The UV/Vis.Spectra exhibit intense intramolecular ligand-to-ligand charge transfer bands ca.600 nm.Cyclic voltammetry shows a reversible oxidation step assigned to [Ni(SS)(NN)]0=[Ni(SS)(NN)]+ .
