The virtual reality based motion simulation of the guide wire and the catheter inside specific vascular structures can benefit a lot for the endovascular intervention. A fast and well-performed collision cancellation algorithm is proposed based on the geometric analysis and the angular propagation (AP), and a 3-D real-time interactive system is developed for the motion simulation of the guide wire and the catheter inside the specific patient vascular. The guide wire or the catheter is modeled as the "multi-body" representation and properties are defined by its intrinsic characteristics. The motion of the guide wire or the catheter inside the vascular is guided by the collision detection and the collision cancellation algorithm. Finally, a relaxation procedure is used to achieve more realistic status. Experimental results show that the behavior of the guide wire or the catheter depends on the defined parameters. The real-time simulation can be achieved. The result shows that the simulation system is effective and promising. 展开更多

目的 探讨枸橼酸西地那非对大鼠多血管体穿支皮瓣成活的影响. 方法 2012年11月至2013年3月,采用大鼠背部单侧三血管体穿支皮瓣模型,将实验动物36只随机分为3组(每组12只),生理盐水对照组(A组):1.5 ml生理盐水灌胃;枸橼酸西地那非... 目的 探讨枸橼酸西地那非对大鼠多血管体穿支皮瓣成活的影响. 方法 2012年11月至2013年3月,采用大鼠背部单侧三血管体穿支皮瓣模型,将实验动物36只随机分为3组(每组12只),生理盐水对照组(A组):1.5 ml生理盐水灌胃;枸橼酸西地那非组(B组):1.5 ml的100 mg/kg浓度枸橼酸西地那非盐水灌胃;西地那非加亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)组(C组):1.5 ml的100 mg/kg浓度枸橼酸西地那非盐水灌胃加100 mg/kg L-NAME腹腔注射.连续给药7 d后,检测3组皮瓣的存活率,每组取6只,行明胶氧化铅造影.余下6只取皮瓣闭塞血管(choke vessels)区域(Ⅰ、Ⅱ区)组织做光镜观察,光镜下测量血管口径及平均微血管密度(MVD).检测结果用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义. 结果 术后7d,A、B、C组成活率分别为(82.11±2.93)%、(89.04±6.11)%和(82.69±4.03)%. B组皮瓣面积成活率明显高于其余两组,且与其余两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).血管造影和光镜结果显示:A组choke Ⅰ区发生扩张,Ⅱ区未见明显扩张;B组血管扩张明显,choke Ⅰ、Ⅱ区均发生明显的扩张;C组与A组相近. 结论 枸橼酸西地那非在大鼠皮瓣术后能减小血流阻力,提高大鼠多血管体穿支皮瓣成活率. 展开更多
