大专护理学生领悟社会支持对自我效能感和学习倦怠的中介效应研究

目的:探讨领悟社会支持对大专护生自我效能和学习倦怠之间的中介作用。方法:采用领悟社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表、大学生学习倦怠量表调查四川省某大专院校330名护生,采用线性回归分析法进行中介效应检验。结果:大专护理学生领悟社会支持量表总评分为(55.994±9.528)、学生自我效能感量表总评分为(23.362±4.487)、学生学习倦怠量表总评分为(55.471±7.591);领悟社会支持在自我效能感与学习倦怠中介效应显著,中介效应为0.1836(P<0.01)。结论:大专护生领悟社会支持在自我效能感和学习倦怠之间起部分中介效应。

对护理大专学生毕业前能力及素质的评估

目的 调查毕业前大专护生能力及素质的发展水平 ,以教育部培养目标为标准 ,提出教学计划改进意见。方法 制定《3 4项能力及素质评估调查问卷》 ,调查问卷内容包括护理业务能力、健康教育能力、沟通交流能力、态度与认识能力、科研能力、管理能力、心理护理能力等 7个方面。结果 护生的综合能力及素质水平基本得到肯定 ,但护理业务和健康教育能力中的个别项目略低于大专护生应达到的水平 ,仍需在教学计划改革中进一步完善。

护理大专学生在临床实习中沟通技巧的形成过程

目的 探索护生在临床实习中沟通技巧的形成过程 ,给护理教育提供可以借鉴的信息。方法 对 6名护理大专学生进行采访和笔者临床观察。结果 护生在临床实习中沟通技巧的形成一般要经历自我交流、与病人积极接触、经历交流失败、形成交流技巧 4个阶段。结论 护理教育应利用研究中的发现 。

护理大专学生对PBL教学法认知、态度及自我导向学习研究

目的:探索护理大专学生对PBL教学法的认知、态度及自我导向学习的相关性。方法:选取成都某大专院校390人进行调查分析。结果:65.5%学生参加过PBL教学、仅3.6%完全了解PBL教学、65.6%认为开展PBL教学非常有必要或比较必要、76.6%愿意参加PBL教学或继续参加PBL教学;学生自我导向学习总得分(198.73±33.46)。结论:学生自我导向学习处于一般水平,PBL教学法能改善学生自我导向学习能力,但PBL教学仍存在不少问题,还需培养师资,加大学校教学资源的投入。

大专护理专业计算机教学探索

随着计算机的普及发展,计算机的应用深入各行各业,成为人们必须掌握的一项基本技能。对于大专护理专业的计算机教学,不但要符合计算机的基本教学要求,还要符合其医学护理专业的特点,在强化基础教学的同时,更要针对其职业性进行教学与创新。

影响临床护理实习效果的因素及对策

针对影响临床实习效果的因素，提出从开设实习前指导课程、强化实习前训练、完善实习管理体系、提高临床带教老师的水平、规范实习日流程、建立实习生职业素质的评价体系等方面采取对策加强护理大专学生职业素质的培养，提高护理大专学生与职业素质的相符程度。

Investigating the Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Personality Types Among Nursing Candidates in Ardebil University, in Iran

Personality characteristics of each people are unique. It seems that these features of personality have an impact on emotional intelligence and ability to interact with people in a social environment. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and personality types of nursing students. The research was descriptive and correlative. The study population consisted of Ardebil University of senior nursing candidates in 2011-2012. The study sample included 125 people. Assessment tools were the Bar-on Emotional Intelligence Inventory and MBTI （Myers-Briggs Type Indicator） personality type questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20 （T-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with significant level P〈0 .05）. Pearson correlation coefficients showed there is a significant inverse between variables extroversion-introversion and emotional intelligence with level of .01 （r=-522）. Therefore, personality characteristics impact on emotional intelligence of students. Thus, more research of emotional intelligence and personality characteristics is necessary at different levels to selection for nursing profession.

Investigation and analysis of the job-hunting intentions and employment orientations of students majored in nursing

In recent years, China＇s employment problem of the college graduates has become a hot topic in the communities. Each year there are a large number of the graduating students, but few can find the job suitable for their own professional direction in colleges and universities. The employment problems have plagued the university graduates, and also have brought the unnecessary trouble to some students in the colleges. The college students have just entered the society, and they do not understand a lot of the social status very well, and have very little experience in the employment. In order to reduce the pressure of the employment of the university students, and help the graduate students bettor get employed, also to make the college students have a better planning for their future, in this paper, the author carried out the investigation and analysis of the job-hunting intentions and the employment orientations of the students majored in nursing, hoping to hclp the employment of the college students in some aspects, and do a good job in the planning of their career.
