大学科学学的学科建设和人才培养对我国科学学事业的发展至关重要。回顾了我国大学科学学的学科建设和人才培养历程,通过调查研究几所具有代表性的大学,阐明了当前科学学在大学的学位点设置、教师队伍建设、著作与教材编撰、教学及人才培养成果等方面的发展状况,并且对科学学未来的学科建设和人才培养提出建议。

清华大学社会科学学院

清华大学曾为中国社会科学的创立与发展，以及中国政治、经济和社会建设做出卓越贡献。1911年清华学堂（1912年改称清华学校）建立之初，便开设多门政治学、经济学课程。1925年清华学校设立大学部，1926年成立的17个学系就包括社会学系、政治学系、经济学系和教育心理学系。1928年清华学校改名国立清华大学，设文、理、法三个学院共15个学系。其中社会学系、心理学系分别归入文学院和理学院，政治学系和经济学系隶属法学院。

本文从应激的生化机制这一角度出发 ,融合吸收了近期内最具权威性的资料论述了A型行为与心身疾病的关系。认为A型行为者易发生应激 ,应激引起情绪的较大波动 ,强烈的情绪波动激活垂体———肾上腺皮质轴 ,同时交感———肾上腺髓质轴持续兴奋 ,两种作用会在体内引起不适当的激素环境而抑制免疫系统功能 ,降低人体防御效能。神经生理。

S-半正规性在有限群中可传递的判别

一个有限群G被称为ST-群,如果对于它的子群 H、K和L有H在K中S-半正规,K在L中S-半正规,则H总在L中S-半正规,本文证明:有限群G是一个可解ST-群的充要条件是G的任一 Sylow子群的每个子群皆在 G中 S-半正规或 Abnormal。

论生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度的构建

现有制度体系下,生态环境损害赔偿磋商协议的执行保障依靠民事司法确认制度。生态环境利益的公益属性与民事权益的私益属性形成强烈反差,民事司法确认制度建构以私益为基础,难以满足生态环境利益救济的需要,基于现实需求,生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度亟待建立。在制度构建过程中,要明确生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度与民事司法确认制度的差异,把握住生态环境利益的公益属性,将更好地实现受损生态环境利益的救济作为根本追求,以专业性为依托,从申请方式、管辖法院等五个维度完成制度核心的构建,进而保证受损生态环境利益救济的质量与效率。

考虑滑面材质的碎屑流试验堆积特征分析

为分析高速远程滑坡运动与堆积特征,在室内设置物理试验模型,设计级配、坡角、碎屑流质量、滑面材质4种因素,分析各因素对碎屑流堆积特征的影响。研究结果表明:坡角减小、滑面更粗糙使部分颗粒堆积或滞留于坡面,颗粒堆积特征与颗粒完全堆积于坡底时相比存在差异;滑面材质与冲程等堆积特征基本呈负相关,坡角与堆积特征基本呈正相关,二者对堆积特征影响最大;碎屑流质量与堆积特征基本呈负相关,对颗粒堆积特征分布影响较小;级配与颗粒堆积特征无明显相关性。

丙烯酸-2,4,6-三硝基苯乙酯的合成及热分解

以TNT、甲醛为原料,在弱碱性条件下反应合成得到2,4,6-三硝基苯乙醇(PicCH2CH2OH);PicCH2CH2OH在浓硫酸催化下和丙烯酸在甲苯中回流反应24h,合成得到丙烯酸-2,4,6-三硝基苯乙酯,产率为62%。采用紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)、质谱(MS)以及元素分析等对产物结构进行了表征。利用热重分析(TG)对产物热稳定性进行了研究,采用Kissinger方法和Ozawa方法计算其热分解活化能Ea分别为99.78,102.96kJ·mol-1。

Indoor thermal environment of wooden-plank wall dwellings in summer in Chongqing

There are a large number of wooden-plank wall dwellings, a kind of traditional house with regional characteristics, existing in Chongqing area. We chose a typical house in Chongqing as the subject and measured it during summer to research the situation of the indoor thermal comfort of wooden-plank wall dwellings. Based on the particularity of local residents' living habit and the characteristics of the local buildings, we analyzed the data of the field measurement and evaluated the thermal environment with APMV. The results show that the indoor thermal comfort of wooden-plank wall dwellings in summer is improved mainly by natural ventilation.

Principal component analysis and cluster analysis based orbit optimization for earth observation satellites

This paper proposes a design optimization method for the multi-objective orbit design of earth observation satellites, for which the optimality of orbit performance indices with different units, such as: total coverage time, the frequency of coverage, average time per coverage and maximum coverage gap, etc. is required simultaneously. By introducing index normalization method to convert performance indices into dimensionless variables within the range of [0, 1], a design optimization method based on the principal component analysis and cluster analysis is proposed, which consists of index normalization method, principal component analysis, multiple-level cluster analysis and weighted evaluation method. The results of orbit optimization for earth observation satellites show that the optimal orbit can be obtained by using the proposed method. The principal component analysis can reduce the total number of indices with a non-independent relationship to save computing time. Similarly, the multiple-level cluster analysis with parallel computing could save computing time.

Effects of micro-parameter on solidification structure of ZG12MnMoV low-alloy steel based on CAFE model

Abstract： We mainly studied effects of nucleation parameters （ △Tv,max and △Ts,max ） and superheat on solidification structure of ZG12MnMoV low-alloy steel by integration of CAFE and experimentation. The result shows that grain dimension is not only related with nucleation parameters, but also with superheat. The smaller△Tv,max and △Ts,max get, the tinier grain turns. The lab experimentation on optimum parameter is conducted, the mean diameter of grain in lab test specimen is 153.2 lain, and the mean diameter calculated by CAFE model is 151.1 μm. The calculated solidification structure agrees with the experimental result in the main.

The effect of the planet's number on dynamic characteristics of planetary gear systems

Considering the effect of planet's number on the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear system, a translationtorsion lumped-parameter model of 2K-H spur planetary gear system was established. Through the analysis of numerical solution, the results show that 1) When the planet's number is more than 3, the order of the natural frequency will become the same; 2) When the planet's number increases, the natural frequencies of planet mode remain invariant, but when it comes to rotational mode and translational mode, the higher order natural frequencies increase and the lower order natural frequencies decrease; 3) The planet's number has a great impact on the higher order natural frequencies and a little impact on the lower order natural frequencies; and 4) To avoid the resonance, we can appropriately increase or decrease the number of the planet.

Modelling and verification of a new Roots blower profile based on analysis of performance of different leaf contour

The rotor of a Roots blower is the key component relating to its capability, so the profile design of the rotor in a Roots blower is extremely important. We focused on the modelling and verification for a novel Roots blower tooth profile based on the performance analysis. By comparing the area utilization coefficient and the ratio of several traditional rotor profiles, we proposed a new rotor profile. Then, we further accomplished the mathematical modelling of the proposed rotor profile and the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation, and obtained the Roots blower outlet flow monitoring curves. Finally, we verified the characteristics by a physical experiment.

Italian Accounting of the Late 19th Century and the Early 20th Century on the Epistemological Problem of Connections With Related Sciences

This paper takes into consideration the doctrinal positions that are taken by Italian accounting in the period between the 19th and the 20th century, and concerns the nature of relationships between accounting and its most similar sciences, particularly economics. Over those years, the scholars in that field started to show a peculiar epistemological sensitivity. Spurred by the philosophical debate which was raised by positivism and particularly by Comte＇s and Spencer＇s studies, researchers wondered whether the most appropriate place for accounting was in the large field of social sciences. Hence, two different epistemological approaches arose with one succeeding the other in time. Initially, scholars accepted the idea that accounting somehow depended on its related sciences, which included economics. They deemed it convenient to use, also for their own purposes, principles drawn from contiguous doctrines that had already been scientifically recognized, such as economics. That was how Italian accounting happened to be, even though temporarily, in a position of ＂scientific subjection＂ with respect to the mentioned doctrines. At the second stage, due to the awareness of the specific subject and the method of investigation, as well as the purposes, Italian accounting claimed its own scientific autonomy, so scholars went back to the first phase and considered it necessary to develop internal principles and rules as a function of its peculiar needs. By doing so, scholars mapped out a route that would deeply mark the future of the discipline by making it fully independent on other fields of knowledge in a sort of emancipation process. The paper will not only describe the two theoretical positions which are summarized above, but will also adopt an interpretative approach to trace their possible causes and to grasp their effects on the development of the discipline, particularly with regards to the theories of value which is adopted by the Italian accounting over the analyzed period. In the authors＇ opinion, the attention paid by the most authoritative Italian accounting scholars to the epistemological theme of relationships between accounting and its similar sciences can be explained by at least two different causes： the influence which is exercised by the philosophical studies and the aspiration of accounting for scientific and academic recognition.

On the Strategies for Teaching Courses of English Literature in the Period of University Transformation Toward Application-oriented Education

In the 21 st century, the transformation of higher education toward application orientation is posing challenges to the university teachers, especially to the teachers of humanities. Combining the teaching practice with the teaching methods and theories of domestic and foreign scholars, this article intends to explore the strategies for teaching courses of English literature in such a transformational period, including multiple teaching strategies and the cultivation of innovative thinking, cultivation of students＇ ability to use English with the works of English literature as language materials, use of realistic contexts to spread classic western language and culture. These teaching strategies can enhance the practicability and effectiveness of the curricula, and expand the teaching space of literature.

Women and the Transnational Dynamics of Science Education in Early Twentieth Century China:A Quiet Revolution

This article explores both the personal and transnational dimensions of domestic science education and study abroad for the pioneering generation of Chinese women in science.By focusing on women’s unique calculus of risk and reward,the article not only distinguishes Chinese women’s experiences from those of their male counterparts but also delineates the special contours of the Chinese case within the global advancement of women in science.The article begins by outlining some of the features and dynamics of early Chinese girls’schools that affected students’interest in and preparation for further scientific study.Then it traces the emerging college-level opportunities that made it possible for women who were studying science in China to contemplate advanced work overseas.Turning to study abroad,the article highlights the radicalness of the decision to study abroad by examining the impact of both family background and national circumstances on Chinese women’s strategies of mobility.The article argues that if we are to take women’s experiences seriously,we cannot just look at scientific pursuits in terms of achievements in the development of Chinese science,we also need to consider the ways that·scientific ambitions forced individuals—both male and female—to navigate and reimagine multiple social norms and expectations.
