研究目的:阐释耕地系统增产—降污—固碳多效协同的科学内涵与提升机制,系统评估增产—降污—固碳潜力,拓新多效协同的技术路径。研究方法:理论分析法,归纳演绎法。研究结果:(1)增产—降污—固碳多效协同是新时代耕地系统健康、永续利... 研究目的:阐释耕地系统增产—降污—固碳多效协同的科学内涵与提升机制,系统评估增产—降污—固碳潜力,拓新多效协同的技术路径。研究方法:理论分析法,归纳演绎法。研究结果:(1)增产—降污—固碳多效协同是新时代耕地系统健康、永续利用的客观要求,增产为主导,降污—增汇共同发挥生态系统多功能协同潜力;(2)耕地系统增产—降污—固碳具有高度的协同性和一致性。土壤碳汇形成中物质与能源转化,既是降污自净过程,也是土壤肥力提升过程;(3)耕地系统增产—降污—固碳多效协同潜力巨大,分别可达1.40亿t/a、720.0万t/a和1.49亿t/a,但多效协同应因地制宜、突出重点,满足适应性管理和永续利用准则;(4)未来应充分利用生产障碍消减技术、农艺管理革新技术和环境材料交互微生物强化技术,稳妥推进多效协同。研究结论:耕地系统增产—降污—固碳多效协同,既夯实自主粮食增产,又促进生态健康与固碳,有力推动耕地保护转型和技术创新。 展开更多

橡胶基多效协同自修复防水复合材料的研究

制备了环氧树脂改性高吸水纤维,随后将改性纤维与天然橡胶通过混、流延、压延、硫化等工艺制备了环境友好型三层复合自修复防水材料,通过SEM、FT-IR、TY-8000万能材料试验机、BTS-001电动不透水仪等考察了自修复防水材料的微观结构、机... 制备了环氧树脂改性高吸水纤维,随后将改性纤维与天然橡胶通过混、流延、压延、硫化等工艺制备了环境友好型三层复合自修复防水材料,通过SEM、FT-IR、TY-8000万能材料试验机、BTS-001电动不透水仪等考察了自修复防水材料的微观结构、机械性能、抗氧化性能、自修复性能及防渗透性能等。结果表明,高吸水纤维有助于提高其拉伸强度,最大拉伸强度为1.83MPa,断裂伸长率达到700%以上。防水材料完全切断,自修复24h后,其切口部分无可见痕迹,裂口完全愈合,且24h内无水滴渗漏。自修复48h后拉伸强度可达原始材料的2.36倍,断裂伸长率达到80%左右。 展开更多

We have designed and prepared β-cyclodextrin (β-CD)-functionalized multi-walled nanotubes (MWCNTs-g-CD) for the oxidation of cinnamon oil to natural benzaldehyde under aqueous condi- tions. The synergistic effect of combining MWCNTs with β-CD led to a remarkable increase in the performance of the MWCNTs-g-CD for the catalytic oxidation of cinnamaldehyde, which exhibited 95% cinnamaldehyde conversion and 85% selectivity to natural benzaldehyde with a short reaction time of 10 rain. The MWCNTs-g-CD also exhibited outstanding recyclability with good stability, showing no discernible decrease in their catalytic activity over five reaction cycles. 展开更多

Semiconductor photocatalysts play an indispensable role in the photocatalytic process.Two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks(2D-COFs),as a kind of innovative photocatalyst,have garnered tremendous attention.Herein,we report an amide-linked 2D-COF(COF-JLU19)with outstanding photocatalytic performance in water,designed through a multi-synergistic approach.The synergistic effects of the high porosity,photoactive framework,high wettability,and stability of COF-JLU19 led to an unprecedented enhancement in the photocatalytic activity and recyclability in water upon illumination by visible light.More importantly,amide-linked 2D-COF based electrospinning membranes were prepared,which also exhibited superior photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Rhodamine B in water with sunlight.This study highlights the potential of the multi-synergistic approach as a universal rule for developing COF-based photocatalysts to address environmental and energy challenges. 展开更多

Cancer of the prostate gland is a leading cause of death. In the present study, we studied the effects and mechanisms of curcumin analogue E10, docetaxel or their combination on prostate cancer (PC)-3 cells. Treatment of PC-3 cells with El0 or docetaxel resulted in growth inhibition in a concentration-reliant fashion. Combinations of E10 and docetaxel inhibited the growth of PC-3 cells in a synergistic manner. Effects of a combination of E10 and docetaxel were associated with synergistic inhibition of the transcriptional activity of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-KB), and robust reductions in the levels of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) were found in PC-3 cells treated with a combination of E10 and docetaxel. Our data indicated that the effects of El0 in combination with docetaxel on PC-3 cells were associated with inhibition of NF-r,B and Bcl-2. Further studies using suitable animal models are necessary to determine the in vivo effect of this combination. 展开更多

The entropy method and the method of S... The purpose of this paper is to explore the trade-offs and synergies of multifunctional cultivated land(MCL) at multiple scales. The study area is Wuhan Metropolitan Area, China. The entropy method and the method of Spearman’s rank correlation were employed for the analysis of combined land use/cover data, administrative division data, population data and statistical yearbook data, from the multi-scale perspectives of cities, counties and townships. The results showed that:(1) The multi-functionality of cultivated land had obvious spatial differences and its overall spatial patterns were relatively robust, which did not change very much at the single scale.(2) At each single scale, the MCL’s trade-offs and synergies had spatial heterogeneity.(3) Scale effects existed in the MCL’s trade-offs and synergies. From the prefecture-level city scale, to the county scale, and to the township scale, the MCL’s trade-offs were changed to synergies, and some synergic relationships were enhanced. This article contributes to the literature by deepening the multiscale analysis of trade-offs and synergies of multifunctional cultivated land. The conclusions might provide a basis for helping policy-makers to implement protection measures for the multi-functionality of cultivated land at the right spatial scale, and to promote the higher-level synergies of multifunctional cultivated land to realize its sustainable use. 展开更多

A combinational therapeutic system that simultaneously administrates various pathways is preferred for anti-cancer treatment.In the present study,we successfully constructed a co-delivery system,multivesicular liposomes(MVLs)co-encapsulating doxorubicin(DOX)and luminespib(AUY922).A simple and accurate dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of DOX and AUY922 in liposomal formulation.MVL-loading drugs were prepared by a multi-emulsion solvent evaporation method,which exhibited excellent physicochemical properties,such as particle size of 3–8μm and high entrapment efficiency above 95%for DOX and 73%for AUY922.The synergetic cytotoxic effect for these two drugs was evaluated in MDA-MB-231 cells.The in vitro antitumor studies demonstrated the superior anti-proliferation activity of DOX and AUY922 with a combination index of 0.43,indicating a great synergistic effect.The experimental data suggested that combinational use of DOX and AUY922 within liposomes could be an effective way to develop efficient treatments of cancers. 展开更多
