and 89.6 ± 6.7 for males and 54.5 ± 13.8 and 89.2 ± 4.1 for females.No significant statistical difference was observed between two gender groups in regards to degree of extension and flexion,range of motion and HSS score(P>0.05).Conclusions Gender does not influence postoperative knee function of osteoarthritis patients.TKA significantly improves knee joint function and relieve osteoarthritis-related pain. 展开更多

目的:分析光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)测量黄斑区神经节细胞复合体(mGCC)、视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)、黄斑区视网膜神经纤维层(mRNFL)和黄斑区神经节细胞层+内丛状层(GCIP)厚度对早期原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的诊断价值。方法:... 目的:分析光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)测量黄斑区神经节细胞复合体(mGCC)、视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)、黄斑区视网膜神经纤维层(mRNFL)和黄斑区神经节细胞层+内丛状层(GCIP)厚度对早期原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的诊断价值。方法:采用病例对照研究设计,收集2019-01/2020-01于我院收治的早期POAG患者82例82眼,选择同期健康志愿者40例40眼(左右眼各20眼)为对照组,所有受检者均检查裸眼视力(UCVA)及最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及等效球镜度数,比较两组受检者上方、下方、鼻侧、颞侧及平均的pRNFL厚度及上、下方、平均的mGCC、黄斑区视网膜神经纤维层(mRNFL)、黄斑区神经节细胞层+内丛状层(GCIP)厚度,采用Spearman分析各指标平均厚度之间的相关性,采用ROC曲线分析mGCC、pRNFL、mRNFL和GCIP厚度参数诊断早期POAG的价值。结果:早期POAG组患者上方、鼻侧、下方、颞侧、平均pRNFL厚度和上方、下方及平均mGCC、mRNFL、GCIP厚度均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。平均pRNFL厚度与平均mGCC厚度、平均mRNFL厚度及平均GCIP厚度正相关(r=0.582、0.632、0.456,均P<0.05);平均mGCC厚度与平均mRNFL厚度及平均GCIP厚度正相关(r=0.583、0.851,均P<0.05);平均mRNFL厚度与平均GCIP厚度正相关(r=0.528,均P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析得出不同部位mGCC厚度及平均值AUC值均在0.8以上,其诊断效能最高。结论:OCT测量mGCC诊断早期POAG具有一定价值。 展开更多
