多巴胺受体阻滞剂协调吗啡镇痛及其镇痛机制分析 被引量:10

目的 :观察低剂量多巴胺受体阻滞剂氟哌啶醇与阈下镇痛剂量吗啡合用对抗热刺激和醋酸致小鼠痛反应的作用 ,并初步分析其协同镇痛作用的主导机制。方法 :采用热板法测试给予氟哌啶醇 ( 0 3 12 5mg/kg ,0 62 5mg/kg,1 2 5mg/kg)、吗啡 (... 目的 :观察低剂量多巴胺受体阻滞剂氟哌啶醇与阈下镇痛剂量吗啡合用对抗热刺激和醋酸致小鼠痛反应的作用 ,并初步分析其协同镇痛作用的主导机制。方法 :采用热板法测试给予氟哌啶醇 ( 0 3 12 5mg/kg ,0 62 5mg/kg,1 2 5mg/kg)、吗啡 ( 3 12 5mg/kg,6 2 5mg/kg,12 5mg/kg)和氟哌啶醇 ( 0 3 12 5mg/kg)与吗啡 ( 3 12 5mg/kg)合用 ,对热刺激致小鼠痛反应的变化及苯丙胺 ( 10mg/kg)和纳洛酮 ( 5 0mg/kg)对其合用小鼠痛反应的影响。采用扭体法测试给予氟哌啶醇 ( 0 62 5mg/kg ,1 2 5mg/kg ,2 5mg/kg)、吗啡 ( 1 2 5mg/kg ,2 5mg/kg,5 0mg/kg)及氟哌啶醇( 0 62 5mg/kg)与吗啡 ( 1 2 5mg/kg)合用 ,对醋酸 ( 0 7% ,0 1mL/ 10g ,ip)诱致小鼠扭体出现潜伏期、2 0min内扭体反应次数的影响。结果 :氟哌啶醇与吗啡合用明显提高小鼠对热刺激致痛的痛阈 ,显著延长醋酸致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期和抑制扭体反应次数 ;纳洛酮可取消两者合用的协同镇痛效应 ,而苯丙胺无明显影响。结论 :多巴胺受体阻滞剂氟哌啶醇与吗啡合用可产生协同镇痛作用 。 展开更多

In the present study, we aimed to detect and quantify cyclo-dopa amides in Portulaca oleracea L. Together with four known ones (oleracein A-D), we further identified eight new cyclo-dopa amides, named oleracein H-O, using an HPLC-DAD combined with an improved HPLC-ESI-MS/MS method. A standardized HPLC fingerprint of cyclo-dopa amides was generated for the first time through analyzing 11 batches ofP. oleracea. Simultaneously, the contents of two major amides, oleracein A (OA) and oleracein B (OB), and the total amides (TID) were determined. Our results showed that the contents of OA and OB of P. oleracea ranged from 35.00 to 151.93 mg/kg and from 40.00 to 150.44 mg/kg, respectively. Moreover, TID ranged from 314.16 to 928.60 mg/kg (calculated by OA), or from 475.83 to 1393.00 mg/kg (calculated by OB). Taken together, our newly develooed method could be used for the aualitv assessment and oualitv control of this herb. 展开更多

In this paper, we report a technique for the surface modification of poly-(p-phenylene terephthamide)(PPTA) powder coated with polydopamine(PDOPA). We used air oxidation to self-polymerize dopamine(DOPA) to ensure that the PPTA powder was coated. Our results indicate that the modified surface of PPTA powder enhances compatibility with the polymer matrix without damaging its structure. Additionally, it is possible to control the coating thickness of PDOPA by regulating the reaction time. The modified PPTA powder improved the comprehensive property of ethylene-propylene-diene-terpolymer grafted maleic anhydride(EPDM-g-MAH), and it proved that this method can enhance the strength and electric insulativity of EPDM-g-MAH. 展开更多
