将中韩石化高密度聚乙烯HD570制备成200升包装桶,并在电子级化学品包装方面进行试用研究。结果显示HD570满足堆码和跌落测试,在电子化学品盛装测试中金属离子析出结果合格,但颗粒物析出结果不合格。通过熔指仪、万能材料试验机测试等手... 将中韩石化高密度聚乙烯HD570制备成200升包装桶,并在电子级化学品包装方面进行试用研究。结果显示HD570满足堆码和跌落测试,在电子化学品盛装测试中金属离子析出结果合格,但颗粒物析出结果不合格。通过熔指仪、万能材料试验机测试等手段比较了中韩HD570与包装桶中外层料1158P的物理性能,表明中韩HD570取代中外层料1158P在产品拉伸屈服应力、弯曲模量及加工性能方面更优。进一步对HD570包装不合格的原因进行探究,多方面比较了HD570和进口料NH8D01A的性质,显示HD570原料在产品灰分和产品结晶度上低于NH8D01A,低分子量聚合物含量高于NH8D01A,再加上添加剂配方的影响,导致HD570在电子级化学品包装颗粒物析出测试不合格。本研究为替代进口的超纯内层料开发提供了思路和建议。 展开更多

Based on the system analysis a set of models of the central air conditioning system was established. The periodically autoregressive models (PARM) based on genetic algorithms (GA) were used to predict the next day’s cold load. The improved genetic algorithms (IGA) with stochastic real number coding were used to finish the optimum energy saving scheduling of the system. The simulation results for the building of the Liangmahe Plaza show that the proposed strategy can save energy up to about 24 5%. 展开更多

To improve the reliable performance of information transmission in cooperative relay networks, the scheme of the max-rate spatial channel pairing (SCP) based on maximum ratio combining (MRC) is proposed. The scheme includes three steps: channel phase cancellation, MRC, and SCP. Eventually, the solution of the scheme is modeled as convex optimization. The objective function of the optimization problem is to maximize the transmission rate and the optimization variable is the strategy of pairing between the uplink spatial sub-channels of each user and the corresponding downlink spatial ones. The theorem of the arrangement inequalities is adopted to obtain the approximate closed-form solution of the optimal pairing for this convex optimization. Simulation results demonstrate that compared to the existing distributed space-time block coding and coherent combined schemes without SCP, the proposed max-rate SCP plus MRC algorithm achieves appreciable improvements in symbol error rate in medium and high signal-to-noise ratio regimes. In order to achieve large tolerance capture and high stiffness connection for space payload operations,a Chinese large-scale space end-effector (EER) was developed.Three flexible steel cables were adopted to capture the payload with large capture allowance.Ball screw transmission mechanism and plane shape-constraint four bar linkage mechanism were utilized to connect the payload with high stiffness.The experiments show that capture tolerances in X,Y,Z,Pitch,Yaw,Roll directions are 100 mm,100 mm,120 mm,10.5°,10.5°,12°,respectively.The maximum connection stiffness is 4 800 N·m.The end-effector could meet the requirements for space large tolerance capture and high stiffness connection in the future. 展开更多

We present the design and performance of a home-built scanning tunneling microscope (STM), which is compact (66 mm tall and 25 mm in diameter), yet equipped with a 3D atomic precision piezoelectric motor in which the Z coarse approach relies on a high simplic-ity friction-type walker (of our own invention) driven by an axially cut piezoelectric tube. The walker is vertically inserted in a piezoelectric scanner tube (PST) with its brim laying at on the PST end as the inertial slider (driven by the PST) for the XZ (sample plane) motion. The STM is designed to be capable of searching rare microscopic targets (defects, dopants, boundaries, nano-devices, etc.) in a macroscopic sample area (square millimeters) under extreme conditions (low temperatures, strong magnetic elds, etc.) in which it ts. It gives good atomic resolution images after scanning a highly oriented pyrolytic graphite sample in air at room temperature. 展开更多

In China's Mainland, the summer monsoon rainy band is referred to as the mei-yu precipitation front, which extends northward from South China to the Yangtze River, Huaihe River, and Yellow River, depending on the season. This paper describes the structure of the mei-yu front associated with a persistent heavy rainfall event that occurred in the summer of 2007. The mei-yu front occurs when the subtropical oceanic warm, moist air mass and the extra tropical continental dry, cold air mass converge on the lee side of the Tibetan Plateau. The authors defined the equivalent temperature using two terms of dry-air temperature and the specific humidity and calculated its horizontal gradient to indicate the mei-yu front. The vertical structure of the mei-yu front and the moist thermal winds surrounding it were examined based on the equivalent temperature. 展开更多

The latitude-altitude distributions of radiative fluxes and heating rates are investigated by utilizing CloudSat satellite data over China during summer. The Tibetan Plateau causes the downward shortwave fluxes of the lower atmosphere over central China to be smaller than the fluxes over southern and northern China by generating more clouds. The existence of a larger quantity of clouds over central China reflects a greater amount of solar radiation back into space. The vertical gradients of upward shortwave radiative fluxes in the atmosphere below 8 km are greater than those above 8 km. The latitudinal-altitude distributions of downward longwave radiative fluxes show a slantwise decreasing trend from low latitudes to high latitudes that gradually weaken in the downward direction. The upward longwave radiative fluxes also weaken in the upward direction but with larger gradients. The maximum heating rates by solar radiation and cooling rates by longwave infrared radiation are located over 28 40°N at 7 8 km mean sea level (MSL), and they are larger than the rates in the northern and southern regions. The heating and cooling rates match well both vertically and geographically. 展开更多

Particle Size and Shape of On-road Suspended Coarse Dust in the Shijiazhuang City, China

The particle size and shape measured by image analysis is helpful to discuss the human health effects of particulate beside the aerodynamic scale. To explore the size and shape features of particle suspended in the road environment, this research selected 12 bus stations as the sampling sites along the main road in the air polluted city Shijiazhuang, China, where a Car-Free Campaign had been carried out. We hung 2 slides covered with a layer of petroleum jelly to collect suspending particles for 24 hours at each sampling site, and measured the particles size and shape parameters with the Particle Size Analyzer of CIS-50. The results show that the average particle size by the equivalent area diameter is around 10 μm, the size distributions are multi-modal with wide span, demonstrating that coarse dust suspended on road derived from several particle sources. Most of the particles suspended are square or square-like in shape with rugged border. Compared the samples of ordinary days and of the Car-Free day, the size and shape features vary little, inferring the ineffective results for the particle control of the Campaign. There is certain relationship between particle size and shape. The number percent of PMs-E (particulate matter with equivalent area diameter beneath 5 pro) is positively correlative with the number percent of particles of square or square-like shape, and negatively correlative with that of round or round-like shape. This relationship pattern in the road environment is contrary to the situations in the upper atmosphere, inferring different transportation and source emission mechanism influences. 展开更多
