This study attempts to integrate the philosophy of life education into the curriculum system of “College students mental health education”. It aims to explore and propose corrective strategies for university students’ misconceptions about life and practical methods and measures to improve life education from the perspective of mental health education. Starting from the practical teaching of mental health education for university students, the article explores the ways to integrate mental health education and life education, and provides comprehensive elaboration and analysis from aspects such as teaching design and teaching evaluation.展开更多

Promoting the ideological and political construction of college students’ mental health education curriculum is the realistic demand of implementing the fundamental task of “cultivating morality and cultivating people” in colleges and universities, which has great significance in cultivating students’ good ideological and moral quality, improving their ability to cope with pressure and adversity, and promoting the comprehensive development of college students. However, the current teaching practice of mental health education has exposed some shortcomings, such as insufficient exploration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, outdated and single teaching mode and method, urgent improvement of teachers’ ideological and political ability, and improvement of mental health education evaluation system. Based on this, this paper proposes four development paths, namely, in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, innovative teaching methods, strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the teaching evaluation mechanism, in order to further improve the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities, and provide new strategic reference and practical guidance for cultivating all-round talents who meet the requirements of the new era.展开更多
