Modeling of unsteady aerodynamic loads at high angles of attack using a small amount of experimental or simulation data to construct predictive models for unknown states can greatly improve the efficiency of aircraft ...Modeling of unsteady aerodynamic loads at high angles of attack using a small amount of experimental or simulation data to construct predictive models for unknown states can greatly improve the efficiency of aircraft unsteady aerodynamic design and flight dynamics analysis.In this paper,aiming at the problems of poor generalization of traditional aerodynamic models and intelligent models,an intelligent aerodynamic modeling method based on gated neural units is proposed.The time memory characteristics of the gated neural unit is fully utilized,thus the nonlinear flow field characterization ability of the learning and training process is enhanced,and the generalization ability of the whole prediction model is improved.The prediction and verification of the model are carried out under the maneuvering flight condition of NACA0015 airfoil.The results show that the model has good adaptability.In the interpolation prediction,the maximum prediction error of the lift and drag coefficients and the moment coefficient does not exceed 10%,which can basically represent the variation characteristics of the entire flow field.In the construction of extrapolation models,the training model based on the strong nonlinear data has good accuracy for weak nonlinear prediction.Furthermore,the error is larger,even exceeding 20%,which indicates that the extrapolation and generalization capabilities need to be further optimized by integrating physical models.Compared with the conventional state space equation model,the proposed method can improve the extrapolation accuracy and efficiency by 78%and 60%,respectively,which demonstrates the applied potential of this method in aerodynamic modeling.展开更多

The model...In this paper, the Finite Volume Coastal Ocean Model (FVCOM) was employed and configured for 3 dimensional numerical simulations of tide and tidal current based on the field observations in Zhanjiang Bay. The model's results agree well with the field observed data. Based on the well validated model, the hydrodynamic fields of zhanjiang bay area were calculated both before the Donghai Dam constructing and after that. Compared the tidal level, current field, tidal capacity and water exchange ratio before the construction of Dohai dam with those after construction of the dam, we analyzed and get some conclusions of effects of Donghai Dam on Hydrodynamic environment of the Zhanjiang Bay.展开更多

[Method] Alliinase activity was measured to analysis the influence of temperature, pH, substrate concentration and metal iron. [Result] Alliinase was an enzyme with thermal instability. Its optimum reaction temperature was 29℃ and pH value was 6.1. The Vmax was 0. 439 IU/mg and Km was 0.483 mmol/L by using natural extract as substrate. Alliinase activity was activated when the K^+ , Mg^2+ , Na^+ and Cd^2+ existed and alliinase activity was inhibited when Cu^2+ existed. [Condusion] Results showed that the kinetic characteristics of alliinase supply the academic foundation for development and application of garlic medical products.展开更多

First, in order to verify the validity of the VFIFE method, taking the steel gallery between the integrated building and the attached building of Nanjing M obile Communication Buildings for example, the static analysis was carried out and the corresponding results were compared with the results achieved by the traditional finite element method. Then, according to the characteristics of dynamic construction of steel structure integral lifting, the tension cable element was employed to simulate the behavior of dynamic construction. The VFIFE method avoids the iterative solution of the stiffness matrix and the singularity problems. Therefore, it is simple to simulate the complete process of steel structure lifting construction.Finally, by using the VFIFE, the displacement and internal force time history curves of the steel structures under different lifting speeds are obtained. The results show that the lifting speed has influence on the lifting force, the internal force, and the displacement of the structure. In the case of normal lifting speed, the dynamic magnification factor of 1. 5 is safe and reasonable for practical application.展开更多

The simul...A 2-dimensional global free surface diagnostic model, combined with dynamic calculation, is used to investigate the world ocean circulation; the model has a horizontal resolution of 1/4°×1/4°. The simulated results agree well with the results of other modesl and observations. The distribution of Stream Function suggests that the main circulation systems in the wodd ocean have been represented, including oceanic currents strengthened in the oceanic western. Be close to the observed results, the net mass transport of the Kuroshio axes is estimated about 54Sv; The distribution of the horizontal circulation in each layer shows that the main circulation systems in the world ocean are well simulated, for example, the Kuroshio and the Antarctic Circumpolar Current can go down to the bottom layer, but the Gulf Stream cannot, and its direction reverses at the depths of 1000 to 2 000 m.展开更多

The crystallization kinetics of Mg61Cu28Gd11 and (Mg0.61Cu0.28Gd0.11)99.5Sb0.5 amorphous alloys was investigated under continuous heating. The temperatures of glass transition, onset and peak crystallization for the two glasses exhibit strong heating-rate dependence. The activation energies for the onset and peak crystallization were determined based on the Oawza plots. Vogel-Fulcher-Tamman equation analysis shows that the larger strength parameter and much longer relaxation time are obtained due to the Sb addition. The corrosion properties of the two glassy alloys were studied by means of potentiodynamic and immersion tests. Compared with the parent alloy, (Mg0.61Cu0.28Gd0.11)99.5Sb0.5 glassy alloy exhibits a superior corrosion resistance in Cl--containing alkaline solution, as indicated by the lower passive current density and corrosion rate. Based on the point defect model, the effect mechanism of Sb addition on corrosion resistance of Mg-Cu-Gd glassy alloy is carefully identified.展开更多

The amount of radioactivity excreted in urine, feces and bile within 24 h afterintravenous administration of ^(125)I recombinant E. col L-asparaginase to rats was 68.95% ,4.44%and 5.36% of the dose respectively. ^(125)I recombinant E. coli L-asparaginase in plasma samples wasdetermined. The levels of structural intact molecule in plasma samples were evaluated by SDS-PAGEand bio-imaging analyzer system. Pharmacokinetic parameters were assessed with a model-dependentmethod. The concentration-time curves of recombinant E. coli L-asparaginase after intravenousinjection at 1 250 IU·kg^(-1), 2 500, IU·kg^(-1), 5 000 IU·kg^(-1) to rats were consistent withthe two-compartment model. The first and terminal elimination t_(1/2) were 0.52 ~ 0.63 h and 2.39 ~2.76 h respectively. AUC was linearly related to the doses. The results of distribution in tissuesor organs and excretion in urine suggested that the metabolites of the enzyme were cleared bymechanisms of urinary excretion. Pharmacokinetics parameters of recombinant E. coli L- asparaginasein rats are warranted for the design of future clinical trials.展开更多
AIM:Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a functional bowel disorder characterized by visceral hypersensitivity and altered bowel motility.There is increasing evidence suggesting the role of inflammation in the pathogenesi...AIM:Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a functional bowel disorder characterized by visceral hypersensitivity and altered bowel motility.There is increasing evidence suggesting the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis of IBS,which addresses the possibility that formerly established rat model of colitis could be used as an IBS model after the inflammation subsided. METHODS:Colitis was induced by intracolonic instillation of 4% acetic acid in male Sprague-Dawley rats.The extent of inflammation was assessed by histological examination and myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity assay.After subsidence of colitis,the rats were subjected to rectal distension and restraint stress,then the abdominal withdrawal reflex and the number of stress-induced fecal output were measured, respectively. RESULTS:At 2 days post-induction of colitis,the colon showed characteristic inflammatory changes in histology and 8-fold increase in MPO activity.At 7 days post-induction of colitis,the histological features and MPO activity returned to normal.The rats at 7 days post-induction of colitis showed hypersensitive response to rectal distension without an accompaning change in rectal compliance,and defecated more stools than control animals when under stress.CONCLUSION: These results concur largely with the characteristic features of IBS, visceral hypersensitivity and altered defecation pattern in the absence of detectable disease, suggesting that this animal model is a methodologically convenient and useful model for studying a subset of IBS.展开更多
