Experimental results of new type joints between the column and the. steel beam of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular (CFRT) under reversed cyclic loads are presented. The earthquake resistant capacity of the joint is influenced by infilled concrete, stiffener length and relative dimensions of column and beam. It is found that the hysteresis curves obtained in the experiment are full and the joints have a good energy dissipation capacity. The nonlinear finite element models are also used to analyze the hysteresis behavior of the joints under reversed cyclic loads using ANSYS 8.0. The influences of the stiffener length and the infilled concrete are analyzed. Analytical results show that the stiffener length and the infilled concrete are critical for the joints. Furthermore, the skeleton curves of the finite element models are in good agreement with those of experiments. 展开更多

Growing technical problems with the maintenance of precast concrete housing stock result in the search for efficient repair methods. The paper analyses the effects of flaws in the design concept and assembly accuracy of integrated AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) panel walls, type GWO (Gazobetonowa Wielka P|yta Ostonowa which means large cover panel from aerated concrete in English), used as curtain walls in a system of precast concrete housing blocks erected in Lublin. The results of in-situ observations and laboratory tests of the panel walls have been described, and the opinion on the further use of these elements has been presented. As for the analysed case, there is no possibility of replacing damaged elements, thus, additional reinforcement with steel tendons has been proposed as a repair measure. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel approach to comment spam identification based on content analysis. Three main features including the number of links, content repetitiveness, and text similarity are used for comment spam identification. In practice, content repetitiveness is determined by the length and frequency of the longest common substring. Furthermore, text similarity is calculated using vector space model. The precisions of preliminary experiments on comment spam identification conducted on Chinese and English are as high as 93% and 82% respectively. The results show the validity and language independency of this approach. Compared with conventional spam filtering approaches, our method requires no training, no rule sets and no link relationships. The proposed approach can also deal with new comments as well as existing comments. 展开更多

Analyzing and discussing advantages of3D laparoscopic surgery in postoperative recovery Method: Selecting patients were treated by 2D laparoscopic surgery or 3D laparoscopic,surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 as research subjects. According to different methods, we separate patients into two groups, and each group is 150 patients. The one is test group (3D laparoscopic surgery), and the other is control group(2D laparoscopic surgery). Observing two groups for some factors, such as probability of surgical injury, post-operative exhaust time, catheterization time, time of drainage tube placement and hospital time. Result: The magnification of3D laparoscopy image is significantly better than 2D laparoscopy. Error damage fraction of test group(2. 00%) is lower than control group (28.00%), which effectively reduces the probability of total surgical errors and provides more accurate operation. At the same time, exhaust time, catheterization time, time of drainage tube placement and hospital time of test group are significantly lower than the control group, statistically significant (p〈0.05). Conclusion: 3D laparoscopic surgery has characterizations of easy operation, small window, fast recovery and small probability of complications occurrence. The HD vision is widen to improve the level of minimally invasive surgery and it is worthy of clinical application. 展开更多

A new construction method of pile foundation in composite ground, in which, prior to installing piles, the ground is improved around the heads of the piles in soft ground or ground subject to liquefaction, which is introduced in this paper. This construction method uses a combination of pile foundation construction together with common ground improvement methods, including deep mixing, preloading and sand compaction piling, and it is referred to as the composite ground pile method. Since an artificial ground with relatively high rigidity comparing with that of the original ground was formed around the pile in this method, and the seismic performance has not been made clear, thus the seismic performance of piles in composite ground was systematically analyzed through a series of centrifuge model tests and numerical analyses by using dynamic nonlinear finite element method, and a verification method for the seismic performance of piles in composite ground was proposed on the basis of the experimental and numerical results. 展开更多
