2010—2021年辽宁省食品中致病微生物多重污染情况分析

对2010—2021年“全国食品微生物风险监测分析系统”中辽宁省经国家审核通过的监测数据进行分析,查找多重污染情况,采用SPSS 21.0软件对食品种类、样本产地、采样地点类型、包装类型、采样季度等影响因素进行分析,并用构成比对食品细分... 对2010—2021年“全国食品微生物风险监测分析系统”中辽宁省经国家审核通过的监测数据进行分析,查找多重污染情况,采用SPSS 21.0软件对食品种类、样本产地、采样地点类型、包装类型、采样季度等影响因素进行分析,并用构成比对食品细分类多重污染情况及多重污染中致病微生物关联组合情况进行描述。结果显示,存在多重污染情况的样本共有124份,多重污染率在不同食品种类(χ^(2)=41.385,P<0.05)、不同产地(χ^(2)=11.848,P<0.05)、不同采样地点类型(χ^(2)=17961.922,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。特殊膳食用食品及婴幼儿食品多重污染率最高,为1.62%(22/1354)。22份特殊膳食用食品及婴幼儿食品样本中,婴幼儿生制类谷物辅助食品(各种营养面条)20份(90.91%),同时检出克罗诺杆菌属及蜡样芽胞杆菌的样本20份(90.91%)。水产品中同时检出甲肝病毒和诺如病毒1份(2.70%)。多重污染情况在食品中致病微生物监测工作中极易被忽略,建议深入分析,以查找相关隐藏风险,尤其要重视特殊膳食用食品及婴幼儿食品中的多重污染情况。 展开更多

Assessment of heavy metals in sediment in a heavily polluted urban river in the Chaohu Basin, China 被引量:3

The Nanfei River (Anhui Province, China) is a severely polluted urban river that flows into Chaohu Lake. In the present study, sediments were collected from the river and analyzed for their heavy metal contents. Multivariate statistics and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method were used to determine the sources of pollution, the current pollution status, and spatial and temporal variations in heavy metal pollution in sediments. The concentrations of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), mercury (Hg), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) in sediments ranged from 5.67-113, 0.08-40.2, 41.6-524, 15.5-460, 0.03-4.84, 13.5-180, 18.8-250, and 47.9-1 996 mg/kg, and the average concentrations of each metal were 1.7, 38.7, 1.8, 5.5, l 8.8, 1.3, 2.5, and 11.1 times greater than the background values, respectively. Multivariate statistical analysis demonstrated that Hg, Cu, Cr, Cd, and Ni may have originated from industrial activities, whereas As and Pb came from agricultural activities. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method, based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, was used to obtain a detailed assessment of the sediment quality in the Nanfei River watershed. The results indicated that the pollution was moderate in the downstream tributaries of the Nianbu and Dianbu Rivers, but was severe in the main channel of the Nanfei River and in the upstream tributaries of the Sill and Banqiao Rivers. Therefore, sediments in the Nanfei River watershed are heavily polluted and urgent measures should be taken to remedy the status. 展开更多

Studies on Human Intestinal Parasites in Refuse Dumps

This study investagated the data of the prevalence of intestinal parasites of human from September 2007 to July 2008 using faecal samples which were picked from refuse dump sites. A total of 2,050 stool samples picked and examined from five selected popular refuse dump sites in Ado-Ekiti. And Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia lamblia and Balantidium coli were mostly identified. The analysis of the infection shows that E. histolytica has a percentage prevalence of 65.5%, followed by G. lamblia with 42.5% and B. coli having 1.9%. Multiple infections of these parasites were also prevalent. There was a positive correlation (r=0.995, P〈0.05) between percentage prevalence of infection and home surroundings, waste, sewage disposal facilities and habits. Also, there was a significant difference (t=1 1.06, P〈0.05) in the prevalence of infections between location A and B. Probable ways of eliminating/controlling the disease are also highlighted. 展开更多

Risk Assessment of Heavy Metal Pollution in Sediments of the Fenghe River by the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model and Multivariate Statistical Methods 被引量:13

Concentrations of heavy metals in 74 sediment samples from the Fenghe River, which originates from the north of the Qinling Mountains and flows through Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, were characterized by employing geographic information system(GIS)mapping, fuzzy synthetic assessment, and multivariate statistical analysis to determine the enrichment characteristics of heavy metals as well as their potential risks of pollution to sediments. Al, Cd, and Co were the major pollutants, with a high enrichment factor(EF) value. Heavy metal concentrations from samples near the paper plant were maintained at a high level. Significant enrichment of Al, Ba, Cr, Ni, Pb, and Co was found in the midstream and downstream, while high concentration of Cu occurred in the headwater stream. Based on the cluster and principal component analyses, sediment metals mainly came from the paper plants, agronomic practices, natural sources, and tourism, with a contribution of 51.59%, 23.01%, 14.21%, and 9.88%, respectively. Sediment pollution assessment explored using fuzzy theory based on the entropy method and toxicity coefficient showed that 26, 32, and 11 sites fell into Class III(slightly polluted), Class IV(moderately polluted), and Class V(heavily polluted), respectively, and their scores of membership degree in the polluted level were on the rise, suggesting a relatively high degree of sediment metal pollution in the study area. Closely related to the excessive industrial and agricultural applications, metal pollution in sediment is necessary to be addressed in the Fenghe River. 展开更多
