Based on linguistic theories which developed by Saussure and some other contemporary linguists, this article attempts to analyze the factors that cause low English parole competence of the contemporary college students under non-target language environment. It views that how to properly deal with the relationship between langue and parole is still a debating focus in applied linguistics. The result of low English parole competence of contemporary college students is due to the interaction of the contemporary College English syllabus, text books pedagogies and the English language level of both students and teachers. Massification--which sank--forces universities to meet the challenge of public diversity and to justify pedagogical research. This article takes into consideration particular way of these new requirements heuristic and praxeological referred to teaching that must take into account the expectation of the learner. This work is in a descriptive and explanatory approach and aims to promote higher teaching practices through the new interactive technology tools to stimulate educational innovation within the university system. The aim of this work is the inclusion of massification to contribute to the development of a model for interactivity and effectiveness of learning. This model was developed from a theoretical approach since the state of the art and an empirical approach for several experiments. The study focused on a database C2i exams "IT and lnternet certification of all learners of the Academy of Montpeilier (n = 4,254) on the online formapro platform". The results have shown that the success rate is highly correlated with the duration of prior self. The integration of these technologies in universities offers interactivity and learning environment for adjusting teaching practices and acquiring new skills. 展开更多

Virtual classrooms, especially with learners sharing in academic workload on portals such as Google Docs, have arrived as a natural development of the ICT (In Circuit Tester) wave. In addition to offering ample scope for peer interaction, Blackboard Collaborate gives learners the electronic environment they are most familiar with and keeps them updated with the latest educational tools. However, for it to succeed, the perception of the teachers is a factor that needs close scrutiny before this tool can be incorporated into the system. Through the experiment done in the an independent college oral English class, this thesis tries to prove CLT is effective for improving independent college students' communicative competence by tests, questionnaire and interview to seventy non-English freshmen of our college by means of qualitative and quantitative methods. Besides, this thesis provides the teaching model of CLT.
