To solve this problem, the temperature of the sulfide ores is measured by thermal infrared imager and recording thermometric instrument contrastively. The main factors, including emissivity, distance, angle and dust concentration that affect the temperature measurement precision, are analyzed. The regression equations about the individual factors and comprehensive factors are obtained by analyzing test data. The application of the regression equations improves the precision of the thermal infrared imager. The geometric information lost in traditional infrared thermometry is determined by visualization grid method and interpolation method, the relationship between the infrared imager and geometry information is established. The geometry location can be measured exactly.展开更多

By means of detailed arrangement of sample design, sample making, testing and analyzing, it shows that fiber materials, fabric compactness, fabric weave and yarn type are the four important factors influencing anti-UV performance of woven fabric, but with different effects. Among them fiber material is the most important factor. For the common fiber materials used, it shows that the anti-UV performance of polyester is comparatively better than others. Once fiber material is determined, fabric with medium float weave and high compactness can offer a good anti-UV performance. The anti-UV performance of fabric with "anti-UV" filament yarn is better than that with "anti-UV" staple yarn. The anti-UV property of fabrics with untwisted filament yams is better than that with twist counterparts.展开更多

Bio-oil is a new liquid fuel produced by fast pyrolysis,which is a promising technology to convert bio-mass into liquid. Pyrolytic lignin extracted from bio-oil,a fine powder,contributes to the instability of bio-oil....Bio-oil is a new liquid fuel produced by fast pyrolysis,which is a promising technology to convert bio-mass into liquid. Pyrolytic lignin extracted from bio-oil,a fine powder,contributes to the instability of bio-oil. The paper presents the structural features of three kinds of pyrolytic lignin extracted from bio-oil with different methods(WIF,HMM,and LMM) . The pyrolytic lignin samples are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) . FTIR data indicate that the three pyrolytic lignin samples have similar functional groups,while the absorption intensity is different,and show characteristic vibra-tions of typical lignocellulosic material groups O H(3340-3380 cm-1) ,C H(2912-2929 cm-1) and C O(1652-1725 cm-1) . Comparison in the region(3340-3380 cm-1) indicates that WIF has more O H stretch groups than HMM and LMM. The carbon spectra are fitted to four peaks:C1,C C or C H,BE 283.5 eV;C2,C OR or C OH,BE 284.5-285.8 eV;C3,C O or HO C OR,BE 286.10-287.10 eV;C4,O C O,BE 287.5-287.7 eV. The absence of C1,C C or C H indicates the dominant polymerization structure of aro-matic carbon in pyrolytic lignin samples. For HMM and WIF,C2a and C2b can not be separated,so there is no free hydroxyl group in the samples. The oxygen peaks are also fitted to four peaks:O1,OH,BE = 530.3 eV;O2,RC O,BE 531.45-531.72 eV;O3,O C O,BE = 532.73-533.74 eV;O4,H2O,BE 535 eV. When the initial concentration of th...Acidic black 10B dye wastewater was treated by chemical oxidation and adsorption of activated carbon fixed bed and all kinds of influential factors of removal CODcr were discussed. When the initial concentration of the dye was 150 mg/L, CODer was 432 mg/L and chrome was 2800 times, the appropriate conditions determined by the experiment were as follows: r(NaC10)--4.84 g/L, 25 min, pH=6, height of activated carbon fixed bed was 10 cm. Under these conditions, the decolorizing rate can come up to about 100% and total removed rate of CODer reached at 89.6%. Comparison of UV-Vis adsorption spectrums before and after treatment showed that decomposition effects of chemical oxidation and adsorption of activated carbon fixed bed on acidic black 10B dye wastewater were satisfactory.展开更多
With observations and reflections on a series of phenomena,such as the "independent situation"of China's FDI during the recent global financial risis and the increase of round tripped investment after the "tax rat...With observations and reflections on a series of phenomena,such as the "independent situation"of China's FDI during the recent global financial risis and the increase of round tripped investment after the "tax rate unification,"this paper examines a unique phenomenon in China's FDI-round tripped investment.It reveals its determinants from a micro-perspectiv ,and establishes a vector error correction mode(VECM)for emprirical testing.The results is that the determinants of China's round tripped investment are institutional factors such as "achievable differential treatment" and cpaital control.Tax ,exchange rate,housing price and capital control intensity all have an impact on the scale of round tripped FDI.However,judging from the extent of influence,the most important factor should be exchange rate ,followed by capital control intensity and housing price,and tax has a limited impact.展开更多

We analysed the influence of the following factors on Mg biocorrosion in vitro:(i) inorganic ions,including both anions and cations,(ii) organic components such as proteins, amino acids and vitamins, and(iii) experimental parameters such as temperature, p H, buffer system and flow rate. Considerations and recommendations towards a standardised approach to in vitro biocorrosion testing are given. Several potential simulated body fluids are recommended. Implementing a standardised approach to experimental parameters has the potential to significantly reduce variability between in vitro biocorrosion tests, and to help build towards a methodology that accurately and consistently mimics in vivo corrosion. However, there are also knowledge gaps with regard to how best to characterise the in vivo environment and corrosion mechanism. The assumption that blood plasma is the correct bodily fluid upon which to base in vitro methodologies is examined, and factors that influence the corrosion mechanism in vivo, such as specimen encapsulation, bear consideration for further studies.展开更多
