Class advisors not only provide comprehensive support through emotional guidance, academic counseling, and class management but also play a significant role in promoting student mental health and enhancing class cohesion. Based on Social Learning Theory and Self-Determination Theory, this paper systematically analyzes the core functions of class advisors in fostering student mental health and outlines their specific practices in class management. By examining the organization of group activities, the development of class culture, and emotional support strategies, this paper proposes effective approaches to strengthening class cohesion, aiming to help students better adapt to university life and promote their overall development.展开更多
