人参皂苷Rg1对SHR大鼠前额叶、纹状体多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素含量的影响 被引量:6

目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的神经生化机制。方法:将SHR大鼠随机分为模型对照组、盐酸呱甲酯控释片组和人参皂苷Rg1组,取WKY大鼠为正常对照组。各组大鼠给药14天后,分别取前额叶、纹状体组织,采用高效液相法检测... 目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的神经生化机制。方法:将SHR大鼠随机分为模型对照组、盐酸呱甲酯控释片组和人参皂苷Rg1组,取WKY大鼠为正常对照组。各组大鼠给药14天后,分别取前额叶、纹状体组织,采用高效液相法检测多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组前额叶、纹状体多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素的含量显著降低;与模型对照组比较,盐酸呱甲酯控释片组前额叶、纹状体多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素的含量明显升高;与模型对照组比较,人参皂苷Rg1组前额叶、纹状体内多巴胺的含量显著升高,而去甲肾上腺素的含量无明显改变。结论:人参皂苷Rg1可能通过提高前额叶、纹状体多巴胺的含量而起到治疗ADHD的作用。 展开更多

The simultaneous deposition of rGO and gold nano structures has been achieved by electrodeposition from mixed solutions containing graphene oxide(GO)and a gold precursor.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM)have been employed to reveal the morphology,uniformity and practical stability of the nanocomposite films on the indium tin oxide(ITO)substrate.The AFM data showed heights of tens of nanometers of the nanocomposite,suggesting that multilayers of rGO with gold nanoparticles had been formed as a result of the electrochemical co-deposition.Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV),as a widely used analytical technique,has been carried out on the rGO-Au/ITO electrode for the quantitative detection of dopamine(DA).The detection limit(S/N=3)for the determination of DA was evaluated as 0.6μM. 展开更多

We report the synthesis of Cut cubes with well-defined size and shape by thermal treatments of Cu2O cubes. Polydopamine (PDA) is introduced to modify the Cut cubes by the in-situ polymerization of the dopamine precursor. The initial specific ca- pacity of the lithium-ion batteries using the Cut cubes as anodes increases about 10 times at a 0.5 C rate as a result of the modification of PDA. The overall specific capacity for 100 cycles also increases effectively due to the introduction of PDA. So PDA as surface modifying agent significantly improves the electrochemical performance of the Cut anodes. 展开更多

A self-assembled 1-dodecanethiol film assisted with the preferential adhesion of polydopamine was prepared on the non-etching 304 stainless steel surfaces by a simple dip-coating method.The formation and surface structure of the film were characterized by water contact angle measurement,atomic force microscopy(AFM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The corrosion behavior of the complex films was evaluated by Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The excellent corrosion resistance property could be attributed to the compact hybrid film structure and superior seawater stability for modified 304 stainless steel surface. 展开更多
