环氧树脂胶粘剂及其胶接件对接结构的蠕变性能研究

室温时测定了EP(环氧树脂)胶体试件、EP胶粘剂/不锈钢胶接件(对接结构试件)在不同载荷作用下的单轴蠕变特性,并采用黏弹性多重积分Onaran模型对上述两种试件的蠕变性能进行了模拟。研究结果表明:对接结构试件与EP胶体试件相比,前者的蠕变现象比后者明显;当两者的蠕变行为相差最大时,前者的初始应变、最终应变分别比后者增加了19.92%、17.92%;黏弹性多重积分Onaran模型能很好描述两种试件的蠕变行为,并且该研究结果可作为对接结构疲劳分析等后续研究的基础。
