异构网络多网共存环境中网络资源分配技术的研究

现代社会经济的快速发展促使我国无线通信技术领域的技术不断进步,无线资源以及业务服务发展之间的矛盾也在这个过程中进一步加剧。多种类型的接入技术发展形成了异构网络环境,基于此形成的多网覆盖网络选择以及资源利用效率等研究逐步形成。异构网络中多网共存环境下的资源分配技术是当前阶段最重要的技术类型。异构网络中主要存在集中、分布以及混合结构类型模式。分布式模式作为其中一种应用性、适应性较强的模式,得到了较广泛的应用。因为多RATs覆盖条件下的属性信息本身具有较为复杂的特征,侧重从模糊逻辑视角形成了将用户作为中心内容的网络选择算法,并通过这种方式进行拓展,建立网络资源分配技术研究。

Reservation Based Optimal Parking Lot Recommendation Model in Internet of Vehicle Environment

In order to solve the problem that the drivers can't find the optimal parking lot timely,a reservation based optimal parking lot recommendation model in Internet of Vehicle(IoV) environment is designed.Based on the users oriented parking information recommendation system,the model considers subjective demands of drivers comprehensively,makes a deeply analysis of the evaluation indicators.This recommendation model uses a phased selection method to calculate the optimal objective parking lot.The first stage is screening which based on the users' subjective parking demands;the second stage is processing the candidate parking lots through multiple attribute decision making.Simulation experiments show that this model can effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of finding optimal parking lot,save the driver's parking time and parking costs and also improve the overall utilization of parking facilities to ease the traffic congestion caused by vehicles parked patrol.

An Interconnected Multi-Plane Multi-Stage Fault-Tolerant On-Board Switching Fabric

The harsh space radiation environment compromises the reliability of an on-board switching fabric by leading to cross-point and switching element(SE)faults.Different from traditional faulttolerant switching fabrics only taking crosspoint faults into account,a novel Input and Output Parallel Clos network,referred to as the(p_1,p_2)-IOPClos,is proposed to tolerate both cross-point and SE faults.In the(p_1,p_2)-IOPClos,there are p_1 and p_2 expanded parallel switching planes in the input and output stages,respectively.The multiple input/output switching planes are interconnected through the middle stage to provide multiple paths in each stage by which the network throughput can be increased remarkably.Furthermore,the network reliability of the(p_1,p_2)-IOPClos under the above both kinds of faults is analyzed.The corresponding implementation cost is also presented along with the network size.Both theoretical analysis and numerical results indicate that the(p_1,p_2)-IOPClos outperforms traditional Clos-type networks at reliability,while has less implementation cost than the multi-plane Clos network.

A Multi-Site Case Study on Social Vulnerability to Climate Change of Select Rain-fed Farming Communities in the Philippines

This study examines social vulnerability by exploring the socio-economic factors, infrastructures, and social networks that can determine how prone and how prepared the rain-fed farming communities are to the adverse impacts of climate change. Increased variability in climatic conditions due to climate change seriously affects the productivity of rain-fed farms. The rain-fed farming communities in the Philippines are located in poor and environmentally fragile rural areas. Their vulnerability is greatly affected by restricted entitlement and access to social and economic capitals. This study is framed on qualitative approach to provide a rich and in-depth understanding on the elements of vulnerability based on the capacities and the practical affairs of life in rain-fed communities. The three subject communities from two agricultural provinces are examined to understand how the context and interactions of people can explicate sociological themes on the social dimension of climate change. The usefulness of multi-site study in probing the unique ways of how people understand and respond to certain environmental issue is part of reflections about the methodology.

Plural （dual） surveillance which is rooted in biologic senses, e.g., from two-eyes, can have the feature of fault-tolerance, availability and maintainability in monitoring tasks. Further, it can fit the contemporary wireless communication methods being incorporated with MIMO （multi-in multi-out）, to prevent information loss, interference, unexpected changes caused by such as clogged water and chemical reactions. Consequently, network prototypes, including SW （spider-web）network and CCC （cube-connected cycle）, are proactively suggested. More reliable capabilities, including those encouraging local ferries and drones, for efficient logistic operation and mixed-use buildings with quality assured performance, can be good for smart urban growth, resource utilization in Taiwan, which is aimed as an aerotropolis--a means for placemaking.
