肾盂输尿管连接处的临床解剖学观察

目的为肾盂输尿管连接处(UPJ)的形态学定位提供临床应用解剖学研究资料。方法取材于32例10%福尔马林固定的成人尸体双侧泌尿系标本,进行大体测量、组织学染色、神经纤维银染和图像分析。结果 UPJ外径(3.12±0.81)mm和内径(2.26±... 目的为肾盂输尿管连接处(UPJ)的形态学定位提供临床应用解剖学研究资料。方法取材于32例10%福尔马林固定的成人尸体双侧泌尿系标本,进行大体测量、组织学染色、神经纤维银染和图像分析。结果 UPJ外径(3.12±0.81)mm和内径(2.26±0.15)mm分别小于肾盂中部和输尿管中部的各自相应值(P<0.05)。UPJ神经纤维分布比肾盂中部和输尿管中部稀疏,胶原纤维较丰富。UPJ肌层厚度(0.34±0.03)mm和管壁厚度(0.63±0.04)mm也分别小于肾盂中部和输尿管中部各自相应值(P<0.05)。肾倾斜角平均为61°,与肾倾斜角有关的UPJ位置平均在肾下极平面以上1.2~1.3cm处,且肾倾斜角越大,UPJ位置相对越高。结论 UPJ约位于距肾下极平面以上1.25cm处。UPJ存在生理性内、外径狭窄,神经纤维分布较稀疏,平滑肌较薄弱,且排列不规则。 展开更多

In granule processing industries, acquisition of particle size and shape parameters is a common procedure, and volumetric measurement is of great importance in dealing with particle sizing and gradation. To eradicate the major drawbacks with manual gauge, this paper proposes an optical approach using Back Propagation (BP) neural network to estimate the particle volume based on the two-Dimensional (2D) image information. To achieve the better network efficiency and structure simplicity, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is adopted to reduce the dimensions of network inputs To overcome the shortcomings of generic BP network for being slow to converge and vulnerable to being trapped in local minimum, Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm is applied to achieve a higher speed and a lower error rate. The real particle data is utilized in training and testing the presented network. The experimental result suggests that the proposed neural network is capable of estimating aggregate volume with satisfactory precision and superior to the generic BP network in terms of perforxnance capacity. 展开更多

Nutritional Assessment is the process of identifying characteristics known to associated with nutrition problems. Certain foods with chemical additives disguised as food can cause muscle and joint pain associated with arthritis, gout, fibromyalgia, obesity, cancer and others. Avoiding these foods can reduced inflammation, thus prevent obesity, cancer, and another disease. The target of the study was to find a relation between food type, anthropometric parameters and obesity-related diseases for university students in CoUege-Al Leith-Umm al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia. The purpose is to identify populations (100 subjects women, aged: 17-30 year, using questionnaire) who are malnourished or at nutritional risk. Participants were divided into normal-weight and obese groups. The different methods are used to collect data including: 1. Anthropometric, 2. Dietary: Nutritional History (Current Intake), 3. FFQ (Food frequency questionnaire). There is a significant association between certain food type, anthropometric parameters, obesity as well as other diseases including (vitamin D deficiency, kidney problems, bone pain, general weakness, thyroid problems, infertility. 展开更多

A novel lateral flow immunoassay biosensor,combining the receptor-ligand reaction and antigen-antibody reaction was developed for the detection of β-lactam antibiotics in milk. The receptor protein, the carboxy-terminal domain of β-lactam sensor-transducer mutant from Bacillus.licheniformis, served as the recognition element. Colloidal gold(CG)-labelled receptor antibody-receptor ternary complex was applied as a signal transducer probe. The presence ofβ-lactams was identified through a color change in the test zone, where the reaction between the complex of CG/antireceptor antibody/receptor and β-lactam antigen on the test line could be inhibited by β-lactam residues in the sample,thus leading to a reduction in color signal. Based on the indirect labeling of the receptor with an antibody as a linker, the ability to detect 33 β-lactams was below or near the corresponding maximum residue limit. The proposed lateral flow immunoassay biosensor appears to be an excellent field-based screening tool for the qualitative screening of β-lactams in milk. 展开更多
