为更好地利用振动信号对枪械自动机的裂纹故障进行诊断,提出基于振动信号多分形特征的故障诊断方法。该方法利用Wavelet Leader来估计振动信号的多分形谱,通过6个特征量描述多分形谱的形态特征以实现多分形谱的降维,并使用基于Mahalano... 为更好地利用振动信号对枪械自动机的裂纹故障进行诊断,提出基于振动信号多分形特征的故障诊断方法。该方法利用Wavelet Leader来估计振动信号的多分形谱,通过6个特征量描述多分形谱的形态特征以实现多分形谱的降维,并使用基于Mahalanobis距离的分类器对不同的裂纹故障进行分类。应用该方法对某12.7 mm高射机枪自动机闭锁机构的裂纹故障进行了诊断,诊断正确率达到了82.5%,验证了将振动信号的多分形特征用于自动机裂纹故障诊断的可行性。 展开更多

利用固定半径法和直接计算法系统研究了华北地区(N30°~43°,λE106°~125°)13个K表性子区地震时间结构的广义维数Dq—q及标度指数谱f(a)—a的特征,并与单—Dq—t曲线进行了对比。结... 利用固定半径法和直接计算法系统研究了华北地区(N30°~43°,λE106°~125°)13个K表性子区地震时间结构的广义维数Dq—q及标度指数谱f(a)—a的特征,并与单—Dq—t曲线进行了对比。结果表明;(1)华北地区地震时间结构为多分形结构,单一分形不能完整地描述其分形特征,应该用Dq—q或f(a)—a来加以分析;(2)华北强震前的0.5~2.0年.周围地区地震活动的时间多分形结构出现异常,主要表现为q为负时Dq增大、q为正时Dq减小,或f(a)两端点下降,a跨度增大及顶点右偏等现象,这是对地震密集—平静现象的另一种描述;(3)华北地区地震时间多分形方法回顾性预报评分R=0.47,说明其有一定预报效能,是有前景的预报方法。 展开更多

语音是复杂的非线性信号,这使得基于线性理论的传统说话人识别系统性能难以进一步提高。结合语音特点,基于小波极大模方法(Wavelet Transform Modulus-Maxima Method, WTMM),提出一种语音多分形谱特征(Multifractal Spectrum Feature, M... 语音是复杂的非线性信号,这使得基于线性理论的传统说话人识别系统性能难以进一步提高。结合语音特点,基于小波极大模方法(Wavelet Transform Modulus-Maxima Method, WTMM),提出一种语音多分形谱特征(Multifractal Spectrum Feature, MSF)提取方法,并将语音多分形谱特征与传统特征结合用于说话人识别,实验表明,在短语音说话人识别中,6维MSF与LPC结合,误识率相比单独使用LPC降低了6.4个百分点;而MSF与MFCC、LPC组合,误识率降至1.2%左右。采用贪婪策略对说话人识别的特征进行优选,从101维特征中优选出13维特征用于识别,实验结果表明优选后的特征参数能有效降低系统误识率,提高识别速度,误识率最低降至1.6%,识别时间减少约86%。 展开更多

为了解决回转支承振动信号微弱,特征信息不易提取的问题,提出基于Wavelet leader方法和经混合灰狼算法优化的等距映射算法(HGWO-ISOMAP)的多分形自适应特征提取方法.利用Wavelet leader计算多分形特征,挖掘振动数据的几何结构信息,构造... 为了解决回转支承振动信号微弱,特征信息不易提取的问题,提出基于Wavelet leader方法和经混合灰狼算法优化的等距映射算法(HGWO-ISOMAP)的多分形自适应特征提取方法.利用Wavelet leader计算多分形特征,挖掘振动数据的几何结构信息,构造高维特征矩阵;通过HGWO优化后的ISOMAP算法对高维特征矩阵进行自适应特征筛选;将筛选后的特征矩阵输入到经遗传算法(GA)优化的最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)中进行故障状态识别.为了验证所提方法的优越性,采用课题组自主研发的回转支承综合性能试验台对某型号回转支承进行全寿命实验.结果表明,相比一般时域、时频域、频域特征提取方法,所提方法能提高识别精度,缩短计算时间,为回转支承特征提取提供新的有效途径. 展开更多

Multifractal Characteristics of Intermittent Turbulence in the Urban Canopy Layer 被引量:1

The multifractality of energy and thermal dissipation of fully developed intermittent turbulence is investigated in the urban canopy layer under unstable conditions by the singularity spectrum for the fractal dimensions of sets of singularities characterizing multifractals. In order to obtain high-order moment properties of smallscale turbulent dissipation in the inertial range, an ultrasonic anemometer with a high sampling frequency of 100 Hz was used. The authors found that the turbulent signal could be singular everywhere. Moreover, the singular exponents of energy and thermal dissipation rates are most frequently encountered at around 0.2, which is significantly smaller than the singular exponents for a wind tunnel at a moderate Reynolds number. The evidence indicates a higher intermittency of turbulence in the urban canopy layer at a high Reynolds number, which is demonstrated by the data with high temporal resolution. Furthermore, the temperature field is more intermittent than the velocity field. In addition, a large amount of samples could be used for verification of the results. 展开更多

Analysis of rice paper's morphological features based on multispectral imaging technology

Computer forensics and identification for traditional Chinese painting arts have caught the attention of various fields. Rice paper's feature extraction and analysis methods are of high significance for the rice paper is an important carrier of traditional Chinese painting arts. In this paper, rice paper's morphological feature analysis is done using multi spectral imaging technology. The multispectral imaging system is utilized to acquire rice paper's spectral images in different wave- length channels, and then those spectral images are measured using texture parameter statistics to acquire sensitive bands for rice paper's feature. The mathematical morphology and grayscale statistical principle are utilized to establish a rice paper's morphological feature analytical model which is used to acquire rice paper' s one-dimensional vector. For the purpose of eval- uating these feature vectors' accuracy, they are entered into the support vector machine(SVM) classifier for detection and classification. The results show that the rice paper's feature is out loud in the spectral band 550 nm, and the average classifi- cation accuracy of feature vectors output from the analytical model is 96 %. The results indicate that the rice paper's feature analytical model can extract most of rice paper's features with accuracy and efficiency. 展开更多

This paper presents a method for extracting geometrical features of the joint probability density function(PDF)of two-dimensional systems based on its contour lines,with particular interests given to the number and position of peaks and craters.In order to detect those two types of structures,a series of horizontal planes are applied to truncate the joint PDF with contour lines generated.Starting with the analysis of contour lines in a single plane,shape characteristics of the peak and the crater can be reflected on the contour lines in the aspects of gradient direction and inclusion relationship.Aided by the properties of PDF,the information about gradient direction and inclusion relationship of contour lines can be obtained simultaneously if the contour tree is built.According to the contour tree,the contour lines can be classified as two groups.Then the corresponding relation between contour lines in different planes is discussed.Based on the corresponding relation,clustering analysis about contour lines belonging to the same group but having different heights is performed.Two sets of contour lines are finally obtained as the simplest expression of geometrical characteristics of a joint PDF.They can be used to obtain the number and position of each peak and crater.Three oscillators of different types are chosen to test this method,which shows that this method can pave the way for numerical calculation about the stochastic P-bifurcation of multi-dimensional systems. 展开更多
