考虑多交互关系与情感倾向的微博用户可信度评估算法

探究综合考虑多交互关系与情感倾向因素的微博用户可信度评估方法。首先基于用户间交互关系的类型和频率,得到用户交互度与参与度;然后根据情感词典计算用户间评论、回复等文本内容的情感得分,并据此判断用户情感倾向;其次以PageRank算... 探究综合考虑多交互关系与情感倾向因素的微博用户可信度评估方法。首先基于用户间交互关系的类型和频率,得到用户交互度与参与度;然后根据情感词典计算用户间评论、回复等文本内容的情感得分,并据此判断用户情感倾向;其次以PageRank算法为基础,从用户资料、博文中提取特征,计算每个用户的个体可信度作为初始PR值,并将用户交互度和情感倾向融合调整PR值分配权重、使用参与度修正阻尼系数,实现对PageRank算法的改进;最终,改进的PageRank算法迭代稳定后得到待评估用户的可信度。实验结果显示,与未考虑用户间多交互关系以及情感倾向的方法相比,所提方法在AUC值、查准率、查全率和F 1值上均取得了更好的效果,最高提升了13.86%。综合考虑用户间多交互关系和情感倾向可以提高微博用户可信度评估效果。 展开更多

推荐系统中的辅助信息可以为推荐提供有用的帮助,而传统的协同过滤算法在计算用户相似度时对辅助信息的利用率低,数据稀疏性大,导致推荐的精度偏低.针对这一问题,本文提出了一种融合用户偏好和多交互网络的协同过滤算法(NIAP-CF).该算... 推荐系统中的辅助信息可以为推荐提供有用的帮助,而传统的协同过滤算法在计算用户相似度时对辅助信息的利用率低,数据稀疏性大,导致推荐的精度偏低.针对这一问题,本文提出了一种融合用户偏好和多交互网络的协同过滤算法(NIAP-CF).该算法首先根据评分矩阵和项目属性特征矩阵挖掘出用户的项目属性偏好信息,然后使用SBM方法计算用户间的项目属性偏好相似度,并用其改进用户相似度计算公式.在进行评分预测时,构建融合用户-项目属性偏好信息的多交互神经网络预测模型,使用动态权衡参数综合由用户相似度计算出的预测评分和模型的预测评分来进行项目推荐.本文使用MovieLens数据集进行实验验证,实验结果表明改进算法能够提高推荐的精度,降低评分预测的MAE和RMSE值. 展开更多

This paper presents a reasonable gridding-parameters extraction method for setting the optimal interpolation nodes in the gridding of scattered observed data. The method can extract optimized gridding parameters based on the distribution of features in raw data. Modeling analysis proves that distortion caused by gridding can be greatly reduced when using such parameters. We also present some improved technical measures that use human- machine interaction and multi-thread parallel technology to solve inadequacies in traditional gridding software. On the basis of these methods, we have developed software that can be used to grid scattered data using a graphic interface. Finally, a comparison of different gridding parameters on field magnetic data from Ji Lin Province, North China demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method in eliminating the distortions and enhancing gridding efficiency. 展开更多

To address the problem that a general augmented state Kalman filter or a two-stage Kalman filter cannot achieve satisfactory positioning performance when facing uncertain noise of the micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) inertial sensors, a novel interacting multiple model-based two-stage Kalman filter(IMM-TSKF) is proposed to adapt to the uncertain inertial sensor noise. Three bias filters are developed based on different noise characteristics to cover a wide range of noise levels. Then, an accurate estimation of biases is calculated by the interacting multiple model algorithm to correct the bias-free filter. Thus, the vehicle positioning system can achieve good performance when suffering from uncertain inertial sensor noise. The experimental results indicate that the average position error of the proposed IMMTSKF is 25% lower than that of the general TSKF. 展开更多

In this study area the geological conditions are complicated and the effective sandstone is very heterogeneous.The sandstones are thin and lateral and vertical variations are large.We introduce multi-attribute fusion technology based on pre-stack seismic data, pre-stack P-and S-wave inversion results,and post-stack attributes.This method not only can keep the fluid information contained in pre-stack seismic data but also make use of the high SNR characteristics of post-stack data.First,we use a one-step recursive method to get the optimal attribute combination from a number of attributes.Second,we use a probabilistic neural network method to train the nonlinear relationship between log curves and seismic attributes and then use the trained samples to find the natural gamma ray distribution in the Su-14 well block and improve the resolution of seismic data.Finally,we predict the effective reservoir distribution in the Su-14 well block. 展开更多

This model describes the physical phenomena of traffic flow more exactly and realistically than previous models. Also the performance of this model was checked out by simulating the acceleration and deceleration process for a small delay time. On a single circular lane, the evolution of the traffic congestion was studied for a different number of headways and relative velocities of the preceding vehicles being taken into account. Maneuvering patterns of the target are represented by model sets, including the constant velocity model (CA), the Singer mode~, and the nearly constant speed horizontal-turn model (HT) in FIMM technology. Discrete manufacturing workshops are confronted with problems of processing diverse products and strict real time requirements for data service calculation and manufacturing equipment,which makes it difficult to provide real time feedback and compensation.In this study,a high-availability,high-performance,and high-concurrency digital twin reference model was constructed to satisfy a large number of manufacturing requirements.A multiterminal real-time interaction model and information aging classification rules for virtual and physical models were established.Moreover,a multiterminal virtual interaction model was proposed,and a generalized distributed computing service digital twinning system was developed.This digital twin system was considered a machine tool box processing line as an actual case.Consequently,a full closed-loop manufacturing process digital twin platform for physical request service,real-time response,and quality information feedback from iterations,which provides case guidance for subsequent factory digital twin systems,was realized.The proposed system can satisfy the requirements of multidevice big data computing services in modern manufacturing plants,as well as multiplatform,low-latency,and high-fidelity information visualization requirements for managers.Thus,this system is expected to play an important role in information factories. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose a motion constraint Markov network model for multi-target tracking. By augmenting the typical Markov network with an ad hoc Markov chain which carries motion constraint prior,this proposed model can overcome the blind competition and direct the label to the corresponding target even in the case of severe occlusion. In addition,the motion constraint prior is formu-lated as a local potential function and can be easily incorporated in the joint distribution representation of the novel model. Experimental results demonstrate that our model is superior to other methods in solving the error merge and labeling problems simultaneously and efficiently. 展开更多

This algorithm realizes the adaptive model set by adaptive grid adjustment, and obtains each model matching degree in the model set by fuzzy logic inference. The simulation results show that the AGFIMM algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and cost-efficiency ratio of the multiple model algorithm, and as a result is suitable for enineering apolications. 展开更多

The algorithm realizes dynamic combination of multiple model particle filter and joint probabilistic data association algorithm. The rapid expan- sion of computational complexity, caused by the simple combination of the interacting multiple model algorithm and particle filter is solved by introducing model information into the sampling process of particle state, and the effective validation and utilization of echo is accomplished by the joint proba- bilistic data association algorithm.
