两种弹力纤维染色法在肺组织的应用比较

在苏木精-伊红染色( HE 染色)的切片图像中弹力纤维和胶原纤维形态相似,又都着染伊红,显红色,较难区别,若用弹力纤维染色就能够把它清晰的显示出来[1]。常用的弹力纤维染色有两种,铁苏木素法( Verhoeff,1908)和维多利亚蓝染色法( Victoria Blue,VB)。弹力纤维染色在各器官良、恶性疾病诊断中均有价值,特别是在肺疾病的诊断中应用较多,本文针对肺组织中常见的两种弹力纤维染色进行对比分析,以便针对性应用选择。

中国资本项目下的资本外逃研究

文章在把握资本外逃实质性内涵的基础上,重新定义了中国经济转型时期的资本外逃,将脱离国内监控、不向政府纳税的对外投资纳入资本外逃的范围,在国内首次深入研究了资本项目下的资本外逃问题,借鉴并改进了多利法(Dooley Method),在相关数据有限的条件下首次测算了中国改革开放以来资本项目下的资本外逃的规模,分析资本项目下资本外逃的负面效应,并就如何治理资本项目下资本外逃提出了对策建议。

非正常国际资本流动的测算:比较与评论

非正常国际资本流动由于其隐蔽性、易变性、冲击性而被蒙上了一层神秘的面纱。在危急时刻屡屡成为摧毁一个国家金融市场的罪魁祸首,在经济发展的低谷时期又成为笼罩着发展中国家经济上空的乌云,加剧了发展中国家的内忧外患,政策制定者无不对此殚精竭虑,经济学家们也在设法通过一定的方法把握其来踪去脉,并创造出了现有的一些主流测算方法,如游资法、余额法和多利法等。对于这种特殊的资本流动方式,为何会有多种测算方法,这些方法的出发点和思路是什么,是否能够准确测算这种特殊形式的资本流动规模,这些方法有什么特点和不足之处,这是本文研究的主要问题,以供研究者对中国的非正常资本流动进行测算时参考。

Parallel hydrodynamic finite element model with an N-Best refining partition scheme

We enhance a robust parallel finite element model for coasts and estuaries cases with the use of N-Best refinement algorithms,in multilevel partitioning scheme.Graph partitioning is an important step to construct the parallel model,in which computation speed is a big concern.The partitioning strategy includes the division of the research domain into several semi-equal-sized sub-domains,minimizing the sum weight of edges between different sub-domains.Multilevel schemes for graph partitioning are divided into three phases:coarsening,partitioning,and uncoarsening.In the uncoarsening phase,many refinement algorithms have been proposed previously,such as KL,Greedy,and Boundary refinements.In this study,we propose an N-Best refinement algorithm and show its advantages in our case study of Xiamen Bay.Compared with original partitioning algorithm in previous models,the N-Best algorithm can speed up the computation by 1.9 times,and the simulation results are in a good match with the in-situ data.

A preliminary sustainability assessment of innovative rainwater harvesting for residential properties in the UK

Rainwater harvesting RWH has yet to see significant uptake in UK households primarily due to a lack of innovation in residential RWH system types.This ppa er presents the results of per liminary investigations into a range of traditional and innovative residential-scale RWH systems. These systems are examined using a patent application search informal interviews with industry professionals cost-benefit analysis and a simple multi criteria analysis MCA .The latter examines the sustainability of the systems based on a priori social economic and ne vironmenat l criteria.Two of the innovative systems are subject to a more detailed analysis and benchmarked agains ta rt aditional system.Results of the MCA indicate that the innovative RWH systems achieve better sustainability scores than the traditional RWH with a lower capital cost.Further research is focused on monitoring the identified systems to generate empir cal datasets in order to undertake the WLC/LCAs and to identify challenges associated with installation.

Some Remarks for the Relationships between the Generalized Bernoulli and Euler Polynomials

In this paper,we prove the Srivastava-Pint'er's addition theorems(see Applied Mathematic Lett.17(2004),375-380) by applying the another methods.We also provide some analoges of these addition theorems and deduce the corresponding special cases.

A Study of the E-C Translation for the Modal Verbs in the Berne Convention

The Berne Convention plays a very important role in the protection of the copyright in its member states. Good Chinese translation for the Berne Convention will undoubtedly improve the implementation of it in China. One of the key factors that affect the translation of the Berne Convention is the translation for the modal verbs, because they are concerning the rights conferred to or obligations imposed on authors or countries of the Union. Based on the statistics of the modal verbs used in the Berne Convention, this paper discovers that ＂shall＂ and ＂may＂ are the most frequently used modal verbs among the ones in English language and they are translated into many types of phrases in Chinese, but not all of them are accurate or appropriate, because the expressions used in the Copyright Law of the People＇s Republic of China to indicate rights, obligations or prohibitions are not all those that ＂shall＂ or ＂may＂ are translated into. Some suggestions can be put forward to improve the current Chinese translation for ＂shall＂ or ＂may＂ in the Berne Convention.

China's Migrant Workers' Social Security

Based on the definition of migrant workers and migrant workers'social security,systems,policies and regulations and status quo of specific safeguard project of social security have been analyzed.Authors draw following conclusions:China's social security systems of migrant workers show diversification and differentiation trend;national-level policies take on diversification and local-level regulations take on differentiation;social welfare and social assistance have deficiency;coverage rate of social insurance items is extremely low.

The Law and Literature Movement and Victorian Literary-Legal Studies:An Interview with Kieran Dolin

Kieran Dolin is Senior Honorary Research Fellow in English and Literary Studies at the University of Western Australia.He is one of the acclaimed critics of Victorian literary-legal studies and has published widely in this field.During her visit to the University of Western Australia,Wu Sufen conducted an interview with Dolin on such topics as the legal centralism in the Law and Literature movement,the potential of such movement,and Chinese scholars’questions and concerns about this movement,together with the uniqueness of Victorian literary-legal studies.Dolin emphasizes that literature and law are both components of social and cultural practice,so studies on the relations between law and literature can not only reveal social concerns reflected in literary works,but also present the historical development of law and the accordingly shifting narrative patterns that literary works have undergone.
