从有机肥料中提取的溶解性有机质(DOM)可为不同的商业有机肥料的潜在应用提供新的见解。选用四种不同来源有机肥(生物质炭肥,WSB;羊粪有机肥,SM;海藻有机肥,SW;虾肽有机肥,SP)与昌化矿区周边土壤为研究材料,进行为期三个月的培养试验,... 从有机肥料中提取的溶解性有机质(DOM)可为不同的商业有机肥料的潜在应用提供新的见解。选用四种不同来源有机肥(生物质炭肥,WSB;羊粪有机肥,SM;海藻有机肥,SW;虾肽有机肥,SP)与昌化矿区周边土壤为研究材料,进行为期三个月的培养试验,采用多元光谱分析研究土壤DOM分子特征对有机肥分解的响应。与对照组相比,在培养过程中添加四种有机肥均增加土壤DOM的含量,WSB处理增加量最低,SW处理增加最高。激发发射矩阵结合平行因子分析(EEM-PARAFAC)表明培养过程中添加WSB提高了土壤DOM中类胡敏酸组分,减少了类富里酸组分;添加SM、SW和SP在0~45 d内降低了土壤DOM中微生物转化的类胡敏酸组分的比例而提高类富里酸组分,在45~90 d内增加难降解的类胡敏酸组分的比例。二维红外相关分析(2D-FTIR-COS)表明CK和SP处理中土壤DOM的芳香性或羧酸碳优先对分解时间发生响应;而添加WSB、SW和SM处理组中土壤DOM的烯烃或多糖类碳优先对分解时间发生响应;添加WSB和SP处理土壤提取液中也出现了Si-O-Al等土壤纳米矿物类官能团响应信号。碳近边X射线吸收精细结构(C 1s NEXAFS)分析结果表明:培养结束后,与未添加有机肥处理相比,WSB处理提高土壤DOM中含氧脂肪族碳组分比例,而减少芳香与酚类碳比例;SW处理主要增加了芳香碳、羰基碳的比例,而减少了脂族碳和氧烷基碳含量;SM、SP处理增加了酚类碳、芳香碳以及脂族碳比例,减少了羧基碳、氧烷基碳和羰基碳比例。本研究结果可增强对不同来源有机肥分解影响土壤DOM分子特征的了解,对于评估土壤中施用商品有机肥料的生态环境效应至关重要。 展开更多

文章利用结构时间序列模型和多元谱分析方法,通过综合对比多个宏观经济指标与实际产出序列各自周期性成分在不同波动频率上的协动性,构建合成指标体系,并在此基础上以一致指标为基准、领先指标为参照,对中国增长型经济周期波动态势进行... 文章利用结构时间序列模型和多元谱分析方法,通过综合对比多个宏观经济指标与实际产出序列各自周期性成分在不同波动频率上的协动性,构建合成指标体系,并在此基础上以一致指标为基准、领先指标为参照,对中国增长型经济周期波动态势进行了跟踪与预测。结果表明,自1996年以来中国经济发展共经历了四轮完整的经济周期,平均持续期为3年半左右。当前宏观经济正处于新一轮经济周期的收缩通道中,该轮收缩过程具有明显的持续性,因此目前的宏观经济调控处于一个关键时期,既要保证经济结构调整和转变的有序进行,又要防止经济出现急剧和持续下滑。 展开更多

Development of Three Risk Assessment Models for Deoxynivalenol and Fumonisins B1 + B2 Contents in Maize Kernel

The maximal deoxynivalenol (DON) and fumonisins 131 + B2 (FUM) contents in cereals are dictated by the European regulation 1126/2007. The direct measurement of these mycotoxins is a tedious and expensive process. Our study is based on an alternative tool: near infrared spectroscopy. Different models were developed on 374 maize samples to predict their DON and FUM contents. Several parameters have been determined and used in a multivariate data analysis. Three models were developed: (1) a classification model based on Discriminant Factor Analysis (DFA), (2) a linear model based on ANalysis of COVAriance (ANCOVA) and (3) a Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis model (PLS-DA). Firstly, the performances of the DFA model for assessing DON and FUM risk were similar: 69 and 72% of the validation samples were respectively well classified. In the second part, the performances of the ANCOVA model for DON were higher than for FUM. The r2 was worth respectively 0.85 and 0.69. In the last part, the performances of the PLS-DA models were better for FUM than for DON. These results show that an evaluation of the mycotoxin risk is possible by analyzing selected kernel parameters measurable by secondary analytical such as near-infrared spectroscopy. Further work is needed to improve the models, adding more samples and using non linear approaches. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to find the information related to the changes FAs of lard when frying in cooking oil. Quantitative analysis of FAs composition extracted from a series of experiments which involving frying cooking oil spiked with lard at three different parameters; concentration of spiked lard, heating temperatures and period of frying. The samples were analyzed using Gas Chromatography (GC) and Principal Components Analysis (PCA) technique. Multivariate data from chromatograms of FAs were standardized and computed using Unscrambler X10 into covariance matrix and eigenvectors correspond to Principal Components (PCs). Results have shown that the first and second PCs contribute to the FAs mapping which can be visualized by scores and loading plots to discriminate FAs of lard in used cooking oil 展开更多

The flower bud of Tussilago farfara L.,also known as Farfarae Flos(FF),is commonly used in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of cough,bronchitis and asthmatic disorders.In this study,26 samples from five provinces across northern China were collected,and internal transcribed spacer-polymerase chain reaction(ITS-PCR)coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint profiling was used for the quality evaluation of FF.The results of the ITS sequence analysis showed the high similarity values among these samples.ITS2 sequence exhibited less molecular diversity compared with ITS1,and no obvious correlation was found between the variation of ITS with the production areas or cultivation methods.The results of HPLC fingerprints in combination with the similarity analysis suggested that relative contents of phenylpropanoids and flavonoids varied among the 26 FF samples,and there was also no obvious difference among the different habitats.The phenylpropanoids and the flavonoids showed similar fluctuating patterns,and positive correlation among them was also observed.The results presented in this study suggested that FF from different habits showed high similarities,and ITS-PCR coupled with HPLC fingerprint profiling could be used as a valuable approach for the quality evaluation of FF. 展开更多

Consensus methods have presented promising tools for improving the reliability of quantitative models in near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopic analysis.A strategy for improving the performance of consensus methods in multivariate calibration of NIR spectra is proposed.In the approach,a subset of non-collinear variables is generated using successive projections algorithm(SPA) for each variable in the reduced spectra by uninformative variables elimination(UVE).Then sub-models are built using the variable subsets and the calibration subsets determined by Monte Carlo(MC) re-sampling,and the sub-model that produces minimal error in cross validation is selected as a member model.With repetition of the MC re-sampling,a series of member models are built and a consensus model is achieved by averaging all the member models.Since member models are built with the best variable subset and the randomly selected calibration subset,both the quality and the diversity of the member models are insured for the consensus model.Two NIR spectral datasets of tobacco lamina are used to investigate the proposed method.The superiority of the method in both accuracy and reliability is demonstrated. 展开更多
