近年来,大学生心理危机事件频发,这不仅对学生的身心健康构成严重威胁,也给家庭、学校和社会带来了深远的影响。本研究对四川民族地区大学生和心理危机干预相关工作人员进行调研,旨在了解民族地区大学生心理危机的认识与经历、求助行为...近年来,大学生心理危机事件频发,这不仅对学生的身心健康构成严重威胁,也给家庭、学校和社会带来了深远的影响。本研究对四川民族地区大学生和心理危机干预相关工作人员进行调研,旨在了解民族地区大学生心理危机的认识与经历、求助行为与态度、对学校心理咨询中心的了解与评价、在不同情境下的心理反应、心理危机干预的效果评价与满意度等方面情况。根据研究结果,提出加强心理健康宣传与教育、完善心理健康课程体系、强化师生沟通与心理支持、建立健全心理危机干预体系、推动家校合作与社区联动等建议。In recent years, frequent occurrences of psychological crises among college students have not only posed serious threats to their physical and mental health but also had profound impacts on families, schools, and society. This study conducted research among college students in ethnic regions of Sichuan and relevant professionals involved in psychological crisis intervention. It aimed to understand various aspects, including the recognition and experiences of psychological crises among college students in ethnic regions, their help-seeking behaviors and attitudes, their understanding and evaluation of school psychological counseling centers, their psychological reactions in different situations, and their evaluation of the effectiveness and satisfaction with psychological crisis intervention. Based on the findings, suggestions were proposed, such as strengthening mental health promotion and education, improving the mental health curriculum system, enhancing communication and psychological support between teachers and students, establishing and improving the psychological crisis intervention system, and promoting home-school cooperation and community collaboration formats.展开更多
