通过比较苜蓿现蕾前3个生育时期BC_1群体、正反交F_1群体的多叶率、株高、分枝数等农艺性状的变化,解析多叶性状的遗传特性。结果表明:通过回交改良,苜蓿群体多叶率得到显著改善(P<0.01),苜蓿BC_1、正反交F_1群体的平均单株多叶率分... 通过比较苜蓿现蕾前3个生育时期BC_1群体、正反交F_1群体的多叶率、株高、分枝数等农艺性状的变化,解析多叶性状的遗传特性。结果表明:通过回交改良,苜蓿群体多叶率得到显著改善(P<0.01),苜蓿BC_1、正反交F_1群体的平均单株多叶率分别为71.19%、26.65%、15.19%;以多叶苜蓿为母本,杂交F_1正交群体的单株多叶率显著高于反交群体(P<0.05);苜蓿BC_1群体单株多叶率在现蕾前随生长期主要表现为先增加后减少,主枝多叶率普遍表现为下降;主枝多叶率与株高呈极显著负相关,与分枝数呈极显著正相关;单株多叶率与分枝数呈极显著正相关,主枝多叶率与单株多叶率呈极显著正相关。苜蓿的多叶性状表现出细胞质遗传效应,在现蕾前的不同生长时期表现不同,初步判断苜蓿多叶率受遗传与环境因素的共同影响。 展开更多

本研究以航天二次搭载的航苜1号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa cv.Hangmu No.1)种子种植而成的当代(SP_1)试验材料(HY2)为研究对象,通过与未搭载的航苜1号种植材料(CK)的农艺性状进行比较,分析了航天二次搭载对航苜1号产生的诱变效应。初步... 本研究以航天二次搭载的航苜1号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa cv.Hangmu No.1)种子种植而成的当代(SP_1)试验材料(HY2)为研究对象,通过与未搭载的航苜1号种植材料(CK)的农艺性状进行比较,分析了航天二次搭载对航苜1号产生的诱变效应。初步结果表明,二次搭载的航苜1号,其平均株高、分枝数和多叶率显著高于对照(P<0.05),表现出较强的生长势;多叶株较对照减少,7叶株显著增多(P<0.05),出现了5株7叶率在60%以上的7叶株;5叶株较对照减少,5叶率在60%以上的5叶株较对照显著增加(P<0.05),诱变效应明显,有益变异增多。该研究将为苜蓿品种的进一步改良提供有效的选育途径及优良的种质资源。 展开更多

Analyses of the correlation between hyperspectral reflectance and pigment content including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid of leaves in different sites of rice were reported in this paper. The hyperspectral reflectance of late rice during the whole growing season was measured using a Spectroradiometer with spectral range of 350-1050 nm and resolution of 3 nm. The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid contents in rice leaves in rice fields to which different levels of nitrogen were applied were measured. The chlorophyll a content of upper leaves was well correlated with the spectral variables. However, the correlation between both chlorophyll b and caroteniod and the spectral variables was far from that of chlorophyll a. The potential of hyperspectral reflectance measurement for estimating chlorophyll a of upper leaves was evaluated using univariate correlation and multivariate regression analysis methods with different types of predictors. This study showed that the most suitable estimated model of chlorophyll a of upper leaves was obtained by using some hyperspectral variables such as SD r, SD b and their integration. 展开更多

Optical frequency combbased Fourier transform spectroscopy has the features of broad spectral bandwidth,high sensitivity,andmultiplexed trace gas detection,which has valuable application potential in the fields of precision spectroscopy and trace gas detection.Here,we report the development of a mid-infrared Fourier transform spectrometer based on an optical frequency comb combined with a Herriott-type multipass cell.Using this instrument,the broadband absorption spectra of several important molecules,including methane,acetylene,water molecules and nitrous oxide,are measured by near real-time data acquisition in the 2800-3500 cm^(-1)spectral region.The achieved minimum detectable absorption of the instrument is 4.4×10^(-8)cm^(-1)·Hz^(-1/2)per spectral element.Broadband spectra of H_(2)0 are fited using the Voigt profile multispectral fitting technique and the consistency of the concentration inversion is 1%.Our system also enables precise spectroscopic measurements,and it allows the determination of the spectral line positions and upper state constants of N_(2)O in the(0002)-(1000)band,with results in good agreement with those reported by Toth[Appl.Opt.30,5289(1991)]. 展开更多
