Through taking uncertain mechanical parameters of composites into consideration,this paper carries out uncertain modal analysis for an unmanned aircraft landing gear.By describing correlated multi-dimensional mechanic...Through taking uncertain mechanical parameters of composites into consideration,this paper carries out uncertain modal analysis for an unmanned aircraft landing gear.By describing correlated multi-dimensional mechanical parameters as a convex polyhedral model,the modal analysis problem of a composite landing gear is transferred into a linear fractional programming(LFR)eigenvalue solution problem.As a consequent,the extreme-point algorithm is proposed to estimate lower and upper bounds of eigenvalues,namely the exact results of eigenvalues can be easily obtained at the extreme-point locations of the convex polyhedral model.The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can play an important role in the eigenvalue solution problem and possess valuable engineering significance.It will be a powerful and effective tool for further vibration analysis for the landing gear.展开更多

Based on the summary of these criticisms, suggestions, related function assessment and further study direction, the sustainability of ecosystem Services is presented. The two basic indicators in ecology, productivity and biodiversity, respectively charactering the ability of producing and self-organizing, not only represent the internal function of ecosystem, but also are proportioned to its external function of supporting and providing for human life. On presenting the general.form of ecosystem services assessment, this paper improves the mathematical formula by giving a function adjusting coefficient composea of productivity and biodiversity. RESULTS:The PXR A7635G variant,the PPARγPro12Ala and LXR T-rs2695121-C homozygous variant genotypes were associated with risk of UC(OR:1.31,95% CI:1.03-1.66,P=0.03,OR:2.30,95%CI:1.04-5.08,P=0.04,and OR:1.41,95%CI:1.00-1.98,P=0.05,respectively) compared to the corresponding homozygous wild-type genotypes.Among never smokers,PXR A7635G and the LXR T-rs1405655-C and T-rs2695121-C variant genotypes were associated with risk of IBD(OR:1.41,95%CI:1.05-1.91,P=0.02,OR:1.63,95%CI:1.21-2.20,P=0.001,and OR:2.02,95%CI:1.36-2.99,P=0.0005,respectively) compared to the respective homozygous variant genotypes.PXR A7635G(rs6785049) variant genotype was associated with a higher risk of UC diagnosis before the age of 40 years and with a higher risk of extensive disease(OR:1.34,95%CI:1.03-1.75 and OR:2.49,95%CI:1.24-5.03,respectively) . In order to solve difficult detection of far and hard objects due to the sparseness and insufficient semantic information of LiDAR point cloud,a 3D object detection network with multi-modal data adaptive fusion is pro...In order to solve difficult detection of far and hard objects due to the sparseness and insufficient semantic information of LiDAR point cloud,a 3D object detection network with multi-modal data adaptive fusion is proposed,which makes use of multi-neighborhood information of voxel and image information.Firstly,design an improved ResNet that maintains the structure information of far and hard objects in low-resolution feature maps,which is more suitable for detection task.Meanwhile,semantema of each image feature map is enhanced by semantic information from all subsequent feature maps.Secondly,extract multi-neighborhood context information with different receptive field sizes to make up for the defect of sparseness of point cloud which improves the ability of voxel features to represent the spatial structure and semantic information of objects.Finally,propose a multi-modal feature adaptive fusion strategy which uses learnable weights to express the contribution of different modal features to the detection task,and voxel attention further enhances the fused feature expression of effective target objects.The experimental results on the KITTI benchmark show that this method outperforms VoxelNet with remarkable margins,i.e.increasing the AP by 8.78%and 5.49%on medium and hard difficulty levels.Meanwhile,our method achieves greater detection performance compared with many mainstream multi-modal methods,i.e.outperforming the AP by 1%compared with that of MVX-Net on medium and hard difficulty levels.展开更多

METHODS: A case-control investigation including 212 gastric cancer patients and 377 healthy controls was ...AIM: To explore the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at 8q24 and gastric cancer risk. METHODS: A case-control investigation including 212 gastric cancer patients and 377 healthy controls was conducted. The genotypes of SNPs (rs6983267, rs7008482 and rs10808555) were examined and established through polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate the association between SNPs and gastric cancer. RESULTS: The genotype frequencies of rs6983267 in gastric cancer patients were obviously different from those in the control (P = 0.005). GT genotype of rs6983267 was associated with an increased risk of gastric cancer compared with GG genotype (adjusted odds ratio = 2.01, 95% confidence interval: 1.28-3.14). Further stratified analysis indicated that rs6983267 GT genotype facilitated the risk of gastric cancer of non-cardiac and intestinal type (OR: 2.638, 95% CI: 1.464-4.753; OR: 1.916, 95% CI: 1.166-3.150, respectively). CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates for the first time that rs6983267 is involved in susceptibility to gastric cancer, although further large-sample investigations are still needed.展开更多

Due to the requirements of longitudinal rigidity, the structural form and the corresponding foundation type of middle pylon are different from those of the ordinary steel pylon, and the complicated dynamic characteristics make the calculation quite difficult. In this article, exploration has been made in selection of similarity ratio and model materials, section simulation, restriction conditions simulation, fixing of mass blocks, fabrication scheme and testing method by taking into account different construction and working conditions such as restriction conditions and working environment of a three-pylon suspension bridge, to conduct the test experimental design of the dynamic behavior of the middle pylon, with the purpose to reveal its dynamic characteristics and make comparison and analysis with theoretical assumptions, to provide basis for anti-wind and anti-seismic design and reference for the design and research of three-pylon two-span suspension bridges in the future.展开更多
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia with multi-factorial pathogenesis. A number of studies of genetic epidemiology have assessed the association of G112A (G38S) single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs...Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia with multi-factorial pathogenesis. A number of studies of genetic epidemiology have assessed the association of G112A (G38S) single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Mink gene with AF in different populations. However, the results are inconsistent and inconclusive. We performed a Meta-analysis of the association between G112A polymorphisms of MinK gene and AF to estimate the magnitude of the gene effect. Six case-control studies with a combined 854 cases and 1079 controls were summarized. Subgroups in different races were separately analyzed. Heterogeneity and publication bias were also explored. When all groups were pooled, the individuals with G allele had an over 40% higher risk of AF compared with individuals with the A allele. The GG genotype (versus AA genotype) was found to be significant association with increased AF risk. The significant associations were also found in both dominant and recessive genetic model. For subgroup analysis, the results were consistent with above, except that the pooled OR for Chinese population was not significant in a recessive genetic model. In conclusion, G112A polymorphisms in Mink gene may have an important effect on the pathogenesis of AF. This warrants further investigation in large multi-center studies with precise design.展开更多
A double-input–multi-output linearized system is developed using the state-space method for dynamic analysis of methanation process of coke oven gas.The stability of reactor alone and reactor with feed-effluent heat ...A double-input–multi-output linearized system is developed using the state-space method for dynamic analysis of methanation process of coke oven gas.The stability of reactor alone and reactor with feed-effluent heat exchanger is compared through the dominant poles of the system transfer functions.With single or double disturbance of temperature and CO concentration at the reactor inlet,typical dynamic behavior in the reactor,including fast concentration response,slow temperature response and inverse response,is revealed for further understanding of the counteraction and synergy effects caused by simultaneous variation of concentration and temperature.Analysis results show that the stability of the reactor loop is more sensitive than that of reactor alone due to the positive heat feedback.Remarkably,with the decrease of heat exchange efficiency,the reactor system may display limit cycle behavior for a pair of complex conjugate poles across the imaginary axis.展开更多

On the other hand, crop dynamics mapping i...The study of the spatial patterns and temporal changes of cropland is important to understand the underlying factors and the functional effects of the agricultural landscape. On the other hand, crop dynamics mapping is essential to know the overall agro-spatial diversity of the area. Therefore, this paper addressed a spatio-temporal analysis of cropland and cropping pattern change in the Bogra district of Bangladesh over the last 16 years (between 1988/89 and 2004/05). In this paper, crop mapping from multi-temporal and multi-sensor satellite images was described. Landsat TM and IRS P6 LlSS Ⅲ satellite images were used with GIS for spatial dynamics of cropland and cropping pattern change analysis. First, seasonal cropland maps were derived from object-based classification of satellite images, then two-date classified image differencing with GIS overlay technique and decision rules were applied. Cropping pattern change was analyzed in a spatial and quantitative way for the 16 years and for this, Integrated Land and Water Information System (ILWIS) and Land Change Modular (LCM) of IDRISl Andes were used. The results showed that in the area, mono crop cultivation was found in summer, but in winter, areas under different crop cultivation had changed dramatically. Change analysis showed that the changes mainly occurred in the north northwest and southwest of the areas, and during the time the highest change area was found under the rice-potato pattern.展开更多
Recently,transplantation of allogeneic and autologous cells has been used for regenerative medicine.A critical issue is monitoring migration and homing of transplanted cells,as well as engraftment efficiency and funct...Recently,transplantation of allogeneic and autologous cells has been used for regenerative medicine.A critical issue is monitoring migration and homing of transplanted cells,as well as engraftment efficiency and functional capability in vivo.Monitoring of superparamagnetic iron oxide(SPIO) particles by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been used in animal models and clinical settings to track labeled cells.A major limitation of MRI is that the signals do not show biological characteristics of transplanted cells in vivo.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) have been extensively investigated for their various therapeutic properties,and exhibit the potential to differentiate into cells of diverse lineages.In this study,cynomolgus monkey MSCs(cMSCs) were labeled with Molday ION Rhodamine-BTM(MIRB),a new SPIO agent,to investigate and characterize the biophysical and MRI properties of labeled cMSCs in vitro and in vivo.The results indicate that MIRB is biocompatible and useful for cMSCs labeling and cell tracking by multimodality imaging.Our method is helpful for detection of transplanted stem cells in vivo,which is required for understanding mechanisms of cell therapy.展开更多

An adapted version of the 1D Euler equations with additional...In this contribution a quasi-one-dimensional tool for stationary and transient simulations of post-stall flows in multistage axial compressors is presented. An adapted version of the 1D Euler equations with additional source terms is discretized with a finite volume method and solved in time by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme. The equations are discretized at midspan both inside the blade rows and the non-bladed regions. The source terms express the blade-flow interactions and are estimated by calculating the velocity triangles for each blade row. Loss and deviation correlations are implemented and compared to experimental data in normal flow, stalled flow and reversed flow regions. Transient simulations are carried out and a parameter study is presented to analyze the shape of the surge cycles and the frequency of the surge oscillations. At last, a bleeding control strategy is implemented to study the recoverability of the instabilities in a compression system.展开更多

The thermal conductivity coefficient...The thermal conductivity of complex fluid materials (dusty plasmas) has been explored through novel Evan-Gillan homogeneous non-equilibrium molecular dynamic (HNEMD) algorithm. The thermal conductivity coefficient obtained from HNEMD is dependent on various plasma parameters (T,k). The proposed algorithm gives accurate results with fast convergence and small size effect over a wide range of plasma parameters. The cross microscopic heat energy current is discussed in association with variation of temperature (1/Г) and external perturbations (Pz). The thermal conductivity obtained from HNEMD simulations is found to be very good agreement and more reliable than previously known numerical techniques of equilibrium molecular dynarnic, nonequilibrium molecular dynamic simulations. Our new investigations point to an effective conclusion that the thermal conductivity of complex dusty plasmas is dependent on an extensive range of plasma coupling (P) and screening parameter (k) and it varies by the alteration in these parameters. It is also shown that a different approach is used for computations of thermal conductivity in 2D complex plasmas and can be appropriate method for behaviors of complex systems.展开更多

In this article, exploration has been made in selection of similarity ratio and model materials, section simulation, restriction conditions simulation, fixing of mass blocks, fabrication scheme and testing method by taking into account different construction and working conditions such as restriction conditions and working environment of a three-pylon suspension bridge, to conduct the test experimental design of the dynamic behavior of the middle pylon, with the purpose to reveal its dynamic characteristics and make comparison and analysis with theoretical assumptions, to provide basis for anti-wind and anti-seismic design and reference for the design and research of three-pylon two-span suspension bridges in the future.

文摘Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia with multi-factorial pathogenesis. A number of studies of genetic epidemiology have assessed the association of G112A (G38S) single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Mink gene with AF in different populations. However, the results are inconsistent and inconclusive. We performed a Meta-analysis of the association between G112A polymorphisms of MinK gene and AF to estimate the magnitude of the gene effect. Six case-control studies with a combined 854 cases and 1079 controls were summarized. Subgroups in different races were separately analyzed. Heterogeneity and publication bias were also explored. When all groups were pooled, the individuals with G allele had an over 40% higher risk of AF compared with individuals with the A allele. The GG genotype (versus AA genotype) was found to be significant association with increased AF risk. The significant associations were also found in both dominant and recessive genetic model. For subgroup analysis, the results were consistent with above, except that the pooled OR for Chinese population was not significant in a recessive genetic model. In conclusion, G112A polymorphisms in Mink gene may have an important effect on the pathogenesis of AF. This warrants further investigation in large multi-center studies with precise design.

文摘A double-input–multi-output linearized system is developed using the state-space method for dynamic analysis of methanation process of coke oven gas.The stability of reactor alone and reactor with feed-effluent heat exchanger is compared through the dominant poles of the system transfer functions.With single or double disturbance of temperature and CO concentration at the reactor inlet,typical dynamic behavior in the reactor,including fast concentration response,slow temperature response and inverse response,is revealed for further understanding of the counteraction and synergy effects caused by simultaneous variation of concentration and temperature.Analysis results show that the stability of the reactor loop is more sensitive than that of reactor alone due to the positive heat feedback.Remarkably,with the decrease of heat exchange efficiency,the reactor system may display limit cycle behavior for a pair of complex conjugate poles across the imaginary axis.
文摘The study of the spatial patterns and temporal changes of cropland is important to understand the underlying factors and the functional effects of the agricultural landscape. On the other hand, crop dynamics mapping is essential to know the overall agro-spatial diversity of the area. Therefore, this paper addressed a spatio-temporal analysis of cropland and cropping pattern change in the Bogra district of Bangladesh over the last 16 years (between 1988/89 and 2004/05). In this paper, crop mapping from multi-temporal and multi-sensor satellite images was described. Landsat TM and IRS P6 LlSS Ⅲ satellite images were used with GIS for spatial dynamics of cropland and cropping pattern change analysis. First, seasonal cropland maps were derived from object-based classification of satellite images, then two-date classified image differencing with GIS overlay technique and decision rules were applied. Cropping pattern change was analyzed in a spatial and quantitative way for the 16 years and for this, Integrated Land and Water Information System (ILWIS) and Land Change Modular (LCM) of IDRISl Andes were used. The results showed that in the area, mono crop cultivation was found in summer, but in winter, areas under different crop cultivation had changed dramatically. Change analysis showed that the changes mainly occurred in the north northwest and southwest of the areas, and during the time the highest change area was found under the rice-potato pattern.

文摘Recently,transplantation of allogeneic and autologous cells has been used for regenerative medicine.A critical issue is monitoring migration and homing of transplanted cells,as well as engraftment efficiency and functional capability in vivo.Monitoring of superparamagnetic iron oxide(SPIO) particles by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been used in animal models and clinical settings to track labeled cells.A major limitation of MRI is that the signals do not show biological characteristics of transplanted cells in vivo.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) have been extensively investigated for their various therapeutic properties,and exhibit the potential to differentiate into cells of diverse lineages.In this study,cynomolgus monkey MSCs(cMSCs) were labeled with Molday ION Rhodamine-BTM(MIRB),a new SPIO agent,to investigate and characterize the biophysical and MRI properties of labeled cMSCs in vitro and in vivo.The results indicate that MIRB is biocompatible and useful for cMSCs labeling and cell tracking by multimodality imaging.Our method is helpful for detection of transplanted stem cells in vivo,which is required for understanding mechanisms of cell therapy.
文摘In this contribution a quasi-one-dimensional tool for stationary and transient simulations of post-stall flows in multistage axial compressors is presented. An adapted version of the 1D Euler equations with additional source terms is discretized with a finite volume method and solved in time by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme. The equations are discretized at midspan both inside the blade rows and the non-bladed regions. The source terms express the blade-flow interactions and are estimated by calculating the velocity triangles for each blade row. Loss and deviation correlations are implemented and compared to experimental data in normal flow, stalled flow and reversed flow regions. Transient simulations are carried out and a parameter study is presented to analyze the shape of the surge cycles and the frequency of the surge oscillations. At last, a bleeding control strategy is implemented to study the recoverability of the instabilities in a compression system.
文摘The thermal conductivity of complex fluid materials (dusty plasmas) has been explored through novel Evan-Gillan homogeneous non-equilibrium molecular dynamic (HNEMD) algorithm. The thermal conductivity coefficient obtained from HNEMD is dependent on various plasma parameters (T,k). The proposed algorithm gives accurate results with fast convergence and small size effect over a wide range of plasma parameters. The cross microscopic heat energy current is discussed in association with variation of temperature (1/Г) and external perturbations (Pz). The thermal conductivity obtained from HNEMD simulations is found to be very good agreement and more reliable than previously known numerical techniques of equilibrium molecular dynarnic, nonequilibrium molecular dynamic simulations. Our new investigations point to an effective conclusion that the thermal conductivity of complex dusty plasmas is dependent on an extensive range of plasma coupling (P) and screening parameter (k) and it varies by the alteration in these parameters. It is also shown that a different approach is used for computations of thermal conductivity in 2D complex plasmas and can be appropriate method for behaviors of complex systems.
