为探明O2体积分数18.2%条件下储罐低温硫腐蚀产物SO2体积分数的变化规律,对铁锈模拟物进行3次硫化和氧化,对3次硫化再氧化进程中的动态温度特性和SO2气体释放规律进行考察。结果表明:随着硫化次数的增多,氧化反应最高温度以及SO2最高体... 为探明O2体积分数18.2%条件下储罐低温硫腐蚀产物SO2体积分数的变化规律,对铁锈模拟物进行3次硫化和氧化,对3次硫化再氧化进程中的动态温度特性和SO2气体释放规律进行考察。结果表明:随着硫化次数的增多,氧化反应最高温度以及SO2最高体积分数均下降;氧化反应初期均有SO2气体产生,表明其可作为氧化自燃监测预警中的标志性气体;通过考察缓慢氧化向加速氧化时SO2气体的体积分数变化即可判断硫腐蚀产物是否发生氧化自燃,与温度作为储罐硫腐蚀产物氧化自燃判据比较,具有一定的优越性。 展开更多

为了快速制备出高度有序且孔径可调控的AAO(阳极氧化铝)模板应用于工业生产,通过改进传统的两步阳极氧化法,采用逐步提高电解液浓度的硬氧氧化法制备了AAO模板,并确定了最佳制备工艺为初始电解液浓度0.15mol/L,添加电解液浓度0.40mol/L... 为了快速制备出高度有序且孔径可调控的AAO(阳极氧化铝)模板应用于工业生产,通过改进传统的两步阳极氧化法,采用逐步提高电解液浓度的硬氧氧化法制备了AAO模板,并确定了最佳制备工艺为初始电解液浓度0.15mol/L,添加电解液浓度0.40mol/L,温度保持在5℃左右,无水乙醇添加比例为1:1,从而使铝片的击穿电压从40V上升到130V左右(模板面积1.5cm×4.5cm),采用DimensionEdge型号的原子力显微镜(AFM)对多孔氧化铝模板进行了表征。结果表明:未经退火处理的铝片,也可以制备出高度有序的AAO模板,但其粗糙度略有增加,并与在高压条件下二次氧化、三次氧化、四次氧化制备AAO模板进行了比较,发现二次氧化制备的AAO模板有序度、孔径、孔间距均优于三次、四次氧化法。 展开更多

AIM:To determine whether Saiko-keishi-to(TJ-10),a Japanese herbal medicine,could protect liver injury induced by gut ischemia/reperfusion(I/R),and to investigate the role of NO. METHODS:Male Wistar rats were exposed to 30-min gut isohemia followed by 60 min of reperfusion.Intravital microscopy was used to monitor leukocyte recruitment.Plasma tumor necrosis factor(TNF)levels and alanine aminotransferase (ALT)activities were measured.TJ-10 1 g/(kg.d)was intragastrically administered to rats for 7 d.A NO synthase inhibitor was administered. RESULTS:In control rats,gut I/R elicited increases in the number of stationary leukocytes,and plasma TNF levels and ALT activities were mitigated by pretreatment with TJ-10.Pretreatment with the NO synthase inhibitor diminished the protective effects of TJ-10 on leukostasis in the liver,and the increase of plasma TNF levels and ALT activities.Pretreatment with TJ-10 increased plasma nitrite/nitrate levels. CONCLUSION:TJ-10 attenuates the gut I/R-induced hepatic microvascular dysfunction and sequential hepatocellular injury via enhancement of NO production. 展开更多

Life Cycle Evaluation of Energy Supply Technologies in China by Energy Chain Multi Layered Model

China has a large potential to reduce CO2 emission in the Asian region. In this study, life cycle analyses of energy supply technologies in China were evaluated for enforcing the clean development mechanism (CDM). Wind power, integrated coal gasification combined cycle (IGCC), natural gas combined cycle (NGCC), and ultra super critical power plant (USC) were chosen as new power generation technologies. The system function of the developed model was enhanced to extend coverage to new technologies for power generation systems in China. CO2 intensities, energy profit ratios, and CO2 emission reductions are estimated based on the assumption that these power plants were constructed at Shanxi, Xinjiang, and Shanghai. Wind power showed the best results with regard to CO2 intensity and energy profit ratio. However, it also has some disadvantages with regard to the utilization factor and the lifetime. It is considered that wind power will become an important part of CDM activities as the utilization factor and the lifetime improve. An NGCC using a natural gas pipeline was found to be most advantageous in reducing CO2 emission. IGCC and USC were inferior to NGCC with regard to energy profit ratios and CO2 emission reductions. 展开更多

In nature,many living organisms exhibit low-angle-dependent or even angle-independent structural colors for wide viewing angle,such as the blue skin of mandrill,feather of blue bird and shell of longhorn beetle,etc.To mimic these structural colors,based on periodic semicircular micro-grooved(PSMG) substrate,silica colloidal photonic crystals provide anisotropic angle-independent structural colors.The PSMG photonic crystals were fabricated by self-assembling monodispersed silica nanoparticles on a micro-grooved template,which can be easily prepared in large scale by a hot embossing method,and no additional materials are needed in the whole preparation process.The PSMG photonic crystals exhibit identical structural colors around the groove axis,whereas it is angle-dependent along the groove axis.In addition,this PSMG surface of photonic crystal also leads to color separation effect and monocolor polarization conversion.This system provides a facile and scalable means to prepare anisotropically angleindependent colloidal photonic crystal,which is considered important in applications in the field of anti-counterfeiting or the manufacture of monochromatic light reflector with wide viewing angles and other novel optical devices. 展开更多
