Methods The constituents were isolated by solvent extraction, repeated chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18 columns. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as (-)-syringaresinol (1), syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), syringaresinol-4,4′-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), (±)-catechin (4), catechin-3-O- β-D-glucopyranoside (5), catechin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 1,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol (7), (R)-(+)-chaulmoogric acid (8), friedelin (9), uracile (10), benzoic acid (11), vaniUic acid (12), and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (13). Conclusion All the compounds described above were isolated from this genus for the first time.展开更多

[Method] Taking Magnoliophyta crops such as corn and rice as research materials, the analysis on molecular adaptive evolution was carded out by using codon replacement and maximum likelihood methods. [ Result] The RubisCO suffered positive selection effect and six amino acid sites were identified. [ Conclusion] The six amino acid sites are of important guiding significance for studying catalytic activity of RubisCO large subunits and crop improvement.展开更多

The obtained samples were investigated by XRD and BET methods. Evaluation of catalytic activity of both the commercial Y-zeolite and the novel Y-zeolite-containing composite material was carried out in the pulse micro-chromatography platform with two probe molecules of different molecular sizes: VGO feedstock and 1,3,5 tri-isopropyl benzene. It was found that the Y-zeolite-containing composite material was richer in external surface and meso-/macro-pores; the Y-zeolite-containing composite material demonstrated a smaller rate of deactivation compared to the commercial Y-zeolite.展开更多

Pure 1,2-aceanthryenedione, which is used as intermediate of functional aromatic polymer material, was obtained by recrystalling the reaction mixture with aether and was determined by GC/MS, 1↑HNMR and FTIR analysis. The influences of various parameters, such as the contents of AlCl3 in [Emim]Cl-AlCl3, the amount of acylation agent, amount of [Emim]Cl-AlCl3, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar fraction of AlCl3 in ionic liquid [x(AlCl3)] being 0.67, molar ratio of ionic liquid to anthracene being 2:1, molar ratio of oxalyl chloride to anthracene being 2:1, reaction temperature being 40℃ and reaction time being 6h. Under above conditions, the yield and selectivity of 1,2-aceanthrylenedione can reach 91.5% and 98.3% respectively. Further more, [Emim]Cl-AlCl3 ionic liquid, compared with metal halides such as AlCl3, was found to catalyze the reaction as a novel environmental friendly catalyst and solvent and can be reused.展开更多

This article focuses on attempts by neo-Kantian philosophers to overcome the crisis of historicism, and on the impact of this crisis on Greek intellectuals' perceptions of historicism. The study shows that at the time historicism invoked the past to solve the problems of the present. My purpose is to show that in a time of crisis, Germany's pursuit of its Greekness in conformity with the Bildung tradition, and Greece's cultural dependence on Germany in the meaning-making of its own Greekness, shared common ground in the ideological uses of philosophy and history in the service of politics and the politics of culture. In the aftermath of WWI, German scholars raised the issue of the crisis of historicism. Neo-Kantian philosophers such as Heinrich Rickert, whose theory had a major impact on Greek intellectuals, became involved in this debate, posing the question of historical objectivity. Yet Rickert's philosophy of history soon fell into an impasse, leading to the rise of an idealist philosophy of history in the 1930s that committed itself anew to the dominant politics. In the 1930s, under the guise of idealism, Greek neo-Kantian intellectuals were claiming an objective historical narrative of the traumatic experience from 1922 onwards, which fit into the structure of an idealized ahistorical and mythic past, and which, as a hegemonic discourse, excluded its political enemies and propagandized the political struggle towards the fulfillment of the nation's historical and spiritual mission.展开更多

In normal rats the mean density of square arrays (6 nm particles organized in orthogonal arrays) was 9.02/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of fast-twitch extensor digitorum longus (control EDL,CE) nuscle fibres and 0.34/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of slow-twitch soleus (control SOL, CS) muscle fibres. After cross-innervation between the fast-twitch EDL and slow-twitch SOL muscle fibres by slow and fast muscle merves respectively for three months, the mean density was 0.45/μm2 for the nonjunetional sarcolemmas of the operated-EDL (OE) and 8.3/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of the operated SOL (OS). This indicates that the cross-innervation causes a reciprocal transformation of the number and distribution of such macromolecular organizations in the electrically excitable nonjunctional sarcolemmas.展开更多

In this review, firstly, enantioselective recognition mechanism of proteins and nucleic acids toward different enantiomers is discussed,as well as their potential applications on the chiral separation of racemic compounds. Secondly, preparative enantioseparation adopting biomolecule-modified hybrid materials including porous microspheres, magnetic nanoparticles and affinity membranes, are introduced respectively. Finally, novel chiroptical materials constructed on the basis of chiral induction, transfer, amplification and transcription, are recognized as promising candidates in future applications.展开更多
