目的探讨不同标本来源的肺腺癌(Adenocarcinoma of Lung)初诊患者中EGFR、KRAS、ERBB2以及ALK四种驱动基因的突变检出情况及其临床特征因素。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年12月583例肺腺癌初诊患者的临床资料及肿瘤标本二代测序结果...目的探讨不同标本来源的肺腺癌(Adenocarcinoma of Lung)初诊患者中EGFR、KRAS、ERBB2以及ALK四种驱动基因的突变检出情况及其临床特征因素。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年12月583例肺腺癌初诊患者的临床资料及肿瘤标本二代测序结果,对比不同标本来源下的基因突变检测结果及与其年龄、性别、吸烟史和临床分期之间的关联。结果583例肺腺癌患者中,EGFR基因突变型为257例(44.08%),年龄≤65岁、不吸烟的女性患者突变检出率相对较高(P<0.05),经组织取材检出最佳,其中具体组织取材方法之间并无统计学差异(P=0.492,>0.05),但经内镜下、手术获取标本明显优于血液标本(P=0.033、P=0.020,<0.05);KRAS基因突变型为38例(6.52%),男性吸烟患者基因突变检出率相对较高(P<0.05),ALK基因突变型为22例(3.77%),女性、不吸烟患者突变检出率相对较高(P<0.05),二者的不同标本来源之间无统计学差异(P=0.178、P=0.423,>0.05),但仍以组织取材为先;ERBB2基因突变型为24例(4.12%),不同性别、年龄、吸烟史及肿瘤分期的基因突变检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而标本来源于组织、血液、胸水间差异有统计学意义(P=0.024,<0.05);其中经皮肺穿刺明显优于血液检出(P=0.033,<0.05)。结论二代测序下不同肿瘤标本的来源途径及初诊肺腺癌患者的部分临床特征对四种基因突变的检出率存在一定临床意义,临床上应选择相对优势的检测标本送检。展开更多

These models are used as classifiers of normality to detect an occupant’s abnormal behavior.In order to express context information needed by reasoning and detection,multi-media ontology (MMO) is designed to annotate and reason about the media information in the smart monitoring system.A pessimistic emotion model (PEM) is improved to analyze multi-interleaving events of multi-active devices in the home.Experiments demonstrate that the PEM can enhance the accuracy and reliability for detecting active devices when these devices are in blind regions or are occlusive. This algorithm realizes the adaptive model set by adaptive grid adjustment, and obtains each model matching degree in the model set by fuzzy logic inference. The simulation results show that the AGFIMM algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and cost-efficiency ratio of the multiple model algorithm, and as a result is suitable for enineering apolications.展开更多

The results show that the effect of reducing CO2 emissions on China's economy is significant. Under the present conditions, the estimated macroeconomic costs of CO2 emission reduction in 2010 for China are approximately 3,100-4,024 RMB t-1. The stronger the abatement actions, the higher the macroeconomic costs of per unit emission reduction would be. Excavation industry, oil industry, chemical industry, and metal smelting industry have high potential to abate their CO2 emissions.展开更多
In the early 20th century,numerous western botanists,often referred to as‘plant hunters’,embarked on ambitious expeditions to China,playing a crucial role in the study of botany and botanical diversity.Despite their...In the early 20th century,numerous western botanists,often referred to as‘plant hunters’,embarked on ambitious expeditions to China,playing a crucial role in the study of botany and botanical diversity.Despite their contributions,comprehensive assessments of their explorations are lacking.To bridge this gap,this article focuses on the work of Joseph Charles Francis Rock,a notable figure in that era.Our work revisits Rock’s botanical expeditions within the broader context of botanical diversity conservation.It outlines his historical experiences in collecting plants in China and enumerates the species composition and phenotypic traits of the plants he collected.Additionally,it also analyzes the spatial distribution of the species,the completeness of his collection and the α-and β-diversity of the plants he collected.Our findings reveal that Rock led four major botanical expeditions in China between 1922 and 1933,amassing a total of 28184 sheets and 16608 numbers across 204 families,1081 genera and 4231 species.His focus was predominantly on ornamental species,which exhibit a variety of flower colors and inflorescences.His collection work spanned 5 provinces,35 cities and 72 counties,with a notable concentration in the Hengduan Mountains,a current biodiversity hotspot.This study not only reconstructs Rock’s botanical legacy but also offers valuable historical data and fresh analytical insights for understanding contemporary plant diversity.It contributes to the ongoing discourse on the importance of preserving plant diversity as a cornerstone of environmental sustainability.展开更多

As an important image preprocessing procedure to reduce the computational complexity, salient object detection is still a challenging problem in computer vision. In this paper, we proposed a salient object detection model by integrating local and global superpixel contrast at multiple scales. Three features are computed to estimate the saliency of superpixel. Two optimization measures are utilized to refine the resulting saliency map. Extensive experiments with the state-of-the-art saliency models on four public datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.展开更多
