国外MPA教育模式的比较分析

作者主要从三个视角对国外ＭＰＡ的基本教育模式加以划分：按培养主体的属性划分的大学学院型和专门培训机构型；按培养目标或培养内容划分的理论知识型和实际应用能力型；按培养结果划分的学历型与公职资格型。文章对这三组ＭＰＡ教育模式分别进行了初步比较和分析。比较分析的核心结论是各种模式正日趋走向融合，但同时各国各校ＭＰＡ教育的个性化发展仍具有永恒的魅力。
